Mike C. came out to our home and reviewed all the available options and helped us decide on the door handle/door color. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products offered. Once the order was placed, it was about a 6-8 week wait time but luckily the doors are made locally here in the bay area so it was finished about a month faster than the promised delivery date. Harrison was the representative who came out and measured my doors and windows for a quote, and then submitted my order with an estimated installation date. Ricardo Bueno was the technician who did the install on the day and it was extremely well done! He was professional and took care of two windows and a patio door. The security screens are top notch and so is the company. I had one minor issue with the the build of one of the window screens but they are taking care of that. I was told the door would be installed in early October when it was ready, within 8 weeks. October 5th stuck in my mind, but now I realize that it was not scheduled. I spent $6k on thinking I would be getting good service as well as good doors. I called today, 10/3, thinking my doors would be installed this week. I spoke to a person there, who said my install was scheduled for 10/17, of which I had no no knowledge or notice at all. NO ONE CONTACTED ME AT ALL ABOUT INSTALLATION. Now I've read the lower star reviews and this is nothing new. I do not recommend this company. I am stuck getting doors, which I likely spent way too much on thinking I was getting value.
