When I met with Ishmael the first day for the quote he walked me through the project and what it was going to take to do it. Nice people but I couldn't figure out how they come up with that price. I came across this yelp reviews and took a chance. I figured can't possibly be any worse. Mr. Kim responded immediately and we made an appt for the next day. He had Manuel came to see what needed to be done and he said no problem. He even said he was available the next day which was crazy, because we still needed to move our stuff out of the rooms. Mr. Kim came back with such a reasonable price for the job. Before they came we moved what we can, left the big items like beds, sofa, piano, shelving and futon. They said no problem. The day of work Manuel came with another worker, they took off their shoes and right to work. He had estimated 4 hours and sure enough he was done around 4 hours.
