This was our first time doing this but Andre is a pro and his professionalism and warmth helped put us at ease. In both cases Andre went beyond the call of duty to help address minor issues that popped up on our end. This included making extra visits to the house at no extra charge. He and his crew also cleaned the view windows, so that we didn't need to hire separate window cleaners. He even threw in cleaning our rooftop solar panels. Communications were also a 10 out of 10 so that he knew all the details of what we needed and wanted and he delivered exactly what we were expecting and were hoping for. The job was relatively small but ended up being somewhat complicated. We needed the flooring beneath our toilet replaced to re-anchor our toilet. When BACC got there and pulled up the flooring, they realized the subfloor was damaged and needed to be replaced before they started their work. I was able, thanks to a couple of other good tradesmen, to get the subfloor replaced by the next day, at which point BACC's guys showed up and completed the work so that our plumber could finish the toilet installation. BACC's flexibility and attentive professionalism turned a job riddled with complications into a pretty uncomplicated thing. When we redo our floors downstairs, they will be our first call.

(It had probably been about 20 years since the last paint job and there was a ton of wear and tear on the walls.) The building was constructed in 1917 so there is a lot of intricate detailing and crown molding throughout. Jerome (the owner) was super professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He provided us with recommendations on colors that made sense with the lighting in the space as well as the overall color palette we were working with. He was also able to match a sample color that was slightly different than the manufacturer's paint. (His recommendations were especially helpful to narrow things down since we had multiple owners weighing in.) His crew was always very friendly and Jerome came by almost daily to check in. He was very communicative and easy to reach by text, email or phone throughout the process. From prep to finished product, the entire project took about 2 weeks. We are also having new flooring installed and Jerome asked us to call him so they can come back to do touch-ups afterwards. He also painted some additional interior stairs (which we hadn't initially discussed but really needed a refresh.) Overall, we highly recommend Jerome and his crew. Great to work with, professional, efficient and a great finished product!
