This is my new favorite place for entertainment! It is clean, well maintained and not a bad seat in the house. We did not have anything to eat, but we did purchase beverages and there are ample locations to do so. It is also very secure....I had a large tote purse with me..and that was a mistake, security does have a bag restriction, and we were expected to go through metal detectors...but it made me feel safe! This is a newish venue at the first of the two new malls (new as of maybe 8-10 years ago) that later lost the great mall race and became more of an entertainment district rather than a mall. My first visit was to see Whose Live Is It Anyway. Great show! Ticket prices were reasonable. Does the venue or the troupe get credit for that? I'll say both should. I didn't order a drink. Arriving early or lingering afterward at any of the restaurants and bars in The District is a smart way to avoid the usual pre-show and post-show traffic rush. The Factory has a full bar inside the theater. I attended Blade Runner Live, the science-fiction classic movie Blade Runner, accompanied by a live orchestra. It was a phenomenal experience. The full movie was shown on an HD screen with subtitles while The Avex Ensemble performed in sync with Vangelis' iconic, synth-driven score. An intermission provided a break before the second half. Roughly 300 attended this event. Photography and video recording were not permitted during the performance, as the movie was playing, and the lights were dimmed. Girls night out to see Trey Kennedy. Great show and Trey had us laughing so hard! Not a bad seat in the house. Comfortable seats. Plenty of leg room. Restrooms and bar inside the theater area. Sound was great. Very modern and well kept. Saw people both dressed up, jeans and shorts. I was able to park right out front and there was plenty more parking. Even though everyone was leaving at once, getting out of the parking lot and on to highway 40 was bearable.Come early and enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants within walkable distance or Narwhals for a fun slushy cocktail. First time at The Factory, we got there super early to register for Wheel of Fortune LIve, it was not necessary as the staff had it all organized set up very well. We thought we could do that and head to one of the food places for a quick bite, but we couldn't leave and re-enter. That was a bummer. Once we got in and registered, we looked around, the first floor is a small area, with a bar, a few tables and seats, a food cart, a merchandise cart, and lots of Wheel of Fortune displays. We grabbed a table to settle in and wait. I had a very expensive drink from the bar from super friendly bartenders, and we ordered mini tacos, chicken bites, and mac and cheese from the food cart. Standard frozen appetizers, nothing to write home about. Don't order the mac and cheese, not good. Upon entering the venue main area, it was very spacious and well set up. Our seats were on the floor, and the chairs were so roomy! The view was great, restrooms close, and temperature was even. I enjoyed the show, and we were able to get out of the venue and the parking lot without any issues. Not sure if the no re-entry is typical but I will confirm if I attend an event there again. read more

Best thing about this venue is that it is very easy to navigate. bars, merch stands, restrooms, etc. are all very easy to find. I also love that general admission/standing room only is front and center. What I wasn't super thrilled about was the sound. I don't know if the sound check was bad or it had something to do with the acoustics of the building, but the vocals sounded pretty weak and the guitars seemed to drown everything else out a little bit even when I was dead center of the room. It also have a lot of drink options. It is in walking distance from The District in Chesterfield with lots of restuarants and bars to choose from before or after the concert. It was easy to get to and the parking was free and plentiful. It was also easy to leave without having to wait a long time. read more

I took my stepdaughter and granddaughter with me to see Black Violin. I got us the balcony seats but was pleasantly surprised that they were better seats than I thought they were. The artists didn't seem far away at all. This location is beautiful and I feel like I wish I had gone here for a few concerts before now but better late than never. This was my first time at The Factory and I thought it was a super nice venue. It holds about 3000 people and was much bigger than I was expecting. The seats were nice and large and there were 2 bars and restrooms on either side. I'm not sure what was happening upstairs as I didn't go up there. We got there almost 2 hours before showtime to eat dinner at The District so parking was a breeze. Also, getting out of the parking lot after was super easy! I'll be back! read more

The Factory is nice sized event center for concerts, comedy shows etc, I visited for an event called Bingo Loco which was Bingo on steroids, it was what some may consider a rave party. There was food and drinks for purchase I only ordered popcorn and a soda and I would consider it reasonable compared to other event centers I've visited and purchased food. Upon entering we did have to go through a metal detector and have our purses checked and I was fine with that and the process went quick. I also liked the fact that if you wanted food or drinks you could go to the concessions stand or there were waiters and waitresses coming to each table taking orders. We had never been here before and went to see Jon Anderson and the Band Geeks. What a great venue! We came just a bit early and walked down to see The District and what that is all about. There were several places to eat and people hanging out in the center area watching the World Cup. It looked like a lot of fun. With the Factory itself, we got in very quickly and there are lots of helpful staff everywhere. I'm thinking you could sit anywhere and it would be good. We are not drinkers but there are a few bars. I went up and asked if they had anything without alcohol and the bartender said he could make whatever I wanted. He was very nice. I will say for that for that cranberry, pineapple, and clear soda combo with a bag of pretzels plus tip was $12. Be prepared for that if you are really a drinker. The venue is quite clean including the bathrooms. Acoustics were great. We had a great time and were able to exit the parking lot fairly quick. The venue is pretty cool, but the balcony is too far away from the stage to still be charging high prices. In a town with a few good venues, it's hard to stand out, what this venue excels at is its parking. The parking is free and plentiful and compared to either of the Maryland heights venues, it is super easy to leave! You don't have to wait an hour after the show to leave, which is huge. read more

