This was my second stay with The Nightfall Group--and once again, they completely exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless, elegant, and truly elevated. The home was beyond stunning--impeccably designed, clean, and thoughtfully curated down to every last detail. It felt like a five-star resort with the comfort and privacy of a personal retreat. What I appreciate most is the consistency in their service, luxury isn't just in the aesthetics, it's in how they anticipate your needs and make you feel like a VIP guest from start to finish reflecting top-tier taste and hospitality. When a company steals $10,000 from you, is this a company you want to do business with? Absolutely not. I really really hate leaving negative reviews, but in dealing with such a SHADY company, I truly feel like I have no choice. Long story short, my husband and I rented a house for a day for our wedding. We left the property in pristine condition then The Nightfall Group comes back to tell us that we scratched up their floors which we knew that we never did. After repeated attempts of trying to prove our case, and asking them to return our money, they still refused, so we took them to small claims court. We won and now they owe us our money back. Oh, but guess what? Now they're telling us they have no money to pay us. They offered to give us half of our money back over the course of the next 10 months but only if my husband takes down his negative review. We, of course, refused. How is getting $5,000 over the next 10 months a good deal? Give us back the full amount you owe us and then we'll consider taking our negative reviews down or give me a Lambo or Ferrari and we can call it even. My $10,000 security deposit should be sitting there untouched but they straight up stole it and refuse to give it back in full even after a court order. Losing $10,000 sucks, but if anything, my hope is I can at least help people who are considering doing business with this company to NOT and take your money somewhere else. read more

Awesome spot for a last minute luxury rentals! I ended up booking after a last minute cancellation of my Airbnb, and glad it ended up canceling. This spot was modern and comfortable and the management made our stay easy and efficient to book. They even had a welcome package to greet us. Would book again read more

Amazing experience! I would definitely book again. Great customer service. They provided all of our needs and had great attention to detail.

Beautiful luxury properties and friendly stuff but beware. They will take any opportunity to scam you, take your deposit, etc. Also, a lot of their reviews are fake like the one I previously wrote here and on Airbnb. read more

I never leave reviews but I had to do this one. At first I didn't know what to except when booking with a company offline as usually I go with Airbnb rentals. I contacted them and the process was pretty simple they answered the phone call very fast and an employee called me back with a few houses that were available for my stay, I then picked one and paid the amount including a security deposit which I didn't know first. Then I checked in the villa and I really loved it it was spacious and accommodating with tons of amenities for my group, the day of the check out they gave us simple instructions before we leave and then refunded our deposit after a couple of days. I will book with them again. Shoutout to Mike the check in guy!! Definitely thumbs up read more

I called randomly to inquire about booking a house and they were the first company who answered pretty fast, they got back to me super quick with many options to choose from, I then made a decision and booked with them, there is a security deposit due before the check in which I paid by wire, the stay was smooth and no bad surprises, would stay with them when I travel again, the house was at market price and stocked plus they checked us in and offered other services they offer but we didn't take them, overall great experience and had to leave this review :) read more

I rented a villa in Beverly Hills for a family reunion after a long time apart. Being this was a special time I decided to ask The Nightfall Group concierge if they had extra services and they helped me with arranging massages at the house one morning along with a chef who made us breakfast afterwards. Such a lovely touch and seamless process to have the same company assist with all of our needs. It was what I hoped for and am so glad I was referred to use them. STAY AWAY!! My wife and I rented one of their properties for our wedding after making a payment of $10,000, along with another $10,000 as a deposit. The owner of the house visited the venue after the event and praised our wedding coordinator for how well and clean the house looked. However, a few days later, we received absurd photos via text showing large scratches on the living room floor, and we were unjustly accused of causing the damage. To resolve the issue, we involved a floor specialist, went altogether for an inspection of the floor, and provided extensive photo/video evidence to prove that we were not responsible for the damage. We also found many other older damages under the other couches. Despite our efforts, the agency disappeared when we demanded the return of our USD 10,000. As a result, we took legal action against the Nightfall Group and its owner (who we later discovered was also the owner of the house). We pursued the matter in court and we won the case. We followed up multiple times. Yet, nearly 4 months after the verdict, they have just disappeared and we know we have been scammed. I am leaving out many of the details as there would be too much to tell, but our overall experience with these people has been horrible. They stole our $ 10,000, definitely not what you wish for your wedding. ***POST REVIEW UPDATE Following my review, the owner reached out begging me to take it down because "it's affecting his business". He's offered to pay me $ 5K (half of what he owes me) in monthly payments of $ 500 if I take down the review. According to him, the reason why he can't give me all my money back is because the Nightfall Group is going bankrupt soon. What a scam read more

Wow!! What can I say... The Skyhawk Estate was stunning! My family and I really enjoyed all the amenities this house offered: infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna, home theater, and ocean views. The expertise and professionalism of this company went beyond my expectation. They were quick to respond to any request and extra accommodations. They did not hesitate and they were on top of it. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! That's honestly the best way to capture my experience with The Nightfall Group. First and foremost, our property was absolutely breathtaking. Each and every person who came to the house was blown away. The stunning photos didn't even do the mansion justice. Staying at the property is an experience we will always remember. In terms of service, The Nightfall Group's team went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed every step of the way. Our check-in process was super smooth and we were given a tour to make sure we knew how everything worked on the property. Whenever we had questions about anything in the house, the staff responded immediately and was able to help. We had an amazing time at the property and will definitely be booking with The Nightfall Group again. 100% highly recommend - you won't regret it! read more

I have not been thrilled with our experience with the Nightfall group. The house looked amazing online but once we stayed there, we saw lots of issues and the house was pretty beat up, none of the fireplaces worked, outside and pool lights are broken or missing, the internet didn't work, outside fireplaces were smashed in, patio ugly stains, ants all over the house, treadmill didn't function, etc. We spent the first 3 or so days with workers in the house trying to fix lots of things that were broken. This is a long-term rental - 1.5 months - so we inquired about switching homes. Despite having so many on their website, they said none were available. All Danny wanted to do was switch us to a smaller house listed on zillow or upsell us to an even higher amount. We have rented beautiful homes and villas all over the world and would not recommend this service to our friends. read more

For our daughter's 15th birthday we wanted to have a small family dinner, since we cannot go out anywhere right now we decided to rent a home and do a little get together away from home. We got a spectacular house, it had everything we needed, the kitchen was perfect for putting the meal together and all the rooms were clean and fresh. We felt secluded enough but in such an accessible area where we got to do some shopping and finish off the day relaxing by the pool. They are also pet friendly! 10/10 would recommend The Nightfall Group. read more

I originally had a reservation with another agent that was set 2 months in advance. I had 7 people flying in from the east coast and 5 people driving down from NorCal to stay at a house in LA. Literally, 3 days before we are supposed to fly in, the agent called and said that the property owner needed the house and that he had to cancel our reservation. I started calling other agents ASAP. After scouring listings, I came across the nightfall group and was put in contact with Chafik. He was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions and was very honest and trustworthy (very rare in this industry). We ended up booking the listing on Thursday night for a Friday checkin! The house was amazing, clean and very modern. In the future I will contact this group directly before going through any 3rd party apps (vrbo airbnb). Only call out is that the nightfall group does not accept credit cards, must have cash! read more
