I needed assistance and decided to call this business at . The response time was decent and the person on the line tried to help as much as possible. I had to be transferred once, but the second representative handled things better and gave me the correct information. read more

I am a Delta SkyMiles member and I typically fly out of LAX because there are more options of flight times and, of course, flights are more affordable. I am so happy to fly Delta out of Burbank. Let's be honest, we would all rather fly out of BUR than LAX. I have pre-check so I was able to time my airport arrival with minimal wait time and was there within 5 minutes of boarding time. I was flying to BOS with a connection to DEN. The crew was pleasant and my flight to DEN was good. Since I was on the shorter leg the airplane was smaller and it was obvious it was an older airplane, which I understand. We landed on time and safely. read more

Had the absolute worse experience flying delta. I have the American Express Gold Delta card so I got one free checked luggage. They mishandled my luggage and one wheel completely tore off. This suitcase is brand new. They changed our flights at least 3x. My original flights only had one layover both ways but they changed them so I had two layovers on the arrival and departure. They also added a 7 hour layover on my return and I was not compensated at all. I was not given lounge access or any accommodations. I went to the customer service line waited an hour just for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. On the flights going to our destination they offered us two meal vouchers but they did not offer food on the planes so we were not able to use them. The worse part was the 7 hour layover because I never would have booked the flights if that was going to be the case. read more

First they canceled our flight because we were 16 minute early not 15 minutes and then they served my 13 year old son a beer .

They dropped my paraplegic wife and damaged her wheelchair after they promised not to check it.

I fly to Tampa on Delta nonstop! I think they are great! The flight attendants are awesome..... unlike United arrogant snotty attendents

I'm beginning to understand how people leave their first review: from the airport where they have time to set up a quick profile and complain on here due to flight delay. But there's only one problem. We're complaining about one of the best airlines in U.S. What a privilege and treat to have Delta as an option flying in and out of this time capsule of an airport. The world is getting bigger but in Burbank, this highly personal airport featuring Delta is just the way to start and end an itinerary in this region. A great airline in a midecentury airport?! It doesn't get any better than that. read more

What can we say about Delta Airlines?! We booked roundtrip non stop flight from LAX to Raleigh NC last week and was texted and emailed several days prior to our boarding keeping us informed about our flight status and suggested travel tips to make our trip pleasant. At the check in kiosk, the Delta agent helped us get our bags checked and Cameron the Baggage agent was most friendly at 5am!! Boarding our flight we opted for the 'Comfort level seating' and were not disappointed. The inflight movie screen in 12A was not working halfway through the flight. The onboard flight attendants were efficient and accommodating with serving drinks and snacks. The plane was clean and was fully booked. Why is it that people have to stand up out of their seats as soon as the plane lands to deplane? Can't they wait a few minutes and let each row exit? Gotta try First Class next flight! High 5 to Delta!! read more

Would not suggest them EVER.was at airport in traffic took 3hrs to get to departure, finally got closer to see 2 people directing traffic, still unclear what happened. Called airline to make sure I could make flight said I had to be there by 11:15 or I could go . Made it at departure at 12:17 . Left my daughters home to make sure I was there 2 1/2 hrs before 11:55. Delta would not help me get another flight I had to purchase another ticket. So make sure you are there 4 hrs early. Flown many times first time I ever had this problem read more

I am the worst flyer, but I took a Delta flight with my husband twisting my arm last week. We had the nicest flight attendant on the way home. His name was Michael and he just finished flight training. Poor guy was nervous, did an awesome job and made me feel so much better about flying. Congratulations for making such a great flight attendant. We were on flight 3836 from Reno to LAX. Thank you Michael. Stay as wonderful as you are. Also loved Alicia. GREAT JOB. read more

Not sure how they normally handle stuff, but my suitcase got broken along with my beautiful designer duffle bag :( Not happy! read more

Comfortable and check-in was fairly easy. Didn't like they offered reusable earbuds on the flight. Also, they had a lot of movies with nudity. I had to make my son switch seats and avoid looking a certain direction just because the person in the front row kept watching movie with nudity. read more

Horrible customer service. Wait times are horrendous!!! Definitely not a customer friendly service experience. Finally gave up and to call back later. If I didn't have a e-credit, I'd never book with this airline again! read more

