After I explained that she must have mistaken me for someone else, she then changed the amount multiple times, saying my card had declined and that I owed 50 cents instead. The entire story was confusing and inconsistent, and because the amount kept changing, it honestly made me feel like she was trying to hustle me out of extra money. It also made the situation even harder to understand because none of it really made sense. What made things worse was that this was all being said out loud in front of other customers, which felt embarrassing and uncomfortable. This experience discouraged me from wanting to return.
