When a company steals $10,000 from you, is this a company you want to do business with? Absolutely not. I really really hate leaving negative reviews, but in dealing with such a SHADY company, I truly feel like I have no choice. Long story short, my husband and I rented a house for a day for our wedding. We left the property in pristine condition then The Nightfall Group comes back to tell us that we scratched up their floors which we knew that we never did. After repeated attempts of trying to prove our case, and asking them to return our money, they still refused, so we took them to small claims court. We won and now they owe us our money back. Oh, but guess what? Now they're telling us they have no money to pay us. They offered to give us half of our money back over the course of the next 10 months but only if my husband takes down his negative review. We, of course, refused. How is getting $5,000 over the next 10 months a good deal? Give us back the full amount you owe us and then we'll consider taking our negative reviews down or give me a Lambo or Ferrari and we can call it even. My $10,000 security deposit should be sitting there untouched but they straight up stole it and refuse to give it back in full even after a court order. Losing $10,000 sucks, but if anything, my hope is I can at least help people who are considering doing business with this company to NOT and take your money somewhere else. read more

I never leave reviews but I had to do this one. At first I didn't know what to except when booking with a company offline as usually I go with Airbnb rentals. I contacted them and the process was pretty simple they answered the phone call very fast and an employee called me back with a few houses that were available for my stay, I then picked one and paid the amount including a security deposit which I didn't know first. Then I checked in the villa and I really loved it it was spacious and accommodating with tons of amenities for my group, the day of the check out they gave us simple instructions before we leave and then refunded our deposit after a couple of days. STAY AWAY!! My wife and I rented one of their properties for our wedding after making a payment of $10,000, along with another $10,000 as a deposit. The owner of the house visited the venue after the event and praised our wedding coordinator for how well and clean the house looked. However, a few days later, we received absurd photos via text showing large scratches on the living room floor, and we were unjustly accused of causing the damage. To resolve the issue, we involved a floor specialist, went altogether for an inspection of the floor, and provided extensive photo/video evidence to prove that we were not responsible for the damage. We also found many other older damages under the other couches. Despite our efforts, the agency disappeared when we demanded the return of our USD 10,000. As a result, we took legal action against the Nightfall Group and its owner (who we later discovered was also the owner of the house). We pursued the matter in court and we won the case. We followed up multiple times. Yet, nearly 4 months after the verdict, they have just disappeared and we know we have been scammed. I am leaving out many of the details as there would be too much to tell, but our overall experience with these people has been horrible. They stole our $ 10,000, definitely not what you wish for your wedding. ***POST REVIEW UPDATE Following my review, the owner reached out begging me to take it down because "it's affecting his business". He's offered to pay me $ 5K (half of what he owes me) in monthly payments of $ 500 if I take down the review. According to him, the reason why he can't give me all my money back is because the Nightfall Group is going bankrupt soon. What a scam read more

I have not been thrilled with our experience with the Nightfall group. The house looked amazing online but once we stayed there, we saw lots of issues and the house was pretty beat up, none of the fireplaces worked, outside and pool lights are broken or missing, the internet didn't work, outside fireplaces were smashed in, patio ugly stains, ants all over the house, treadmill didn't function, etc. We spent the first 3 or so days with workers in the house trying to fix lots of things that were broken. This is a long-term rental - 1.5 months - so we inquired about switching homes. Despite having so many on their website, they said none were available. All Danny wanted to do was switch us to a smaller house listed on zillow or upsell us to an even higher amount. We have rented beautiful homes and villas all over the world and would not recommend this service to our friends. read more

I was looking to splurge for my wife's birthday weekend and given we've spent the last year mostly at home I thought renting a fancy house and bringing our friends along would be perfect. I found The Nightfall Group on Instagram and reached out, shortly after I was contacted by their team who helped me book this place with ease. The house was even better than in the pictures, everyone was so impressed. For being right in Beverly Hills we still felt it was very private, we were able to shop in the area, come back for pool time and then easily go out to dinner in the area in the evenings. Would highly recommend! The Infinity Villa is really a dream. Stayed there recently with some friends, we had not seen each other in a while and it was the best place for us to relax and reconnect. We spent most of our time on the great deck and infinity pool (hence the home name) overlooking the city, grilling and soaking in the sun. A co-worker of mine recommended Nightfall Group and they are truly a full service company, not only did they help me find the house but they arranged us renting a car and getting a chef one night we were there.
