Girls night out to see Trey Kennedy. Great show and Trey had us laughing so hard! Not a bad seat in the house. Comfortable seats. Plenty of leg room. Restrooms and bar inside the theater area. Sound was great. Very modern and well kept. Saw people both dressed up, jeans and shorts. I was able to park right out front and there was plenty more parking. Even though everyone was leaving at once, getting out of the parking lot and on to highway 40 was bearable.Come early and enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants within walkable distance or Narwhals for a fun slushy cocktail. Gentleman who helped us find our seat was so kind.

Great venue . Enjoyed comedy show. Easy to get drinks, find bathroom, find seats. Parking easy as well.Had a fun evening.

First time at The Factory, we got there super early to register for Wheel of Fortune LIve, it was not necessary as the staff had it all organized set up very well. We thought we could do that and head to one of the food places for a quick bite, but we couldn't leave and re-enter. That was a bummer. Once we got in and registered, we looked around, the first floor is a small area, with a bar, a few tables and seats, a food cart, a merchandise cart, and lots of Wheel of Fortune displays. We grabbed a table to settle in and wait. I had a very expensive drink from the bar from super friendly bartenders, and we ordered mini tacos, chicken bites, and mac and cheese from the food cart. Standard frozen appetizers, nothing to write home about. Don't order the mac and cheese, not good. Upon entering the venue main area, it was very spacious and well set up. Our seats were on the floor, and the chairs were so roomy! The view was great, restrooms close, and temperature was even. I enjoyed the show, and we were able to get out of the venue and the parking lot without any issues. Not sure if the no re-entry is typical but I will confirm if I attend an event there again.

I've been here for 2 events, a concert and a gathering event. The space is pretty big and you wouldn't think from the outside. Location is great, right off the highway. Lots of parking but not enough handicap parking. You must come early. The staff is helpful and we really enjoyed ourselves. Can't wait to attend the next event.

We went to wheel of fortune live and it was my first time here! The place was clean and well lit. Seemed to have everything in order. Snacks/food were interesting. Obviously it was just microwave food so it wasn't the best but it wasn't bad for just being an event venue. The people working and bartenders were so friendly and helped us find our seats.

Best thing about this venue is that it is very easy to navigate. bars, merch stands, restrooms, etc. are all very easy to find. I also love that general admission/standing room only is front and center. What I wasn't super thrilled about was the sound. I don't know if the sound check was bad or it had something to do with the acoustics of the building, but the vocals sounded pretty weak and the guitars seemed to drown everything else out a little bit even when I was dead center of the room. I still had a good time though and would probably go again

Bingo loco!!!! OMG, this was the most energetic , exciting, entertaining party I've ever experienced. Music was loud, captivating and fun. The object of the party was to dance and have a good time all while you listen to the music and see if the title is on your bingo card. Two winners each round and once you get on stage another physical challenge will get you to that prize. Prizes ranged from a helmet, dildo (yes), air fryer, standing celebrity props, and grand prize was even a Mexico trip and 70" tv. Had a rave vibe at one point and it got WILD!!!! Confetti, smoke and bullhorns were there to keep you engaged . The host was very vibrant, vocal and energetic . This was a sold out show and I'm proud to say it was a fun chill vibe. No fights just a good fun time. Drinks were going and snacks and pizza were sold. I would definitely do this again!

I took my stepdaughter and granddaughter with me to see Black Violin. I got us the balcony seats but was pleasantly surprised that they were better seats than I thought they were. The artists didn't seem far away at all. This location is beautiful and I feel like I wish I had gone here for a few concerts before now but better late than never. I got us the premium parking and priority entry and walking around was easy as I'm gettin up in age a little bit. I'm actually looking for venues to check out here now!

We are here for Killswitch Engage. We got a table in the VIP area. Look great. Nice bar service, the server was awesome. The view was great. Killswitch was as amazing af. Great show service was great, food was available from a great restaurant next door. We will try it next time for sure, everyone says it is great.

This was my first time at The Factory and I thought it was a super nice venue. It holds about 3000 people and was much bigger than I was expecting. The seats were nice and large and there were 2 bars and restrooms on either side. I'm not sure what was happening upstairs as I didn't go up there. We got there almost 2 hours before showtime to eat dinner at The District so parking was a breeze. Also, getting out of the parking lot after was super easy! I'll be back!

Showed up from out of town for a concert and was not disappointed in the venue. I did not eat but my mixed drink was a bust. The featured drink was quite watered down for $14! Staff was attentive and responsive. Trash was taken out at regular intervals, bathrooms were maintained throughout the performance. Security kept things tight.

The Factory is nice sized event center for concerts, comedy shows etc, I visited for an event called Bingo Loco which was Bingo on steroids, it was what some may consider a rave party. There was food and drinks for purchase I only ordered popcorn and a soda and I would consider it reasonable compared to other event centers I've visited and purchased food. Upon entering we did have to go through a metal detector and have our purses checked and I was fine with that and the process went quick. I also liked the fact that if you wanted food or drinks you could go to the concessions stand or there were waiters and waitresses coming to each table taking orders. This was my first time at The Factory and I would definitely go back for other events.

Pretty cool spot. Sat front row for the Vampire Circus. It was a bigger venue than I initially thought it would be. Parking was a breeze. It is conveniently located to some restaurants to eat at before the show.

It was very loud when we visited, not because of the karaoke, so it was a bit difficult to speak with the bartenders. I guess people were having a good time! There are lots of drink choices at reasonable prices. There is also food, which I didn't try. For the karaoke, you go up to the KJ get into the queue, and then add your songs across the evening for each of your turns. There was quite a variety being sung. You sing in front of the fireplace. There is a little bit of room to dance around the edges but not much. Despite being a "nonsmoking" bar, there were patrons vaping indoors and there was a cigarette smell inside (perhaps wafting in from the smokers outside?). The ladies bathroom was very clean. There is free parking outside in their attached lot, but you might have to get creative if you get there later in the night, as the lot gets crowded. This bar has a fun vibe for your friend group to go blow off some steam, but probably not a good place to take a first date.

Steven was an amazing guide and has the whole place set up perfectly. I would recommend eating before you come, they do have snacks, that were really good, but nothing like a heavy dinner, which we probably needed. The guys got to rate all the kinds of whiskey and then make their own bottle, they got to name their bottle and we brought home 2 glasses. What I really paid for was the Barrel Experience and a tasting. I could see this spot getting very busy on the weekends, so I will say we went on a Thursday and we basically had the place to ourselves. There is plenty of comfy seating and the place has such great decor. If you or your partner like Whiskey, you need to check this out!
