Jeff does good jobs but he is so rude. But yet on my first visit he told me so much personal information I respected his opinions and even felt bad for things he mentioned to me he has been thru. The girls are very friendly and do good work. I told him I was in pain and concern about my brother who is in kidney failure He was so rude and told my stories are so negative. It was so hurtful to hear people have no empathy for others no more. He probably don't care but I was told on businesses we treat our customers with respect and caring. I'm really picky when it comes to the details but I'm so happy with my nails from this visit! I got dip powder nails and they actually reach all the way to my cuticle while most places leave a big empty space. The powder is not too thick but seems strong enough to last for weeks. I was sent here by a classmate today; I needed my nails filled, and they were offering a holiday special. I figured, "why not?" The shop itself is about a mile away from the Gallagher terminal, so there's no getting lost; keep going straight, and you'll see it tucked away on your right. There's no parking, so you'll need to find a spot on the street; of course, I picked a spot owned by a resident, who just so happened to come home when I parked, but he was super nice about it and directed me to other on street parking. The shop itself is very small, but the staff was very talkative. The owner and I chatted up a storm for the entire hour, and she was a riot. The person doing my nails did a spot on job, and corrected some of the mistakes that were done by the last salon that I had gone to, that I didn't notice until days after I had visited; namely, they left part of my natural nail on several fingers sticking out from under the acrylic, and it was very noticeable once I caught onto it. I did a once over before I left, and I was very, very happy! I think this is my go to shop from now on! I also go maybe once a month. I dont have time to do every 2 weeks with 4 kids. But let me tell you, they last! Cool designs too, check em out ! I get fills and pedis. Both great. What a great place!! I haven't had my nails done in a while and decided to take a chance and stop by. As soon as a I walked in I was greeted and made to feel very welcomed. I was not sure what I wanted and they took the time to answer all of my many questions which helped me narrow it down to a gel manicure. I did not feel like they were trying to over sell me or make me impulsively buy services or products that I didn't need. The manicurist took her time and made me feel very relaxed. She took the time to ask my approval during the process which made me feel like she cared if I was happy with the outcome. I did not feel rushed and left feeling so good!! I absolutely love coming to do my nails. I always have Jett do my nails too. He's very meticulous and careful with my nails. He's never made me bleed and he makes sure he gets the nails correct if you give him a photo. You could say he's a perfectionist. I looked online for a salon that does Dips. Based on some of the reviews. So I went to Phoenix Nails. Tia was the technician I saw. She was very nice and polite. And I must say she did an outstanding job on my nails. I have been doing dips in Florida and I go to a very nice place there. This was far way the best I have ever had. No side things. I love June and Michael...they are the owners and i will guarantee if you if do your toes with June you will be as happy as i am. The prices are so cheap for the quality of job they do. I never get my nails done because they usually do them to thick, no matter how much I as them to do it thinner. They usually talk to each other and not the customers leaving us uncomfortable! I was referred to this place by a friend who's nails I admire everytime she goes! So I decided to go and asked for Mike and I can't get over how perfect they come out everytime, and the best part of the experience is they talk to you the whole time and not to each other.
