There's street parking in the front and about 3/4 spaces on the side of the building. This is my mom and I's first time here and we enjoyed it. The workers were extremely kind. Everything felt clean and I liked that they used single use tools. They had decent color selections. I got a gel pedi and dip pedicure, both French. Service was horrible. I came in a for a quick repair. I asked for what I wanted, it became clear what I requested was clearly disregarded. I tried to explain what I wanted again, I was told that was not needed. Already feeling not heard for my first request, I explained myself again. I was addressed in a rude inappropriate manner. I was told I could not tell her how to do her job. I responded I was not telling her how to do her job, I was trying to explain the service I wanted. I think it is highly unprofessional to become combative towards a client who is simply expressing the service they want. The nature of the exchange was a negative experience. read more

I came in to get my nails taken off from a previous nail salon, because I was experiencing pretty bad nail pain (and the nails were just badly done and not what I wanted , cue the internal crying). I was worried and honestly pretty anxious about coming in an hour before closing would burden the technicians, but they were very kind and understanding about my situation. Coming in, the place is spotless and the atmosphere is immediately completely different and much more lively and welcoming. I expected to pay some money, but the price they gave me was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than I had planned. The nail technician who did my nails I believe was the owner(?), and she was incredibly gentle and kind. I noticed the other technicians work on other customer's hands, and I can say all of them are very skilled and talented. I liked how all of the technicians were joking around with each other, it made getting your nails done much more relaxing and enjoyable. I left with my hands looking very clean and pretty, and the pain was gone. I wish I had gone to this place initially, because the prices are so much better and the quality is ten times better. Made an appt for the Gel-X extension for my niece and I for her 16th birthday. Because it's her first time getting her nails done, I wanted to make sure she had a good experience and can be seen so I made a 3:45 appt. While I understand there still may be a little bit of wait even with an appt, 45 minutes was extreme. Walked in and told them we had a 3:45 appt. They talked to us like they didn't know about the appt. Was told to pick a color and waited on the couch. I would've left sooner but was being patience for my niece. 45 minutes later, I walked out to call another salon up the street and they told me they can take us right away if we got there soon. When I walked back in to get niece, I was told by a tech that they were ready for me. Based of what my niece told me, they really weren't. They just wanted to move me from waiting at the couch to waiting at one of their table. I told her our appt was at 3:45 and it's close to an hour wait for an appt. I came here for the first time because I last minute decided I wanted a pedicure that morning. I made a 9:30 am appointment online with Dany. I showed up, walked in, and I was warmly greeted immediately! I was given time to pick a gel color (I couldn't decide so one of the ladies helped me choose) and I loved it. The shop was clean, bright and inviting. Dany did my pedicure. It was super relaxing. The water soak was nice and warm, she took her time with my feet and she was gentle but put in work at the same time. I even got a hot rock massage. I had booked a Pedicure-Classic Gel for $50. I've been to salons where I book a price and pay way more than expected, but that was not the case here. Prices were honored and so worth the services provided and I loved the transparency with this business. All in all, I will 100% return for my pedi fill and other services! I went back today a week before my actual appointment. I did a walk in. First, I just wanted one of the nail techs to remove the gel x and get a simple manicure. The shop owner, I think her name is Lily took me. She looked at my nails and immediately apologized and offered me a free service. She wanted to prove that her shop offers excellence service and care. I refused at first but I went ahead to get my nails dipped. I'm very pleased and happy with how my nails turned out. Don't bother booking a appointment as they make walk-ins a priority. I made an appointment on a Monday for the following day at 3:45. I arrived at at 3:40 and at 4 PM I walked out as all 5 nail tech's were working on customers that I assume were walk-ins as the day before and day of I received a confirmation that my reserved appointment for all set. This was the final straw as this seems to happen more often than not. read more

I booked an appointment elsewhere and the entire time I thought it was booked for this location. I cancelled my other one and got lucky when I walked in to see that they had availability to take a walk-in. I had dip on my natural nails when first walking in. I showed my nail tech Julie the design I wanted and she did a great job! She was detailed with removing the dead cuticles as well.
