The first reason being the hygiene care was not practiced whatsoever, the lady took out trash, went to customer to customer even the bathroom with the same glove and not once did she change them. Not once did she wash her hands between customers and she didn't clean or sanitized her work area after finishing with customers. There was also FLY'S in there!!!!!! Then when I showed her what nil design I wanted she claimed she couldn't do it because "it was going to take too long that one color is easier" so she strictly told me to stick to one color. I am super pissed. I had to rewrite my damn review. Shit didnt want tk save when you accidentally get out of the app. I called and made an appt for my daughter and I. We had for a life time. They took my daughter first and did her nails she did a mani/pedi. I was happy that they had a kid section for kids. As I was waiting to get my nails done. They were soaking my nails in the foil/acetone for like 15 to 20 minutes. This was the longest I ever did that. As when she was finally starting to take the dip nails off she burned me twice. She stopped then used a fake nail to get in between my nails. It was the most painful experience i ever had. She started using the drill again to take out the dip she burned me again. So i literally said stop im not doing it any more. She looked at me like i was crazy. She didnt even apologized at all. I just looked at my nails un disgust and pain. They didn't NAIL it for me this time! I went in with my friend to get our nails done yesterday and omg my nails look terrible. I could've done a better job! My nails look like how they did before I went in to get them done. Money not well spent! I'm sad that I got my mom a Gift card last year for Christmas to go there and she hasn't used it yet. FYI, the owner's daughter did my nails and gosh she has no personality. I asked her to fix my nail and she said it was because of an old cuticle...well um, that's why I went in the first place for you to cut and clean my cuticles, pamper me up. Horrible!! I came in as I walk in they just sat me down in a chair with no explanation of how long the wait was. Mind you it was a quiet rainy Wednesday evening. 2 nail techs were working. One was on her cell phone while i just sat in the chair for 20 mins looking at colors. Finally once one of them got to me. She wanted to drill my natural nail. I asked if she could be careful and gentle. She then said i can't do your nails without using the drill i said i was find with that but to be cautious. She kept complaining. She clearly just didn't want to do my nails. The language barrier was unreal. Total waste of time. Owner was very unprofessional with a potential new customer. I won't be going back here after today. I went 2 times before this and was satisfied with one salon tech who did my nails. She took her time and was detailed. Nancy, I guess she's the owner?, completely rushed my pedicure today. She did not even clip my nails and was going so quickly that it was aggressive on my feet and hurt. The girl next to me started her pedicure before me and hadn't even started polish by the time I was checking out. The owner does not take the time to make it relaxing or worth the money. Okay for the price I guess.... My nails came out OK. But the owner (I think) does a sloppy job. Had to tell her multiple times to clean the sides of my nails from the polish and the some of the sides aren't even painted completely. I got a full set.. I've never felt compelled to write a bad review on here before, but my experience here today was just awful... I took my sister along with me for a couple of mani/pedis- I was in a pinch due to an upcoming business trip, and needed a touch up before leaving, so I figured I'd try somewhere closer to home than my normal spot. I'm not really fussy when it comes to this stuff- cleanliness is really my main concern. We were brought in right away as walk-ins (awesome), and picked our colors. Upon sitting at the pedicure station, I was struck by the smell of mildew. It was strong. Like, really strong. That's really bad enough on its own. But after using tools straight from a drawer on me, the employee put them back in the same drawer without sterilizing them. Okay, a little freaked out at this point... The pedicure itself came out nicely. No complaints about the aesthetics. It came time for the gel mani, and after appearing to be searching for the color I picked for a minute, my lady came up to me and said "Pick another." ...alright. A bit rude, but I was rolling with it at this point. I proceeded to "pick another" 2 more times, each time they didn't have it. She then got creative and decided that instead of a pastel purple, I was going to get a much darker blue. Sure, why not. She proceeded to cut my cuticles so low they were raw, then sprayed rubbing alcohol all over them. About as relaxing as it sounds. All the while, she was doing my nails on a towel covered in someone else's nail clippings. I know they weren't mind because she only filed my nails. When it came time to pay, the employee who had been doing my sister's nails offered to ring me up...while eating potato chips. I'm not kidding. I get it, a girl's gotta eat, but when she handed me my card back (after swiping and not bothering to give me a total), it was covered in grease. It seems my sister's experience was not much better, as she left with nail polish all over her hands and one badly smudged nail. My fingertips were dry and cracking from the number of times she sprayed me with alcohol. All in all, I wouldn't say it's worth the pain/risk/nausea. read more

