She began with my right pinky, and almost immediately, she cut me with the machine. A lot of blood came out. At first, it didn't sting too much. She placed a small piece of paper towel on the cut, sprayed some water, and put some powder on it. But soon, the pain got much worse. She continued removing the gel from my other fingers using the machine, sometimes not even looking at what she was doing. I'm honestly relieved that it was only one finger that got injured. The whole experience was awkward. We didn't say anything to each other, and the pain was so bad I was biting my lip the entire time. When she finished, I paid, but I left very disappointed. She never apologized or offered a bandaid l, even after clearly hurting me. I really hope no one else has to go through something like this. Getting your nails done shouldn't come with the risk of injury.

Upon walking in I was greeted and asked what service I wanted and for my name and phone number. I think they create a "profile" with this info but I wasn't given much detail. I get gel mani's frequently and it usually takes 45 minutes start to finish and one hour max, if I'm doing multiple designs. My appointment of just a gel polish removal and change took over 1.5 hours, which is much longer than expected. Tey, who did my nails was very sweet and thorough. The salon is very clean, and well taken care of, which I appreciated. They have a few parking spots in the back which is convenient and an atm inside.
