I've had experiences with other management companies that won't care to follow up with requests or issues but rather blame individuals or make them live with the inconvenience and just collect their monthly rent. Don't waste your time looking for another realtor...start with Beatrix and the Whipple Group first. Some highlights of how they do business... 1. Pictures and marketing done within 5 days of interviewing them. 2. Photos were perfect and I was impressed with the virtual tour they did for the internet. 3. Very tech savvy. The Whipple Group understands the importance of digital marketing. They drove traffic even in a down market. 4. Reputation, reputation. Everyone knew Beatrix and had only positive feedback regarding her work. 5. Work ethic. The Whipple Group understands deadlines and works hard to meet them. 6. Value! The Whipple Group not only surpassed my expectations, but they provided a far superior service than that of other realtors for the same commission. I spent 20 years working as a sales consultant for some of the largest corporations on the Fortune 100. I have completed deals that resulted in revenues well into the 9 figures. So, when I say that I respect Beatrix, I do so with knowledge of what a successful sales person looks like. Lastly, I'm hard to work for, but Beatrix was a star the entire time.

Our pool and spa both are leaking for months, instead of fixing them she bought cameras with our money and installed in our pool without the permission of the owners. The sprinklers were not getting fixed for months and many of our beautiful plants got died. She butchered so many of our trees and plants without the causes then lied about the code violation. She has a friendship with her vendors and they may write or say anything for her. She is hiding the financial records from the owners and messing up with their account. She is rude, hostile. She may acts nice to you only if she sees this is useful for her. She is muting the homeowners in the meeting and she has mistreated and abused the previous HOA president that hired her. Her company can't manage at all, what they do is only managing their own pockets. Once she attaches herself to your place, she would do anything to stay and to get the money from you, including threatening and abusing you. Those stars and positives most likely are fake and have been put by her friends. Do not trust her vendors. Do not get deceived by her and do not trust her. Many owners signed complaints against her. She became friends with the new HOA board and do everything to stay in our place at the time that homeowners do not like her. Finally some jobs have been done but our property has been destroyed and thousands of dollars our HOA money has been wasted by her.

NOBODY move to any of the apartments that this company 'Focus Property Services' rents out…read more (Speaking from experience) - I will list below all of the things that are terrible. 1. Get ready to be treated nicely and receive communication from all management at the beginning of your lease but get ready to be fully neglected the longer you stay. They only want you for your rent money. 2. All agents are terrible at communication. Siurabe, Nelson, Kevin - the entire property as a whole. Get ready to send emails/phone calls/text messages and receive no response if you're in need of any type of assistance. 3. All of their properties are poorly made (construction) meaning you will be able to hear all of the residents residing around you way more than living a comfortable life. If you love hearing the toilet flush from your neighbor, perfect for you. 4. When maintenance is being done in another residents unit- get ready to NOT be notified that they are shutting the water down and who knows for how long. They won't answer if you call the office- as I've said, they only care if you pay your rent. Overall these apartments are incredibly terrible, communication deserves a -0000.1, I would grant this a negative star if it was an option instead of "1 star". Nobody move here if you desire to have peace, a comfortable living, if you want to be happy and not stress. You will be neglected. The most unprofessional management to exist.

The interest and dedication that he showed me with a simple referral, leaves me only to imagine the depth of dedication he would show for larger projects!

Some companies manage properties. MAP Property Management (MAP) helped my family find a home…read more I first rented with MAP in 2013, and after moving away for what I thought would be a better opportunity, life took an unexpected turn. When my daughters and I needed a safe place to begin again, I reached back out to MAP, hoping they could help. They did. What they found for us wasn't just another apartment. It became our sanctuary, one that I could afford on my own as a single mom rebuilding her life. For the past 11 years, my daughters and I have been able to build a life filled with something we hadn't had in a long time: stability. My youngest daughter grew up in this home, attended the same schools from elementary through high school, and graduated alongside many of the same friends she made years before. Those everyday moments may seem ordinary, but to us, they were everything. Throughout the years, every maintenance request has been handled promptly, every phone call has been met with kindness, and I've always been treated with respect. I especially want to thank Laurie and Patty. They have been two of the kindest, most compassionate people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. While they manage the property where I live, they've become part of the reason I can proudly call this place home. Home isn't just about four walls. It's about the feeling you get when you walk through your front door at the end of a long day, knowing you're safe, you're cared for, and you're exactly where you're supposed to be. MAP gave my family so much more than an apartment. They gave us a place to begin again. For that, I will always be grateful.
