We were still deciding which pedicures to get because we had dinner reservations later and wanted to make sure we had enough time. After standing there for another couple of minutes while we decided, he told us, "There's another nail salon across the street if the price of our services is going to be an issue." We left immediately. At no point did we say or imply that price was an issue--we were simply deciding which service would work with our schedule. His assumption, tone, and the rushed nature of the interaction made us feel extremely unwelcome and unwanted. The comment felt like an ignorant and intentional microaggression, especially considering there was no reason for him to assume we couldn't afford their services. I see that most of the reviews here are positive, but unfortunately, our experience was anything but.

He finished and said "oh, i scrubbed your feet a little too hard." I genuinely didn't notice anything super painful at the time; and I am very pale, so I just said I was fine, paid and tipped 20%, and left. Well, I am here to tell you that it is not fine. This is the result of the pedicure I got there. I don't know if it's chemical, friction, no idea, but it is so painful when all I wanted was a nice pedicure to end a long week. I've never had this problem before and I get pedicures on at least a monthly basis. I cannot in good faith suggest this place.

My color goes sidewall to sidewall, my acrylic looks so much better, and none of my cuticles were flooded. Original: They were able to get me in quickly, which was great. That's about all that was good. It's not even been 24 hours and 4 of my fingernails and 2 of my toenails have chipped. I was clipped and made to bleed multiple times. The acrylic that was done on my big toes is uneven, with one toenail visibly longer. My cuticles are flooded on most of my nails. The color was not applied to the edge of my nails and when I brought this up to the tech, she "fixed" it by filing off that part of my nails. Super disappointing.
