It was great having such a responsive team standing by to take care of a few tiny minor glitches that were done quickly and perfectly. For the home, having rented over a dozen homes in the LA area...and a good share elsewhere, this lovely home has become our absolute favorite. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 teens), providing all of us with enough room to have our own space, and spacious enough in common areas to enjoy watching a movie, playing board games, and having dinners. The space was light and bright, really well-furnished, and the gorgeous walk-in closet made me want one at home. We fell in love with this part of town, strolling Robertson and Melrose were a breeze. Great restaurants, shopping, everything was pretty fabulous. Though the kitchen was not as well-stocked as other rentals, that was such a minor point. All in all, this was a great 2 weeks and we're eager to return to West Hollywood.

I had very noisy neighbors, I don't know their names so let's call them Crystal and Meth. They stayed awake all night talking loudly and none stop, they started playing music at 2am. Every time I woke up they were talking or shouting. I called the desk who said security would check but nothing changed. I was told the next day they were checking out but they then booked another night so I moved to a quieter room on the 4th floor. Again all the time front desk people were nice about it. I had eight nights there are location is amazing especially for the pride events right in front of the hotel. It's very affordable as I mentioned and these days rooms much cleaner than past years.

We ended up staying in a One-Bedroom Suite and it was GREAT. It was incredibly spacious and there were a ton of amenities in the room (bathrobes, slippers, a fridge, another fridge for beverages, lotion, makeup removers, etc). Loved the little patio too. Service was great too! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We were even able to check out the fitness center Saturday morning. We ended up having it all to ourselves. The fitness center was pretty nice and even had water, towels, and a little juice fridge. It had a few machines and some weights too. Walking around the hotel is fun too! It's truly a hotel with so much character and there's lots of things to see! We ate at Cavatina for breakfast twice and enjoyed it. The only con was the spotty wi-fi signal. It was particularly weak in our room (the third floor), but noticed it was really strong at Cavatina and at the fitness center. It wasn't too much of an issue as we didn't need the internet for much. But I can imagine if I had an important call or work that that would be a bigger issue. Overall, a really wonderful hotel!

Knowing the history of music here, I loved all the pictures of iconic musicians posted throughout the hotel. Our room was on the first floor, by the pool. It was spacious and comfortable with a private patio with a ceiling fan to relax outside. The bed was heaven- so soft and lush and the shower was also lovely- perfect water pressure! We enjoyed visiting Cavatina for the ambiance and service and the pool was relaxing with a comfortable temperature! The hotel was doing construction when we visited and one pool was closed but we didn't experience any noise regarding this. This is a full service hotel that caters to guests so items such as ice, will have to be ordered and delivered ;) The only negative was our internet did not work well in our room or in the lobby. Good thing I wasn't working when I stayed ;) Overall though, it's a beautiful hotel with a ton of history and charm! If you're a mover and a shaker, you may want to visit Bar 1200 (in the lobby area) where all the cool cats gather, rather late at night :)