One of my favorite spots to see a concert or live show. Parking is free and plentiful. It's an easy exit off the highway. The venue is beautiful and spacious. If you're claustrophobic at all, this is a place where you might actually feel at ease. The staff is incredible and they do a great job of keeping their patrons safe. I don't recall seeing any food available, but that may depend on the show. Plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available, but expect them to be a bit pricey. There's really no bad seed in the house. If you'd like more of a VIP experience, I recommend sitting at the reserved tables in the back. Enjoy the show! read more

The Factory is such an asset to the St. Louis is event scene. Free parking, multiple bars, easy access off the highway, quick security, and kind staff! No food, but little snacks through out. Drinks are great, the price is what you'd expect ($16 for a double of Tito's & Cranberry). Clear entrances with security to help you find your seats if it's a seated event. I've been for both comedy shows and concerts. A good vibe throughout the venue, temperature was decent, seats were fairly spread apart. Only downside is sometimes it takes awhile to get out of the parking lot depending on where you park (but really can't complain with free & safe parking!) Overall, super great experience! read more

pros: staff is great and friendly, once they went around handing out water to people in the front so they wouldn't dehydrate/overheat, love that they have plans in place for staff to protect any visitors who are being threatened/harassed while at the venue. cons: Getting out of the venue is such a nightmare it almost makes it not worth going at all, and staying after to wait it out at one of the other bars isn't always a good option if the shows are on a weeknight. Even with traffic management crews, it still took 30 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. I know tariffs and inflation is part of it, but $20 for a Modelo is too much. The lobby is such a narrow, insane choke point with a giant bar right in the middle blocking traffic from the left and right sides, I can't believe they designed it this way on purpose. When I went, there wasn't enough staff available to get 3,000 people inside quickly. Lines were crazy long and we were getting rained on. The inconsistent rules around alcohol and checking IDs was also really annoying. One time I never got carded and another time I had to wait in another line (after waiting outside for 45 minutes to get in) just to get a wristband to buy aforementioned $20 Modelo. Just a lot of poor organizing that added up to a very lackluster experience. read more

First off, Great sound and ambiance, Fantastic Bartenders and Managers. Free Parking, They had a BBQ vendor for food (we didn't dine there) but, no coat check for the Black Crowes show. There is a no re-entry policy so if you don't want to pay $15 for a large beer or a cocktail (Jim Beam and Coke seemed to be the best bang for your buck) from entry until the show starts go to setlist.fm for the tour you're seeing and you'll see Set Times that in this case lets you know that the headliner opens 2 hours and 43 minutes after the doors open and that the show will run for 1 hour and 35 minutes. The Effigies opened and played 55 minutes. The GA platform seating is raised above the floor GA seating and gives you access to the floor GA but, not the tables (about $75 extra per ticket) that are next to the back bar. I didn't get that those were separate areas. I was told that was a TicketMaster thing. The Wi-Fi there was down the entire time we were there and we let management know but, apparently their tech team is outsourced and couldn't be reached in time. As a result our phones were almost completely drained by the time we left. Thankfully a bartender at 4 Hands Brewing gave us a charge so we could call for a ride. Overall a great time but, could have been made better by knowing all this in advance and avoided the drink price gouging. read more

Modern, fun venue.. The Factory is a really great entertainment venue. Easy to access, ample free parking, and right off the highway. You can't beat it. I've visited twice for Karlous Miller and Ali Siddiq. The lines were long, but move decently. Security made the process of waiting seamlessly. There's multiple bars to quench our thirst. Visited this place for the first time last week when I saw and met Kenny G. First, I love that there's plenty of parking. Easy in-and-out access to 64/40, or to any big-box thing in Chesterfield. The decor of the venue was very modern with a bit of a retro feel. I didn't go upstairs as I was seated on the bottom floor. Views and sound were great. Kenny G himself kept raving about the venue while on stage! Sounds like he'll be back in the future. What I didn't like was how they had everyone stand in line outdoors in the windy cold to wait to get "patted down" and scanned. Definitely would not like to go when it rains or snows! They should've planned ahead and had an indoor line ready. Also, at the beverage section - all I saw was liquor, liquor, liquor. Look, I know places make money from that stuff. But then there's those like me who just want soda or something non-alcoholic. I asked the dude behind the counter if they had soda and he gave me an awkward stare and was like "yeahhhh, Coke, Diet Coke, I think Dr. Pepper...". Anyway, would return, although I don't like driving to Chesterfield. Seems they have a lot of mid-level acts come through this one. read more

Super cool venue for a show. So clean and modern and I loved the light fixtures! There's bars close to wherever you're sitting which I really liked and bathrooms were clean too. We saw Murr from impractical jokers and had the best time! Bartenders were nice and I also really liked how they card you and give you a wrist band inside so you don't have to get carded again inside which saves a lot of time. Seats were so comfy too.