You know the buffer "sanding" machine they use to sand off your acrylics nails? Well they were in a rush and their new way of getting rid of your cuticles is with that! Look at my nail beds.. ruined! This is 2.5 weeks after my appt. they were so raw and sensitive the first week. I have ingrowns that are super painful too. I'm so frustrated. The nail polish I used chipped by the next day. And i even bought the nail polish to have as a back up for the wedding and it was a waste of 7$. This place is TERRIBLE. read more

This was my first visit here and I had such an horrible experience. I just got the pedicure done yesterday and my toes are still in pain. The lady that painted my toes noticed that 3 of my toes was bleeding and she didn't even bother to say sorry or anything. She did put some type of liquid on so it could stop bleeding but it felt like my toes were burning it was so painful. The owner didn't do a good job on cleaning off my dead skin off either as you could see in the pictures. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! read more

I went in to get both a pedicure and a manicure both were bad. The quality of the nail isn't a big issue they came out decent but they both did a bad job. Felt rushed especially for manicure first coat was just moved all over my finger not the nail. The utensils weren't changed and the last client towel was left too felt so gross wanted it to just finish. For the pedicure I got the super luxury which was an hour service with hot rocks which were barley warm and 10 min massage which I never received. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who actually enjoying getting their nails done. read more

I decided to head over and try my luck at Deluxe for a mani/pedi. The salon is nice enough, but the longer I was there, I did notice that it could use a cleaning. The floors needed a mopping and the area rugs have got to go. Pedi tubs were wiped down after use but I'm not sure how well mani stations were cleaned between clients. The pedicure was OK... But just OK. My tech jumped right in without moving my chair back far enough for me to be comfortable the initial clip did hurt a bit because my feet didn't soak long. She took her time and didn't rush the exfoliating rub but I did leave with rough spots on my soles. The polish looks fine but there are a few mistakes that weren't cleaned up. My manicure was disappointing. I was clipped too deep early on and it was pretty painful. The polish was messy and left much to be desired. I think more time was spent trying to clean up the edges and I still left with spots everywhere. The polish was heavy in places and wrinkled and chipped as I left too. All in all, I'm going to try elsewhere next time. read more

This salon workers are the worst! I normally do my own nails but I had 1 broken nails. All I need was a fix. They told to me to go back where I did it. I told them, I do my own nails. All I need is a fix, cause I didn't have the time to fix it myself. I had somewhere to be & didn't want to drive to where I work to fix 1 nail. I never have dealt with the rudest people. Read some nice reviews on Google and some not so nice reviews on Yelp, my gut feeling told me to leave and I wish I left. Came in for a manicure and asked the nail tech to cut my nails down to the length as short as my broken nail "ok no problem", files them down with no effort to shape them at all. As she started the manicure I asked again if she could shape them better "I do after finish" weird, but okay. She finishes the manicure and all my nails are lop sided. The shop was very nice and clean but the tech seemed very rushed. Not quite worth what I paid for, will reconsider returning in the future for a different type of manicure. read more

Terrible experience today at this nail salon. I went based off the great google reviews and the options for pedicures. When I inquired about the difference between various pedicures I was told that I could look at the menu for next time, but because of a "time crunch" I could only get the standard pedicure. I'm not sure what she was talking about as there were only three other patrons in the salon and two of them were getting deluxe pedicures. After a disappointing pedicure, I was told I needed to wait for someone else to do my gel manicure because it seemed of the four employees working, only one could do a gel manicure. The woman seemed really put out that she had to do my manicure and by that time I just wanted to leave. I just asked for a standard manicure, no polish, just a clean up. This should have been pretty easy and done well, but once again, no. The water to soak my cuticles was cold, she did not use cuticle oil or push my cuticles back but instead used some sort of electric buffer. When she did use the cuticle trimmer, she grazed my skin, barely doing anything. I ended up pushing back my own cuticles and trying to cut them with my nails. If it was even possible to give this place 0 stars, I would. Do NOT waste your time or money at this salon. I will never get back the hour I lost in that salon. read more

