    K.Flay

We saw K.Flay and she was amazing. Bar was expensive as expected. They had good service and the place was clean. I wish there was more seating, but the sound was great. No food available. I would come back to see more shows here.

Honestly one of my favorite venues... it's intimate, the acoustics are great, the bathroom is never packed nor is it inaccessible, drinks are easy to obtain/quick line, and the acoustics are great.

Concert: 2 VIP PJ Morton & DJ Arie Spears Pros: Thank God the saints paid they tithes and offering because they had air condition on full blast! Yal know if the tithes low the air-condition is off ha ha ha! There is limited seating and the venue is small maybe under 1000 ppl. The concert was hella good! Super easy to get in and out of venue. Metal detectors and id check was a breeze. Cons: parking sucks! You have to get there early. Side note: this is more so for the artist and not the venue. We paid close to $100 for VIP tickets and we only received a cheap goody bag (CD, a poster, a hat, and stickers). No meet and greet or at least him coming out to say hi. Most people cant even use the CD seems dated. Butttt the artist put on a hell of a show made me say the ticket was worth every penny. Oh and the DJ was LEGIT!!!!

We greatly enjoyed this venue. We could hear well and see very well. The lighting was super cool and it was decorated nicely. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean. We'd attend another show here if we get the chance.

It was my first visit to Delmar Hall and I loved the intimate setting of the place. For a sold out show of Saint Motel and how small the venue is, it still didn't feel too crowded. For a small concert venue, this place has a sizeable bar complete with many drink options at reasonable prices and the friendliest and efficient bartenders! There are 2 entry ways to the concert hall and the bathrooms are on either side. To the left was the men's and the right was the women's bathroom. The actual concert hall reminded me of a theater but without the seats. It was perfect for the band's tour theme (The Motion Picture Show) but I can see it working for just about anything else. There were seats along the wall of the concert hall and some scattered throughout the venue itself. The place does have great acoustic and is designed to have seamless flow if you are ever to move about during the concert or short show breaks. As another reviewer had mentioned, you can go outside of the actual concert hall and still hear your artist or band playing. I had to use the restroom once and could still hear the music. The restrooms were surprisingly well-maintained so kudos to the staff! If a favorite band comes to Delmar Hall in the future, I'll be sure to come back!

I came here for an Eels concert. I've never been here before and loved it. Great crowd, totally laid back. Very friendly staff. and I loved the acoustics. Very clean concert hall. It was general admission so we had a place to sit during the opening band. Once the Eels made it on stage we were standing 10 feet from them all night and they sounded great. This is a great place to see some great bands, I would come back .

If I had a Latina mother, instead of being my Ma, she'd be "Del Ma." But anyway. This is a really cool little music venue for smaller artists and former great artists such as Michelle Branch. Oh wait I said former great. But anyway. She's everywhere I go. But could she look me in the eye and tell me that she's happy now? They actually let me go inside. Without a ticket. I have no idea why, I was just asking questions about the show. Maybe they liked me. And after the show, they let me pretend to be their security card for an hour or so. Okay well they didn't let me but they certainly didn't stop me. I was caught at the very end - according to the photograph. Wink wink. Definitely the place to be on a Friday or Saturday night or really any show night. But be careful after you're done here. There are some sketchy things going down on the streets outside. It's not the safest city in the world. Especially after dark. But this is one of the cooler venues left in the country. And reminds me of all the venues in England actually.

This is fun and open venue that showcases amazing talent. Like the sister next door- there is not a bad seat in the house! The vibe of the venue is intimate. Even when you are back by the merch table or standing by the stage, the place feels like you are having a nice moment with your favorite artists! The bar is well tended with great options and local brews. The staff that provided floor service is quick and friendly without disrupting the show experience. Whoever is booking the talent for this venue has done a wonderful job of bringing amazing talent into St. Louis. I think I value the set up and acoustics as well as the lighting that blends so well with the style of artist every time. Go see shows here and you will not be disappointed!

