He called me the night before (though I missed the call) and well in advance of my landing to confirm that I had arrived and when he would pick me up. I could not have had a better driver for the ordeal we went through. There was a major accident on the highway with delays of two hours. Though it took us almost three hours to get to Ocala, it was not within his control, but he tried his best to take an alternate route which likely got us there in more time than we would have if we had gone on the highway. Joe was friendly and knew a lot about the area. I felt badly I was so tired, but he took it all in stride and got me directly to my destination. Though I was nervous at first booking a shuttle I didn't know anything about, and wasn't sure if it would be reliable, I was left pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

We started researching transportation services before our Disney vacation in Orlando. Are competitors writing fake reviews? Receiving a good quote is always concerning because far too often, companies bury hidden fees in them. Sunny Luxury Transportation was amazing from beginning to end! We received a very reasonable quote for a party of four adults and two children. To be completely honest, the price was so reasonable I questioned if it was authentic...they were true to their word! We needed a car seat and a booster seat, both of which were provided (and clean). The suburban was new and very clean as well. So we had a fantastic price and everything else was perfect. Here's the cherry on top...the company was extremely professional and responded promptly. From the initial contact and quote all the way to our trip, they were in contact and responded. Our driver, Jenny, reached out and texted me before we landed and waited for us to land. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was such engaging conversation that she felt like family. Our return ride was scheduled and we needed to be at the airport even earlier after the hurricane passed through and Jenny was on time to pick us up without any problems.
