I have NEVER had this happen at Safeway or at grocery outlet. I think that the owners need to reevaluate their employees because this is unacceptable behavior.

Our food was brought out on serving trays/boards, but we were not provided plates, utensils, or napkins for our family, including our children. We ended up eating with our hands because no one checked back with us aside from removing seasoning shakers from another table to place on ours. The experience felt unorganized and unwelcoming because we consistently felt overlooked throughout the visit despite being polite and patient the entire time. I understand small businesses rely on reviews, which is why I only described our experience honestly rather than exaggerating it.
