Right after I submitted carpet replacement service request to Yelp platform, Mr. Kim called me immediately within 1~2 minutes and then quickly quoted on very reasonable price per the pictures I provided, based on which I quickly decided to move forward w/ American Carpet, and very soon Mr. Kim was on site to accurately evaluate the amount of work. Although he later found the actual work more than what I verbally described, he still kept the same pricing and meanwhile very nicely offering his help on a few other obvious tasks by significantly saving my time to find other contractors to help. At the end Mr. Kim and his team was able to finish all the promised work very professionally, including beautiful carpet finishing, seamless wall painting touch and smooth toilet replacement, etc; I strongly recommend Mr. Young Kim and his team.

Nice people but I couldn't figure out how they come up with that price. I came across this yelp reviews and took a chance. I figured can't possibly be any worse. Mr. Kim responded immediately and we made an appt for the next day. He had Manuel came to see what needed to be done and he said no problem. He even said he was available the next day which was crazy, because we still needed to move our stuff out of the rooms. Mr. Kim came back with such a reasonable price for the job. Before they came we moved what we can, left the big items like beds, sofa, piano, shelving and futon. They said no problem. The day of work Manuel came with another worker, they took off their shoes and right to work. He had estimated 4 hours and sure enough he was done around 4 hours. Mind you we moved 90% of the stuff from the carpeting. I am so glad to have found them. I hope they continue to be in business, if I need any carpeting job I'll definitely call them back.

From the time I had made my selection, it was just a couple weeks before the installation crew was in my home. They were friendly, professional and fast ! 3 rooms carpet removed and new carpets were installed in just under half a day. Total came changer for these rooms and now they are a delight to be in.
