When he was done, he made sure to explain the condition everything was in and also provided me with some great tips. It was like 105F in Pittsburg on Saturday, but he was fast and did high quality work. He suggested different ways to help me save money: I wanted a new screen because the frame was so mangled, but he said no, let me try to repair your current screen first to save you money. His repair made the frame look better than the other ones I had on the house. He also helped me re-orientate the screws on the sliding door so it could be adjusted on the outside because the installer had installed it incorrectly. I had Mike's Mobile do two jobs in my house. The vent for the dryer needed cleaning when we moved in and the chimney was never used in 9 years so we got the both cleaned this year at Mikes. We had the same technician do both jobs and we appreciate the consistency of sending the same guy to do the work. He did a fabulous job on both. I'm bad at remembering names but he remembered me and asked how my dryer was doing. We have an estimate on what my fireplace needs and we will use them again once we know what we want to do with the fireplace.