Delta is the absolute worst airlines in the world. I get that American Airlines is 1.5 stars on yelp, however, I know that they'd treat their paying passengers much better than Delta. Bought a ticket out of pure desperation to get to Seattle, given that I typically fly standby on Southwest because of my fathers employment history. Because I've flown Southwest all my life, they usually wait for the last passenger and will even delay departure by three to five minutes for the "last passenger" based on check-in, however, I got to the airport over an hour early for my flight, decided to get breakfast, and head to my gate around 7:43am, keep in mind I was departing from Burbank, a very small airport, and upon getting to my gate at 7:51am, they said they closed the doors 1 minute prior to my arrival. I looked out the window of the airport and saw over 30 people boarding the airplane I was supposed to be on. Supposedly I was paged, however, I was 2 gates away and heard only one page thru the overhead speakers for a passenger on a Southwest flight. This caused a 3-hour delay in my arrival time and the attendant was very rude I arrived at my gate. She made sure to let me know I barely missed making it on my flight and was not accommodating to my situation at all. To anyone who reads this, fly Southwest, or any other airlines honestly, had a problem with Delta in the past over a refund for a cancelled flight on their end and I vowed to never take their airline again, but here I am, once again, extremely disappointed with their customer service and employees. I hate this airlines and despite any price, I will actively avoid flying them. I will also discourage all others from using them as their choice in flight travel for the rest of my life. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. (And bonus-- their flight was rated to have "above average CO2 therefore causing fatigue and shortness of breath as well as asphyxiation in extreme cases") who the hell wants to hop on a plane like that? You tell me. read more

Worst terminal at Burbank Airport. Horrible service. Unclear lines. Awful customer service.

Due to COVID 19 had to cancel my trip. Tried to get my money back but no luck , they gave me ecredit . At this point don't want or need credit i need my money back . read more

Don't fly Delta!! They take your money and promise you a flight at a certain time. Then right before you leave they change the flight. And change it maybe 4 or5 times. Try to leave at 9am but leave at midnight with 3 added stops. Going to a wedding? Too bad. Have a business appointment? Tough luck. No refunds, no customer service. read more

Took Delta and FINALLY used credit to see my beautiful Bro before he passed. Flew in the "comfort " section. Not quite sure why it's called that. Didn't see any difference. The staff was nice. The wine was good. Question though Delta, every single flight (4 with stopovers) they would announce that you could charge phone in the side or under seats. Nope. Sis and I searched desperately and there was NOWHERE to plug in. So you may want to change that spiel a tad when there actually aren't any k? Otherwise flights were good. No time for meals but kind staff, etc. read more

I didn't choose Delta. I used Priceline to get the cheapest tickets possible. I guess you truly get what you pay for. First of all, why would they CHARGE $25 per bag???!!??? Why not just increase the cost of the ticket by $25?? That way, at least the customer doesn't have any additional surprises when they are checking in. I thought we were doing something good. There were 7 of us traveling together- me, my wife, and our 5 boys. We only had 4 bags to check in for 7 people. That would have been a total of $200 extra ($100 from here, and then $100 on our return flight home) just to check our bags at the desk. Fortunately, 2 of our boy's bags were small enough that they could go as carry-on luggage. That saved us a little bit. But still, it's not right to charge extra for a bag. Next, why did meals stop getting served?? Now they charge you if you want the meal. They charge you for your bags. They charge you if you want to eat. They charge you for the wifi. They charge you for the headphones (that don't work that well). Boooooooo. Is this all airlines? Have I been in solitary confinement for the last few years? Is all of this nonsense just common knowledge?? Such a disappointment. read more

Terrible customer service. You will never get a rep on the phone. The chat feature at Delta is run by bots. I've never been able to get through. If you're not computer savvy, do not use Delta! So I guess delta decided to board everyone before telling them the aircraft needed repair. Now we've been sitting in the hot cabin for almost an hour since they don't turn on the AC either. Very annoying read more

Delta air lines was the worst experience of my life. They were beyond rude when they lost my bag and my bag still isn't with me ! The guy from baggage with delta was so rude to me I cried because I was so frustrated and he stated quote on quote what do you want me to do ? His name was DAVE by the way in Vancouver. My flight was delayed twice and I missed my shift then they tried to put me on another airline with a middle seat!!!! & 3 hour wait time & they didn't even let me know what was going on. I had to go and ask and find out since they made me miss my last flight. Then they lost my bag ! The service all around was horrible they need to learn respect and communication. Once delta found my bag they tell you a time the bag will be at your place but don't believe them because it's not between that time frame!! I wouldn't even give them any stars ! read more

Jeez, Delta. Get it together. I flew first class Burbank to Atlanta. An old 737. The in flight monitor was broken..thought I was going to Papau, New Guinea, rather than Atlanta. The plugs for charging? Dead. The food? Omg. A desiccated chicken breast and undercooked quinoa. Not even edible. When the guy in front of me put his seat back back, I couldn't even cross my legs. I get these are first world problems, but I paid for service that never arrived. You guys used to be great...c'mon now. read more

