New- Sirloin Steak and Eggs with pancakes and side sausage
Meri L.

My boyfriend and I came here for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised with how good everything was! I had the Hearty 9-Grain Pancake Breakfast and subbed fruit for the hash-browns. The pancakes were very good and had cinnamon flavor throughout. Eggs cooked to perfection. Fruit was super fresh. My boyfriend had the Sirloin Steak and Eggs with pancakes and side sausage. He really enjoyed his meal. He said the steak was very flavorful and tender. Service was nice as well. Our waitress was kind and attentive. Prices were fair as well. For our two entrees, soda and coffee it came to $40 before tip. We said we should do Denny's more often!

VETERANS DAY BREAKFAST 2023 Denny's, I thank you for recognizing Veterans by offering a free Grand Slam Breakfast to all Veterans. My wife and I walk in and are shown to a booth by the window. The COVID 19 large plastic separators are still hanging from the ceiling. It doesn't bother me, its still a strange reminder of the past. Grand Slam is just what it says, knocked it out of the park with two Bacon Strips, Two Sausage Links, Two Pancakes and Two Eggs. This is a lot of food! I usually have a cuppa coffee and a breakfast bar for breakfast, I needed a nap after eating this meal. The pancakes were warm and eggs were cooked they way I liked them and coffee kept coming. Denny's, thank you for your generosity.

My experiences with Denny's while traveling around the country have gone from pretty good to downright awful. This location falls somewhere in between. The few times I have been here were both in mornings for breakfast. Decent coffee, and you can't go wrong with their Grand Slam. Pancakes are usually the best option here anyway. Service has been ok by me, but nothing all that special. It is what it is. A chain resto. Can't expect a Michelin Star dining experience.

2023-07-29: Great place for items from their breakfast menu any time of day. Ask for their "Everyday Value Menu" in addition to their regular menu and you'll find great deals for your money. They are very accommodating with whatever you ask for, and if you're not happy with your food, they always try to do their best to fulfill what you want. I definitely recommend this place for a good meal at a great price.

I was really sad someone walked in on me

I was trying to take a poo and the lock wasn't working and someone walked in on me and, the food wasn't that good.

Waited 25 minutes for a table and got a nasty attitude from the hostess and the funny part is they weren't busy. Won't be back

I don't think I would have liked the middle tables as much but the booth was great. They had a singer who was good and not overpowering. The games were on the TVs. It was a great atmosphere. We ordered the bang bang shrimp starter. It was really good. I had lobster sliders and they gave you a lot of lobster and a side salad. My husband had a burger that he said was great. The place was freezing with the AC on full blast and right above us, another table that sat a few tables away was also complaining about how cold it was. We ordered the kids Mac and cheese and chicken fingers with fries. Unfortunately they brought out a burger instead of my daughter's chicken fingers along with my other child's Mac and cheese and we told them it was wrong. My poor child was starving while everyone else's food came out already and she had to wait for hers but luckily we had some fries for her from our dish to share. I got a French onion soup and you can see it was a bit burnt on top. The soup was too salty and I couldn't take more than 3 sips. My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich and I liked my cobb salad. My youngest enjoyed her Mac and cheese.

First you are served garlic bread with dipping sauces which the bread bey itself is delicious but add in the dipping sauces and it's insane!! i wish there were more than 4 pieces but given the portion sizes of the rest of our meal, I'm glad there wasn't more. For appetizers we had the fried calamari. I am not a huge calamari eater, but I will say it was fresh and not rubbery. The marinara sauce was very complimentary to the calamari without being overwhelming. For entrees we both had the rib eye steaks. My husband had the garlic mashed potatoes and I had the roasted both were excellent potato choices. The steak was seasoned perfectly. It was tender and cooked perfectly. The steaks were so large that neither of us finished ours. I also really enjoyed adding the dipping sauces from the breads to my steak. It was awesome with our without it but loved the dipping sauces! My only suggestion was I would appreciate my water glass being checked on and not having to ask for it to be refilled. Other than that service was attentive without being intrusive. We cannot wait to go back!!

We started out by sharing the fried calamari appetizer which was light and crispy on the outside and tender and tasty on the inside. The house made marinara sauce was a welcome addition. Our Caesar salads were fresh and flavorful. I particularly liked the shaved parmigiana cheese on top. For our entrees, I had the rack of lamb, cooked just the way I asked for it, medium. I loved the au jus which added an another dimension to the flavor. The lamb was tender and tasty. My husband had the 12 once filet mignon rare. He was so pleased that it was served exactly as he asked for it. He raved that the filet was absolutely PERFECT! It was so tender that it practically melted in his mouth. He truly enjoyed every bite. Our waitress was attentive without being overbearing. The ambiance was dark and quiet. We both agree that we can't wait to return to The Holstein Grill Steak House for another meal. This time we'll have to save room for dessert.

There's a good selection of FD sandwiches along with the usual burger, sandwich and wraps along with a decent selection of appetizers. The sampler appetizer included your standard apps: potato skins, mozzarella sticks, wings & onion rings with sauces was slightly overpriced at $22.50 but still good and could pass as a meal itself. The best choice was the French Dip sandwiches all cooked to perfection and well portioned served with French Fries. Callout to our server Jessica was outstanding. Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable with some excellent sandwich suggestions. Restaurant features a full bar area, dining area with table service and a section of the dining area that can be converted to a private room for special events. Overall a great little pub with attentive, friendly ostaff serving excellent French Dip sandwiches at reasonable prices.

One thing I can say about this location as the servers weren't properly trained as in the other locations that I referenced above because you do not get the service that you're honestly paying for.; the Wade staff is inattentive at best, empty drinks, and bad vibes. Nothing about the price point on this menu matches the decor. It's a nice restaurant but you're paying high-end prices for chain steak upwards of $80 per person. There are so many better steakhouses like Vintage in the area that deserve your money more. First time I went there was excellent. Second time I went there. The food was excellent and the service fell off. The third time the service and the food fell off... The second time we went there was no need to discredit the service to a manager because I'm not trying to take anybody's job especially a young kid. The third time we went, I complained and the manager did make it right! It was my birthday empty drink drinks, steak got dropped off by a bus or I ordered it medium hoping for a medium rare (which I normally do to avoid my stake walking off the plate, but this thing came out Super Duper well done! My husband already had his food at this time so I told him to eat and then they brought me out a black and blue steak! They literally had just seared it without cooking down any of the protein, it was inedible they comped my filet. Why pay extremely high prices for lack of service and quality?

The host was mopping the host stand so we had to maneuver around the waiting area while waiting for our whole party to arrive. Our waiter was very nice regardless and got everything correct, just took a while to get his attention sometimes. Otherwise, eating here is as nice as ever, and seemed clean. As I mentioned, we went here to try this new burger. My friend and I both agreed that it wasn't bad, but the queso really didn't add much to the burger flavor, just made the bun soggy. The burger was very good on its own, and I will just order that alone next time. Unfortunately, after dinner, I was left with a major stomach ache that lasted throughout the night. My friend, who didn't have dessert, had the same issue. I will definitely not be ordering this again and can't recommend it! Otherwise, this is a spot I have been to many times and will visit again.
