She's incredible nice, attentive and warm person, always making sure you wishes are satisfied. I'm so happy and pleasant to have her around. I been living here 7 years and she makes my stay wonderful and more desirable every day. This complex is located in beautiful NoHo, prices are very affordable and is close to everything. Tiffany Warren is an absolute pain to have to deal with. I had initially thought I would live here, though had to back out due to my job becoming remote. Tiffany promised a refund of my $500 deposit within 3-4 weeks "though hopefully sooner". Still no refund. When I asked about this, her response was "this can take awhile". When I asked to speak with someone, she gave me a phone number. When I asked for the direct contact of someone who could give me answers, she said she would ask the person to contact me. I have since requested a chargeback from Chase Bank. That is how bad this situation got. Avoid dealing with her. She's incompetent and not capable of providing quality customer service. read more

I've lived all over LA and Twin Palms @NoHo ranks amongst the best. It really starts with the building manager and in that regard Tiffany is A+. She's built up am inclusive community of tenants and kept the building safe and secure- even during the pandemic. The common areas are meticulously cleaned weekly by professionals. There are rarely, if ever, noise complaints or general rudeness going on. If anything more people should use the amazing pool - I often had it to myself which is like why? If you live here use the pool, people! All in all it's basically like living in a relaxing Palm Springs hotel. Mid century vibes galore. I had one a 1BR unit. It was fully remodeled with new SS appliances, floors and nice touches throughout, for example, the walls were already painted a nice color (Sandpiper) instead of standard apt white. read more

The initial experience was warm and welcoming, given the prospects of leasing units. However, six months in, we experienced control issues. Future family resident, the walls are THIN! Kids and pets are not permitted as much freedom with extremely strict rules. The manager is definitely on top of everything and has an underlying temper. If it's too good to be true as the other reviews extravagantly shared then it's too good to be true. This complex use to be a hotel/motel transformed into a residential unit so expect a layout as such. The monthly rent and large pool are enticing, but if you're looking for a real community and fair judgement when it comes to tenant issues, I would look elsewhere. read more

I have been a resident here for 2.5 yrs and it's been enjoyable. Danielle is the best for sure! She is sweet, speedy on any issues and does her job well. And lives on site so in a way it feels great knowing someone is around for emergencies etc. Danielle is very thorough and is loved! You have to be a grinch to not love her! I moved during renovations 2016 and seen my unit prior to being finished and was happy with it after. I was in a hurry to find a place after so much time looking etc however they speed up the renovation on my unit and I moved within a week! Easy application process unlike many other places that take forever (withdrew application from one property down street due to that). Great size units and appliances etc. (so happy didn't come with built In microwave to take up the beautiful cabinet space I have and especially since I don't use microwaves.) I especially enjoy the color scheme in my unit (white cabinets and light gray flooring) and being on second floor with all the sunlight makes it look bigger and open more too. Not sure any other units have my color scheme usually it's dark wood cabinets and flooring but I'm glad I have mine. Love that gas and electric is included in rent too! Neighbors are great too and it's hard to have good neighbors but here everyone stays to themselves but is friendly and easy to spark convo with...I love the small community feel and I am very comfortable here. Very clean! Cameras surround the entire property and I feel very safe which is important to me! Especially when I worked night shift. It's also very pet friendly. Only downside However is that rent increases every year here by 5% (3% plus 1% per utility included in rent). And wish parking was on first come basis instead of paying $50/month. So yes longer I stay more it puts dent in my pocket and I wish I could be grandfathered in. The rent increase is the only thing that would make me move (I hope not to) But overall I still give it 5 stars. To start this review, Danielle is hands down the best landlord you can ask for. I moved here and I couldn't be any happier! The complex is always clean, very quiet and peaceful. Not a lot of units, everyone is friendly and keeps to themselves. Location is unbeatable for Noho, minutes from the train and the park with great restaurants no more then ten minutes away. The price does tend to run a little high but you get what you pay for here. Anything you need Danielle is always there to help. Aside from being the best landlord, she is one of the nicest souls I have ever met and makes living here feel like home. Would give 10 stars if I could! read more

Twin Palms is a hidden treasure in NOHO. A small 2-story, 40(?) unit courtyard complex which surrounds a pool, barbecue, and lounge area with a faux fireplace. Landscaping includes both flora and fauna. While parking isn't secured, the front and back areas are well lit. There is an on site laundry room. $1.25 wash; $1.00 dry. The property allows pets , yet I never heard meowing or barking. This is a diverse community and I think we have infants and/or toddlers, but I never hear them. If you're Green. You'll love Twin Palms. The property is powered by solar panels and they actively recycle. I hope this helps. read more

