They were a bit misleading with their pricing on the phone opposed to when I got there. Now I know how much to expect to pay. I didn't even get what I wanted and still walked out paying a lot more and I honestly always tip, however their pricing and extra fees +10 for cuticle +15 to polish gel +10 nail drill just seems a bit excessive. I don't think I'll even tip because I've never paid this much for a solid color. I typically get designs and French tips every single time. Anyways what I do appreciate is they didn't rush me when I was one of the last people in. They did handle everything with care. I just can't get over the pricing. Feels like highway robbery. I'll continue to come back because they are so close to my job and by the time I make it home, the nail shops will be closing. Oh DO NOT get the candle wax pedicure that was 110% a robbery because I barely got massaged didn't feel like anything it didn't even look like candle wax I'll be honest with you. They'll probably charge you +20 for a real massage. I spent $180 for hands feet eye brows & upper lip.

This review is for BROWS ONLY!…read more I can't believe I've driven by this place so many times! I honestly just came by here because my regular place couldn't fit me in. Too bad because I found a new place for my brows. Yes, I get my brows done at nail places because I'm not paying 20 bucks for some brow bar specialist to do what I could just do at home if I wasn't so lazy. First impression? This place is clean honey! You know when you walk into a nail place and can feel the germs by just breathing the air? This ain't it. I didn't even see dust on the empty tables as I walked to the back. The staff was friendly and so bright towards me from the moment I walked in. Now y'all know that some nail places skimp on the customer service so that last tidbit matters. They have a special light that they use to examine your brows with. Imagine dentist office vibes without the nervous feelings. I told the lady that I want my brows cleaned up and fully intact by the time she was done -(I've been to a place that stripped them down to nothing before) - and she did exactly what I asked! She double checked with me after to make sure everything was perfect and I was so pleased with the results! I highly recommend this place for some brow renewal! Side note: I also saw that they offer $25 gel manicures (whata great price!) so I'm sure I'll be updating with a nail review soon.

The manager put me in a chair while someone else did my pedicure she did my gel polish. She was rough and pulling my arms in to positions and I couldn't relax at all. She did a very poor job as you can see my nails look like they have been growing out for a week. She refused to fix it and said that is how gel should look. She dismissed me and went to help someone else. I will not go back. I get that they prioritize speed over service but this will not even look good for a day. So I will go somewhere else. This is the third time she did my nails and all three times were awful.

She went in for a pedicure for her prom, and the technician, Taty, cut her not once but twice, on different toes and different feet. It was not worth a $55 pedicure for something so simple and a basic pedicure.

The second time, nails were done nice again but the lady who looks to be the owner overcharged me, likely after overhearing a conversation I was having about my work income. I asked her about why a gel refill came to $42.90 and she told me it was because I got my nails trimmed down... I had my sister call and ask how much a gel refill work trim would cost and she told her $32... No one likes being taken advantage of and I now see why this place is always empty.
