Unresolved. - Fence is falling over and can been seen through For issues that could be costly - like termite infestation, plumbing, fence, and electrical, I get the feeling they have no real interest in solving them. They acknowledge, people please, and let it rot on the vine. For any property that they list PLEASE do your research. My apartment has been disgusting at best and at moments completely uninhabitable. For over four months, I have dealt with serious unresolved electrical and safety concerns (which were classified as a fire hazard for the entire building by a licensed electrician), holes in every room of the house for months from them having to install electrical wiring that is up to code yet they haven't finished the job because they are "waiting on permits" which I now know was a lie, inadequate air conditioning, appliance failures, property damage, repeated maintenance failures, significant financial losses, and constant disruptions to my home and professional responsibilities after moving into a new apartment. They will lie straight to your face to get you to give them money and sign the contracts and then you will have to beg them for basic necessities of living; like a parking spot you are paying for and/or functioning lights in your kitchen which I didn't have for almost 2 months. They hire the cheapest workers to get the job done and then the issue will return the following week. They force you to block off 4 hours of your day for any maintenance issue and then the worker doesn't show up or call to let you know they aren't coming. They have done this to me multiple times in a row in just one week alone. Wasting over 16 hours of my time in just one week in which I had to call off work. Their failure to address basic necessities of living has cost me substantial time, money, and peace of mind--all while collecting full rent. No tenant should have to fight for basic living conditions or spend hundreds of hours managing a property company's responsibilities. I am a landlord myself and have lived many places and have NEVER experienced anything like this in my entire life. The medical office space itself is well-designed and spacious, with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings.
