From the moment we boarded, he acted as if every passenger was interrupting his day. His attitude was consistently dismissive, cold, and unprofessional. I reported that my first‑class seat was broken and wouldn't recline. He glanced at it, said "OK," and walked away. When I suggested he might want to report it, he repeated "OK" with the same uninterested tone and made no effort to address it. For a paid first‑class upgrade, this level of service is unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This experience fell far below the standard I expect from American Airlines.

My first flight, I was ignored during snack and beverage time. I figured it was a fluke, but we were delayed from disembarking for 45 minutes. Things happen. Delays seem to be the m.o. of this airline. We arrived from Pittsburgh in Jacksonville, and had to wait for a Breeze Airways plane to finish and taxi away...no problem. Would you believe ANOTHER Breeze Airways plane passes us up and went straight to the airport and unloaded. Then an Air Canada plane came and docked, then a Delta plane cane and docked, and we are still sitting here. Now, Brian, one of the flight attendants was very entertaining while giving us all the flight info, so much so that when he was done, he got applause. I have never seen that! The way the schedule the planes needs to improve. Not only did they delay more than a hundred people, they also negated his stellar performance on the microphone. Also, I was skipped for the beverage on this flight, as well. The row in front and behind me got drinks, and I went thirsty. When the crew saw how delayed we would be, they got cups and water to help with the dehydration of flying. I stared at each one of the three flight attendants, and not one of them looked at me, nor did they ask if I wanted some water. The row in front of me got water, as did the row behind me. Not sure why this airline just serves drinks randomly, and not systematically! So much room for improvement. I actually want to fly this airline again, in a few months, to see if things get better. Today was my first time flying Breeze Airlines. It is a near full 4 hour flight that turned into…read morenearly 5 hours due to dodging storms along the way home. Not a horribly lengthy flight, yet still too long. Somehow, overnight, the departure time was lengthened by 15 minutes. Once we arrived to the airport, it was delayed again twice, to equal another 25-30 minutes. Typical, but not a good first impression! Boarding the plane became chaotic because few people could understand what the Breeze employee was saying. She seemed to want to eat the microphone when speaking into it. Once on board the flight, the attendants had to stay seated for the first hour of the 5 hour flight because it was too bumpy. Once through the turbulence, they got up to serve drinks. Your choice was water or ice water. Anything else, they charged for. No snacks were handed out. I asked one of the attendants if they had a blanket because my husband was cold, but really wanted to rest his head on it while he tried to sleep. They had no blankets of any sort, so they said. There were several young babies on the flight who were quite vocal about their being uncomfortable! I was taken aback when one of the flight attendants shouted fairly loudly 'Give 'em a bottle! Give 'em a pacifier! Give 'em a boob!' That was rude & unethical as well as uncalled for! It is definitely not her place to be instructing passengers on how to quiet their kids who have no control over how they feel about flying. It was not the best of flights home from vacation.... But still happy to be back home and in my own bed!!!

When we arrived early for our return flight we waited at an empty baggage check counter for 30 minutes for staff to arrive, then when we were called up we were told we had to wait another hour because we were not allowed to check our bag until it was on their appropriate time not ours. Leaving my elderly parents alone at the airport for the entire night was not an option! The agent said they couldn't book us on another airline. However, when we went to the gate front desk and informed her that there is a flight to Seattle via Alaska Airlines, she immediately rebooked usI Yey! I guess the lesson I learned from is, if the airline's own flights are full, specifically ask the desk agent to rebook you thru one of their "partner" airlines.

I flew up front and paid extra for the extra leg room and that was nice but it wasn't that much of a difference for the price I paid. The staff were semi friendly. I will say the tiny package of wedding cookies were pretty good and the pretzels were better than most that I have had on a plane. The whole experience was okay, nothing special. I don't know if I would fly with them again.

Never have I ever been on a flight that was delayed where the pilot came out and spoke in detail about the reason for the delay, what was done by the maintenance team, and what will happen next. Not only that but he detailed his years of flight experience, including maintenance experience, and time in the AirForce to express his confidence in flying the aircraft based on the results of the maintenance teams work. Lastly, Capt Mark Mitchell (Flight 17) spoke on the importance of us getting to our friends family and shared that to JetBlue all passengers are family. This was such a kind gesture. Once we were ready to take off, we had a longer delay waiting for FAA clearance. At this point, I would have arrived sooner if I had driven but it is what it is. For such a short flight, an economy ticket was sufficient. Surprisingly the seats were comfortable and spacious!! I'm 5'0" on a good day but these seat would be comfortable for a much taller person to stretch out their legs. The flight attendants were friendly and the cabin was clean and new. My return flight could easily cause this review to go from a 5 to a 2... the crew is not the issue. The planes are the issue!! We departed from the gate for an on time departure. We taxied down the runway then the Captain comes on board and says "we must return to the gate because the computers stopped working so maintenance needs to take a look at the issue." The flight was delayed an hour. We arrived in Jax safe and sound. I did witness flight attendants personally go to passengers with certain flights and layovers that may be impacted by the delay or the weather to provide options. Many decided to deplane for later flights. Again, this shows that JetBlue does care about their passengers.

Well after 22 hours and no updates , we jumped on a greyhound after booking a hotel on our own expense to get home ! JetBlue ticketing , customer service agents and flight crew all deserve to be fired and passengers reimbursed !
