Shafayet and his crew did a truly amazing job, and I am so thankful for all their time, care, and commitment to making our house special and beautiful. This was a big job. We installed 2 new kitchens, 2 new bathrooms, rebuilt the back wall of our house to add large windows, added a deck, skylights, and a bunch of other things in between. At every step, Shafayet worked hard to make sure the house turned out perfectly. I have nothing but the best things to say about our new home and the care Multi put in to make it right. For this type of work, we received bids from a number of different people. Multi priced everything very competitively and they are very transparent on costs for change orders. I recommend them highly, and I will be sending friends to them for years to come!

The work included structural work to repair / replace old decaying beams and to add new support beams. The work included the relocation of 2 full new kitchens; all new internal plumbing; an upgraded electrical system; and the installation of split air conditioning systems throughout all 5 floors. The millwork / finishing / painting done by his team were meticulous, and we ended up 2 beautiful new apartments - a triplex with 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and a duplex with 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. Shafayet was always responsive to our inquiries / requests and provided solutions to the many problems that were encountered in a project of this size. He also coordinated well with the architect and third party vendors that were involved in this project too. His bid for the job was very reasonable compared to the bids of 4 other general contractors. Great value overall!

Ed showed up the day I reached out and came to the site to answer questions and prepare a quote. It was clear from the start that Bond Construction would be a perfect fit for this project. Ed was able to quickly navigate the arduous co-op approval process and provided guidance along the way. The project consisted of a fairly extensive renovation of a 2 bedroom co-op apartment in lower Manhattan. Bond Construction completed the following: new flooring throughout the entire apartment, patch/paint plaster walls and ceilings, skim coat where necessary, updated electrical work (fuse box to circuit breaker), open up a pass through between living room and kitchen, a complete kitchen gut and renovation, install all appliances, install cabinetry, install new baseboard and crown moldings, build two large decorative beams with recessed LED lighting in living room, remove pedestal sink and install new bathroom vanity. There are lots of other details I have left out but needless to say Ed and his team did an incredible job with this project. Ed was communicative throughout the renovation and his team was extremely resourceful, as they were able to come up with creative and effective solutions to any issues or unforeseen challenges that arose during the renovation. Everyone that worked on site was friendly, respectful of our building's rules, and our neighbors. Most importantly, the project was done ON TIME and ON BUDGET! We would highly recommend Ed and his team at Bond Construction and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

He listened as I explained what I wanted. He described in explicit detail what could be done to remedy the situation concerning the brownstoning of the stoop and cementing beneath the stoop. At his point I had already had several price quotes and description from other vendors. Hasan's description and price was by far the best. We set a start date for 3 weeks later. Hassan's contract was in detail as was discussed. His payment plan was even better: 10% at the signing of the contract, 40% at the start of the project, 40% midway through the project, and 10% upon completion. Unbeknownst to him, this made the project even more affordable because it would take a few weeks to be completed. Additionally, he gave a timetable/estimate of how many days the work would take (depending on the weather) as well how the work would be divided into sections. Hasan came with his workers on the very first day and outlined what was to be done. He would come on a daily basis unannounced (I think) to inspect and examine completed work. His level of professionalism, skills set, and competence is unmatched by any other contractor that I have come in contact with. Hassan's workers have an excellent work ethic. They report to work in promptly and begin to work immediately. They are prepared to work complete with the appropriate materials and tools. As you watch them work one can see they are well versed in their profession. They work proficiently, diligently, skillfully, neatly, and quietly. They were very accommodating and followed requested specifications exactly. Each day they left the area they worked on spotless. I would hire them again and I strongly recommend JNH Construction Co.
