A wonderful inclusive environment, even if you're older. They made me feel welcomed as a potential client. I stopped by one week to talk to someone about an idea I saw online and was greeted with friendly faces and a genuine sense that they cared about my ideas. Tried to stop at another large place on W Victory before I found Riverside and was met with a lobby full of people vaping pen devices who acted like they had better things to do then help me out with my idea. Only a few of them at that place acknowledged me and once we started talking they talked very poorly of other artist/shops in the area claiming all their people are the best and that their pricing was the "standard". Badass women owned shop with an great atmosphere! Their new shop on Bull is every modern young persons dream space! I've been living in Savannah for three years but have been hesitant to get any new work because of a bad experience I had the only other time i went to a different artist then the guy who did my first few. I called in to schedule my initial consultation and they were extremely flexible with their availability to see an artist. Their Instagram account and website were helpful to see the different styles of each artist, which helped narrow down my vision for the tattoo. I went in with a simple idea and came out with so many options. I thought it was so cool how they took a picture of my arm (where I wanted the tattoo) on their iPad and sketched the tattoo out to help me better visualize the full concept. The one thing I found odd was that the front desk would not allow a child to sit in the waiting area and play on his tablet. All female artists who specialize uniquely. I had hand stick tatu done sporadically and was thrilled to find someone who could. Unlike using a tattoo gun, hand stick is virtually painless and the recovery is rapid. I hope to travel back there soon to get it touched up, but overall a great experience. read more
