The second visit was 2 weeks ago for a gel manicure; the technician was attentive and the gel manicure exceptional. I made an appointment online for a 5:30 today to redo the gel manicure, not because the manicure was not holding up but because my nails had grown out. I entered at 5:25, a large woman beginning a pedicure asked if she could help me, I told her I had a 5:30 appointment. She "barked" at me demanding "what did I want"? I said a gel manicure and approached the front desk. The woman at the front desk confirmed my appointment, no more no less. No sorry we are running late, there is going to be a wait... This woman then assisted another customer who also wanted a gel manicure. So, there is one grumpy woman doing a pedicure, a second woman starting a gel manicure and a man who appeared to be in the starting process of a gel manicure. I waited 15 minutes then walked out, wondering why I had bothered to book an appointment. I did have a chuckle while sitting there when the man took a telephone call from a customer and suggested the customer could get an appointment this evening! Apparently you can get an appointment but no service. Terrible customer service, which explains why the salon is never as busy as other salons in town. I will never return and do not recommend.

I've been going to this salon (Nashua location) since it opened, but my experience yesterday was…read morereally disappointing. I came in for a Gel-X removal and gel manicure. My nail tech (Dara or Dana) immediately questioned my color choice when I said I wanted black, saying "BLACK? WHY?" in a way that felt rude and judgmental. I explained I liked it, but she continued making comments. During the service, one of my nails had already broken off at home, so I asked her to make all my nails the same short length for consistency. Instead, she seemed confused, laughed, and initially kept the other nails long until I repeated myself. While doing my cuticles, she cut my skin and caused bleeding, then applied alcohol directly on it, which was very painful. When she was painting, she missed part of the side of my pinky nail. When I pointed it out and asked her to fix it, she said she avoids the sides with black polish to prevent messiness. She then painted onto my skin to demonstrate and wiped it off, which didn't address the issue. After leaving, I noticed the polish was streaky, uneven, and messy overall. This was not the level of service I expected, especially as a returning customer. Completely regretting paying for this service and plan on never returning. There are much better nail salons in the area.

They literally used a walkie talkie to get me a technician as i went to a pedicure chair. Went for gel pedicure and dip french manicure. "MY" did the pedicure and Tina did my manicure. One was doing my feet at the same time as the other started my hands. As you can see paint on my skin and feet. When she put the alcohol on my big toe it bunt so there's a cut. Hopefully i don't get an infection. For the dip they don't use the pour over method. They dip your nail in the container, again not the best for hygiene. Nails on hand clipped too short and dip thick. She offered to fix baby toe but i declined at that point i was done. . $62 for manicure and $62 for pedicure. I definitely didn't get what i paid for. I wont be back.

Molly was incredible, and the massage was amazing. She was so intentional about it! - I am a hair stylist and recently I've been experiencing what feels like plantar fasciitis in my left foot and everything was so relaxing. It was the Best pedicure I've had in a very long time. Aside from the service, So and Molly were so kind and welcoming. I drive to Boston to get my nails done and I will be coming here next time!