I went there two times. First time, I was very happy. The lovely young lady that was helping me was very polite and detailed. She did a great job. Second time, I was helped by the owner and her daughter. It was terrible. I got a regular mani and pedi. My nails are still recovering. They did not cut the cuticles at all because they were obviously in a rush.... It was a really bad service.... They used hard tools on my natural nails that they use on the acrylic stuff and ruined my nails. They took off a lot of my natural nail. I will never go there again. read more

This place is horrible! My first time here, I walked in with my friend and saw the techs were all busy. We were in a rush so we decided to walk away...as we were walking away one of the employees grabbed us and said it'll only be a 5 min wait another tech is on her way. So we figured...OK, we are here might as well wait 5 min. So she proceeds to put us in the chairs for our pedicures. We waited a good extra 10min for 1 person to do my friends and I waited a good 20 min...I WAS READY TO WALK OUT FEET SOAKED!!! Not only did she lie her way to trap our feet soaked and wrinkled...her face and attitude were so RUDE...the type of face with naturally high arched eyebrows that looked angry all the time...her attitude did not help. Customer service was one thing but the quality of their service was even worse!! We both got gel french manicures and regular french pedicures. My friends hands and feet french lines weren't even straight and had towel fabric stuck in her polish!! As for me, I asked for a nice clear pink...what I got for my feet was a clear ugly #%&$ RED color and my hands a pastel pink with the gel french tips. The tech should be the one to give advice in their expertise, "hunnie it might not look as good as clear with the red or pastel pink"...nope they didn't even ask whether I liked it or not... My friend and I left feeling resentment. The owner/manager followed us to our car and saw our sad faces and said "Oh hunnie...if you not happy you come next time I give you discount....$5 off I fix for you" YEAH OK....THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME BUDDY!!!! You would think making a appointment to somewhere for four pedicures they would have the spots open and enough staff.. WRONG. Not only did they not have the spots open but two of the people giving pedicures we're going back and forth between two people I was with. While not having enough staff to fulfill an appointment, two walk in customers come in and get taken for pedicures as soon as they came (while there's a party of four getting pedicures at different times). the owner then calls someone else in to come in and help. 5 minutes later a lady comes in gets gloves on and goes to the two walk in customers... What? To top it off the lady finished a person in my party and then proceeded to go over to the walk in pedicure and do her without changing her gloves. Seriously. In the "should have read the reviews before I showed up" category: one of the worst manicures I've ever had. I came in, chose the color I wanted, and wasn't told where to sit. The woman who appeared to be in charge gestured to a seat after a few minutes, but then left me there. I assumed she was going to find a tech for me, but instead she came over herself and started removing the gel polish I still had on. She was ripping away at my nails with a cuticle nipper before she gave up and started using the Dremel tool, and she was no less gentle on me with that. Then she began indiscriminately filing, and I mean FILING - hard enough that it hurt. She didn't bother to ask me what shape I wanted, I had to tell her that. She drilled my cuticles also with the Dremel tool, which I don't like because it ruins the nail if you're not careful, which she wasn't. She switched to the cuticle nippers after a while, which I wish she hadn't. My right thumb had a hangnail on it it, which she grabbed (with the unclean nippers) and tore out. Ouch!! I recoiled and she glanced up but didn't even apologize. It genuinely seemed like my friend and I were a complete inconvenience to her the entire time we were there. So much so that I got a new nail tech halfway through this nightmare manicure, who stepped in to tell me that the polish I picked (OPI Bubble Bath) had turned because they keep their polish in the sun. So, I picked a new one and asked her fix the brutally sharp edges on my nails (I'm a manual therapist). She fixed two and moved on without checking to see if the others needed it. Felt like I was taking crazy pills. No massage at the end, not even lotion application. Worst $25 I've ever spent. I'll never go back. read more

I am extremely picky about my nails and places I go to have them done. Have been in at least 5 different places around Chelmsford and Lowell area until I found this one and trust me I am sticking around. Lilly is fantastic! Super detail oriented! (I am not going to lie) I was loyal to Nancy and went every week for a good 3 months - After a while the service was not the same - she would rush me and sometimes cancel my appointments simply because there was NEW customers going. I have had one manicure that was poorly done by a younger woman but I overlooks it. The selection for both gel and regular polishes are wonderful.