1st of all, Danielle is an absolute pleasure. She goes above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are taken care of ASAP. The facility is always clean, she makes sure quiet times are enforced and she monitors the cameras to make sure we aren't letting strangers in (which makes me feel safe). She is amazing. Not to mention, we moved from South Carolina and, even though we were really late arriving due to traffic, she stayed late to make sure we were able to move in that day so we wouldn't have to get a hotel. The apartments are so nice. Everything is updated, modern and clean. We've never had a problem with noise because Danielle takes care of it immediately and all of our neighbors are sweet but tend to keep to themselves, which is nice. Also, the electricity/gas is included and there's no pet rent! I mean, who can beat that?! The only reason we're moving is because I want to be closer to work in Calabasas. read more

Danielle is the best manager for a property by far!!!! Always responsive to ANY questions, concerns, or issues. Any problems we may have had which was very little she walked us through each process and always kept in contact! Property always clean quiet with a zen feel. Very peaceful after a long day of work!! Love this place! Great location, close to everything i.e work, gym and grocery stores. The apartment itself is amazing. Modern hard wood floors and a spacious floor plan. I have lived here for almost two years and am ready to sign for the third. Tiffany Warren is hands down the best building manager I have ever worked with and the main reason I don't want to move. She is very kind, straightforward (no bullshit), and always on top of everything. Last year, she took the initiative to investigate potential water leaks which cut our water bill in half (less than $20!). All maintenance requests are addressed the same or next business day. The community area (pool, laundry room, firepit, and hallway) is beautiful and nicely cared for with weekly cleaning crews. No drama. With the rent price, Tiffany's work, and the great location in the valley, I see no reason to move out unless my job changes or I am having a roommate (the building has 40 units with studios and 1br only. I have lived here for almost a year, and I have to say, I've never seen a complex kept so clean and on top of things! Danielle is the BEST manager EVER. She made my move in process absolutely incredible and is always so helpful any time I need something. For the very few maintence request I had, she had them solved at the flip of a switch, in no time! Everyone in the complex is so nice and friendly as well. I lived here for a year and a half before moving but I can happily say this was the nicest place I have lived. The studio was really nicely renovated--kitchen was so beautiful and bathroom, nice and clean. The small things really made the difference for me: no popcorn ceiling, recess lighting, mirror closets that were pretty big, solar panels, pool, and no carpet. The firepit outside was a really nice touch, too. Pretty much this place had everything in a neat little package. Danielle, also, is amazing. She always dealt with anything you had quickly and was super friendly all the time. I haven't had an apartment manager as good as her thus far. For someone just starting in the working world out of college, this is definitely a perfect place to live. I got a great deal on my studio apartment and I could not be happier. I lived here for about a year. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. Only one time did I have to call for a maintenance request as everything was brand new in my apartment. The garbage disposal was not working and it was repaired within one day. This place is also very convenient. Every Friday night I walked to the local Bars in downtown Noho to meet up with my friends. I never had to worry about having too much to drink as I could just walk home or take an Uber. The reason I left was because I got married and my wife and I needed more space so we move to another Moss and Company building in the area. read more

First of all I would like to say that Danielle was the best landlord we have ever had! She worked with me from out of state to make sure I had a place to move in to when I started my new job in California. The pictures she sent me of my unit were accurate and up to date. My unit was freshly remodeled with wood floors, stainless steel appliances and a modern feel. There was plenty of occasions where she went above and beyond for us during our stay and upon move-in and move-out. We will miss her! Free electricity + gas is such a nice benefit of these apartment complexes. The apartment complex is super quiet and well maintained -- there's cleaning staff that shows up every Tuesday to make sure everything is spotless, and quiet hours are in effect to make sure everyone can get a good nights rest. The people here are generally very friendly and welcoming, it's a small community so you'll get to know the people that live there. I wouldn't recommend getting an apartment on the bottom floor if you want pure peace and quiet, our downstairs neighbor could hear our dogs walking around the apartment :( The only piece of advice I would give is to grab a parking spot when they're available, you'll thank yourself for paying the extra $$ per month because parking on the street is next to impossible now. The pros of this place vastly outweigh the cons. We would have stayed here forever if we had the choice, although we needed to move out to give our dogs some more space and to reduce the commute to work.