Dearsir, i want to write this review to tell you how amazing your customer service was at check in for business class at LAX. Upon checking in at LAX, to my horror,I discovered that the paper visa issued by Brazilian embassy had fallen off the passport. I was told nothing can be done till I obtain visa which meant cancellation of the entire trip & plans.Needless to say,I was just devastated. Mr Ricardo Huete overheard our predicament & calmly went to work.he first helped us fill out a temporary visa hoping it comes soon in time.then he started trouble shooting.Going through our passports(I was traveling with my partner),he eventually realized what must have happened.thank god,I asked my neighbor to search & retrieve the document from our home & Uber it to us. In the meantime out flights had departed. He very calmly booked us into next convenient flight just a few hours later. It is difficult to put in words how we felt before & after his intervention. As I write this review we are back from an a,axing vacation that would not have happened without one Mr Ricardo Huete. ( my travel info....anil mohin. Boarding pass from Rio to Atlanta DL 60, 18 th Feb, DL xxxxxx7195][hope this is enough info to authenticate it). Thanks. read more

Mostly friendly staff and good flight. Flight on time and bags there.I'll use them again.

Very disappointed with Delta Airlines. They made a mistake with seat assignments and instead of customer service trying to rectify the inconvenience this caused me, they chose to make excuses. read more

Delta Airlines worked with my family under some difficult circumstances. We were unable to travel because of a surgery and recuperation time. I contacted Delta Customer Service online and received a response within days. The representative was considerate and gracious. Delta is the best as far as providing superior customer service to their customers. They are very willing to help and actually treat you as an individual not a number. I will always use Delta Airlines in the future and I would encourage everyone to do the same. You will not be disappointed! read more

I have been a Delta customer for over 20 years and my loyalty has been rewarded handsomely! Of all the major US carriers Delta by far has had the best on time record for me. The worst experience ever! I was coming back from a family vacation and Delta airline flight was delayed, but delayed flight is not my complaint. The way they handled the process of us moving to a hotel and going through all the security and customs in the middle of the night for a few hours is where they really screwed up. It was the worst vacation experience ever, and the worst part of it was that I can't get to a real person on the phone to complain. read more

I am now 5 dropped phone calls trying to reschedule my 3-1/2 delayed flight. This is my fifth flight in five trips that was postponed due to who knows why. Having a pretty awful experience today trying to get help from an actual Delta employee. WORSE SERVICE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS. The manager yells at their customers saying "I'm explaining..." for 7272929292 time. Don't even try to help. Say "no tickets were purchased" but still charged. They literally steel money from their customers who are just trying to purchase their tickets and say it's your fault. Yell at customers and don't even let them speak. Edna Angeles worst manager Delta better find a new manager ASAP if they want to keep their customers. Never flying Delta again. read more

Awful. Horrible. Miserable. Airline customer service is always a problem but DELTA airlines now tops the Worst Customer Care list. The morons at the desk at Burbank Airport were so belligerent, sluggish and unhelpful it was like they'd been trained at a prison. No, this wasn't during a big rush. It was first thing in the morning and the airport was empty! Of course, there is no customer support line over the weekends, probably because they know how terrible the service is. If you can fly any airline than Delta, you should probably do it. The few dollars more you might pay for the seat are the few dollars they're not spending on hiring or training their personnel. Majestic fail! "The World's Most Trusted Airline"? Sure. Trust Delta to ruin your entire travel experience. read more

If I could give a negative review I would. I don't care about their "system outages" Delta was on schedule for my sister and her NEW husband's honeymoon when they left and on their 4 hour drive to the airport, it was still on time when they arrived and then it was delayed two hours then delayed 3 hours then cancelled. Delta didn't even help them book another flight, they have now missed nearly 2 days of their honeymoon due to Delta's lack of professionalism. They also only gave them dinner money for all of their trouble, not a hotel, not an upgrade, no money to make up for the money they have now lost with their honeymoon, nothing. When I called to talk to customer service the agent had the audacity to say that he "wouldn't listen to me" then transferred me. DON'T FLY DELTA, every flight that I ever had with them had arrogant customer service and bad attendants. They think they are the best airline and I would never fly with them again. read more

Currently sitting on the tarmac waiting for an open gate. Just be honest so we know that 5 minutes REALLY means 30 so that we can plan for that, let rides know, etc. So inconsiderate. A lady from the Los Angeles airport who works for delta is to blame for this one star. She was the who was checking out boarding passes for gate 53b on oct3 at the 7:55 flight to portland. Her attitude was horrible. She wouldn't let me bring my luggage on board ? I literally just came from Las Vegas to the Los Angeles airport , now leaving from Los Angeles to the portland airport boarding the exact same plane that took me from vegas to Los Angeles. She is saying my bag was to large to put on the plane. When I know for a fact it wasn't. And hey that's not a big deal.. I'll pay 25$ for my bag no problem. But when she has a horrible attitude like that , and choosing to treat a good loyal customer in that manner is very unnecessary. I'll never fly with delta airlines again. And I'll be sure to call customer service and let them know how poorly i was treated. read more
