This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. I was ready to stop sharing my trash bin & install a locked gate to our shared driveway. All that changed when Jason Meneses got involved. He took responsibility, began sharing the cleanup, got the late trash bill paid & so much more. Jason responds to issues with courteous professionalism & can be counted on to follow up. He's an excellent communicator both verbally & in writing. Although we don't need to engage on issues often, he makes me feel like there's a partner on the other side the rare times I reach out.
