He is using our Air Taxi service for a legal matter at a nearby courthouse. The Williston airport terminal building is very nice, has all the usual amenities needed to service aircraft such as fuel, pilot lounge, free coffee, and lobby with HD TV. Plus, there's even a restaurant next door called Pyper Kup Restaurant. The manager tells me the restaurant draws many weekend fliers looking for a place to fly to, The people who run the place are friendly, offer a great service to their community. Plus, the aviation gasoline for my plane is very inexpensive- $3.71/gallon. I'm paying $5.40 in Miami. If you fly, or need to get to someplace in Northwestern Florida. Williston is a great choice.

Who would ever say that about going through a TSA checkpoint…read more Honestly this is the best experience at an airport I've ever had, not that I'm a world traveler but I do know when people are capable of doing their job properly and adding kindness, compassion and respect in a field that usually doesn't show too much of this. The whole process is quick but you are not rushed nor pushed around. You are not felt like you have to move faster than you are capable, and everyone working goes out of their way to make sure that you feel at ease. I will definitely fly out of Gainesville Regional Airport more often! I loved this experience!

I was very impressed with their professionalism. My wife had to be petted down because your jeans would not pass through the scanner without setting it off. The female officer that did it was apologetic and hopeful through the whole process, this is the way we should be treated Iare government officials.