Pretty much a smaller version of The Pageant, which was the idea in the first place. The interior and exterior are nice (since its brand new) and you just can tell right away its modeled after its next door neighbor. The stage is a decent size, and there's plenty of space in there (unless its a show that's a big deal). Pros: -I've already seen negative reviews of the Hall's sound, but to me it wasn't much of a problem. -Staff seems to be laid-back and friendly, for now -For some people, a smaller venue means a more energetic-filled room. -The bar and the theater are in two separate rooms, which kind of looks nice. -Very handicap friendly -The roster of many indie/has-been bands that are to play here is great so far. -Great patio outside Cons: -Just like its neighbor, the liquor is not cheap. So definitely plan on spending $$ if you're planning to drink. -Seating is first come, first serve, which I know doesn't sit well with some people. -Chairs are not comfortable to sit in. Pretty much mostly for those who love to stand. So there you have it. Check it out sometime. You may or may not like it, but for those that like smaller venues (like the Ready Room), this place may be for you.

I've never been to a bad show here. It also helps that there are other things to do and eat in the area. You want a date night rock show? This area is perfect for that. I'm prompted to this review because this last show was the first time I've sit up top. Results may vary from venue to venue when it comes to sitting up top. I'm not sure but in the future, I might opt to sit up top for every show. Sometimes you run the risk of the sound bouncing off back walls and ceilings which can make things miserable if you're catching the sound from multiple directions. I'm happy to report the sound is contained in this venue. To begin, all 4 of these bands have perfected their live sound. That definitely helps in small and large venues alike. If any of your favorites roll through here, you owe it to yourself to attend. The only peeve I had this time was the merch. It's a bit odd how this venue handles merch. There were multiple locations for the merch inside the venue. Dayseeker merch was in the big room up front but my question... why not put all the acts in one room? they were spread out which also led to mass confusion with multiple long lines snaking and intersecting with each other. Aside from that, A+ venue. Will continue visiting in the future.

I would always call the box office to be sure of the layout before buying tickets. I saw Qveen Herby and Thot Squad (May 20th) and it was a safe vibe of all types of people. The check in process was smooth and someone helped me to my seat up stairs. I enjoyed the show but my accessible seat kind of sucked because once folks stood up I couldn't see. I asked some other people to help me be a mood killer and kindly ask others to sit down, but the venue should adjust those seats one more time. Also they should go back to just being a smoking building because everyone was vaping and the smell of smoke and marijuana was very pronounced! Either crack down hard or let the people smoke it up. Accessibility note: there is not enough parking so get an uber or pray to the parking goddesses. There is stepless entry but if your seat is upstairs, you will need a proper staff member to key in the elevator for you. I waited over 10 minutes for assistance (they bought me a drink tomorrow ease that soreness). Bring headphones or ear plugs as the whole suite booms! Don't be afraid to tell folks down in front because you cannot see.

So many phenomenal musicians have made their mark at this venue--you might check out the various memorabilia throughout the bar and find out yourself! I now see that's listed on their website (I didn't purchase the tickets). After making it through security (which was tougher than going through TSA), we made it down to the venue. The opener was already performing. We found our spot to stand for the evening. We were right up by the stage. The venue is very intimate. When the show was over, we were hoping to get a picture with the artist as he had been selling merch at the table when we arrived. The security guard announced that the venue was closing in 5 minutes. He then looked at my daughter (with the 2 huge permanent marker Xs on her hands and loudly said "you have to leave NOW!" We were dumbfounded. She was one of only 3 under 21 folks in attendance. What if we wanted to purchase a shirt, CD or sticker from the artist? Based on this interaction alone, I might not visit this venue again. There are plenty of other live shows happening on the loop that I can patronize.

