The backup music wasn't too loud (great for conversations with your group, less great trying to hear the music while you were singing). KJs were engaging too. I've been to see Counting Crows (back seating), Empire of the Sun (section B, floor left of the stage), and most recently Foster the People (section D, floor right of the stage) in concert and have never been disappointed. They have staff that will help you find your seats with floor seating but the seats themselves are labeled with paper clearly denoting the seat number. The premises has clean bathrooms and plenty of stalls. They also have numerous bars. Some will have more drinks than others or better options. There are food trucks in the premises and some picnic seating if you would rather enjoy your food at a picnic table before the show starts. Parking is fairly organized but exiting the area can still be slow. They do have people directing traffic flow before and after the show.