We were just about to order the toasted ravioli which are locally noteworthy here. Except that in the introduction and telling about the place, our waitress informed us that Blueberry Hill is also owned by the same people who own Pin Up Bowl across the street. We had been there earlier in the week for a work party and the toasted ravioli there are the same ones that arrive by the same delivery here. So we skipped those. We ordered drinks and found some nice options. I had a tin of a local light beer and that was quite tasty. Looking for something different, we went with the fried cheese balls. Sadly, not that great. Battered and fried, they were not very flavorful and no sharpness to the cheese. Peel off the batter and they look like just the same cheese cubes you can get at the supermarket. So I'd say skip these too. Otherwise, Blueberry Hill is cool. The memorabilia on the walls, the fun games in the next room and don't skip the Duck Room. It's a neat place and maybe on my next visit, something more substantial to eat with our drinks. [Review 439 of 2026 - 508 in Missouri - 25622 overall]

Blueberry Hill is locally iconic to the point that the place feels borderline touristy on a busy weekend afternoon. However, if you come in the evening during the week, it's much quieter and low-key, and I prefer that vibe. After you order, if it isn't too busy, try to spend a few minutes looking at the walls of photos of celebrities who have visited Blueberry Hill. There wasn't that much line when I went, they take your other at the kiosk by the bar. They have a large assortment of sandwiches, comes in whole OR half (which is half the price of a whole). I ordered 2 half sandwiches, "The Meatball" and "The Steak Out". It didn't take long at all to make my sandwiches and they also have options to customize specialty sandwiches if specific toppings are wanted. The Steak Out was the 1st sandwich tried, and was the best one out of the two. The steak was cooked medium rare but isn't too rare at all or overcooked past that if you are worried about that either. Not only that, but the jalapenos and the pepper mayo are to die for, and they didn't completely soak it in sauce (which is a common concern as well). Everything tastes so freshly made, with half a sandwich honestly being more than enough for 1 sitting. Overall rating 8.9/10. The Meatball was very good as well, meatballs were cooked well throughout and tender to the bite. I am not completely mad at the Baguette being the bread of choice but they couldn't have went wrong with ciabatta neither. It was a very solid sandwich, nothing too extraordinary but nothing I can really complain about neither. Overall rating 8.3/10. In past visits, I have also tried the Enzo Gorlomi (basically a spicy italian) which I thought was better than both sandwiches I tried during that visit, but I may be biased because I love spicy italian sandwiches. Should still try though in my opinion. All in all, I would definitely come back to this place when I'm in the area, pricing is pretty good for the food amount and quality you are getting. Vibes are cool in there, they seem like a business with a lot of experience doing what they do. I wouldn't say they are the absolute best in St. Louis... yet, but they are definitely up there for sure. They are also open until 1:30AM Tues - Sat so its a great late night option.

The space is a bit dark with rich sage, brass, and terracotta. There are several hanging plants making it an inviting place. The bar has plenty of comfortable seating and cozy tables if you decide to bring some friends. Caleb was our server during our visit. He was an absolute delight. He made excellent cocktail suggestions. He looked after our group without being overly doting. Just a gem of a human. We tried approximately 9 cocktails during our visit. Did I mention we were at brunch! I highly recommend the peach bite and the Side Car. Every cocktail is thoughtfully made and well executed. They offer a small brunch menu along with the regular menu. I usually always get chilaquiles when they are available. But today the ruby trout and grits sounded perfect. This dish was amazing!! The trout was thin with crispy skin. The grits were creamy and delicious. The dish is topped with a house made radish pico and salsa macha. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich that was paired with the crispiest breakfast potatoes I've ever had. The burger and fries are also a good option. The seasoning on the fries is next level. The brunch menu has a sticky toffee roll that is a perfect size for sharing or not. Salty sweet fork tender cinnamon roll. Lastly, the deviled eggs were a group favorite. I am a big fan of Passenger Chili Crisp. If you are unfamiliar please look them up! It's hands down the best chili crisp I've ever had. It's locally made here in STL and can also be found in several dishes at restaurants around town. The eggs were creamy with the right amount of tang from the mustard. The chili crisp made these deviled eggs easily top five best I've ever had! Planning to stop in again soon for happy hour with more friends
