Fresh, delicious pizza. The environment is chill, and customer service is great. Try the hot wings and salads; those are good, too.

The pizzas are pretty good. The staff is OK if they were a little more inviting they would probably get better tips. All of their gaming machines do not work. The place needs a little updating. They don't always get the orders right. Thank God we have them though. read more

Great Pizza. The little Mexican Lady is the BOMB making the pizzas and the kid that works days both of them are 100% on spot making pizza. The service is great and they help and appreciate you read more

I recently ordered a pizza from Firehouse Pizza ($42.00) and I take it home to feed the family dinner. My sister-in-law found a few long black hairs in the pizza. The clump of hair was so thick that it was connecting 2 slices of pizza together. Well, we were all grossed out and there was no way any of us would eat this. My sister-in-law got in her car and took the pizza back to the pizza place. Only one slice had been eaten before the hairs were found. They refused to give us a refund. They offered another pizza. She told them we don't want another pizza we would just like a refund. They refused to refund our money and they acted like we were making a big deal of the hairy pizza...the man at the counter said "what color was the hair" insinuating that maybe it was our hair but the hair was baked into the pizza" we then showed him the hairy pizza and then he said "we'll just give it to the dogs" We will never ever go and eat anything at this restaurant!! ITS DISGUSTING!!! I would like to give this restaurant review a negative million stars!! read more

Great local Mom and Pop restaurant!! I own a bakery and we do pizza at night, so I can be a pizza snob at times, but this pizza was on point! Also, they have deep fryer, so their wings were some of the best (if not the best) I've had from a pizza joint! Their fries are great too! The service was fast, friendly, very accommodating. They also have some arcades in the restaurant which gives you a very nostalgic pizza parlor feel inside. I can't express what a gem this place is! read more

Very inviting and awesome atmosphere! Food was out quick and pretty tasty!!! Would definitely come back! read more

Pizza is good. Generous toppings. They don't skimp on meat toppings if those are what you want. Good crust not soggy. Don't call in your order it's better to order at the restaurant. read more

Used to be the best pizza around. Too bad the hired help is running it into the ground. "Forgot" to make our pizza after 45 minutes and "sorry". Then I get a hand wave from the young, inexperienced in Customer service shaky little man behind the counter as if there was a fly in his sweaty little face. Customer service is not served here. Apparently nor is pizza. Owner needs to know how his paid staff treats long time customers. Won't be back. read more

The pizza that we ordered yesterday evening costed me over $60 for two incorrectly made pizzas at Firehouse Pizza in Clearlake oaks California I will not recommend them at all we did not ask for extra olives to be scattered over the pizza and put in a lot of different places where it shouldn't have been that pizza was supposed to be a supreme the next Pizza that we ordered was supposed to be a bacon and pineapple it was bacon and pepperoni which we even told the individual over the phone that is not what we wanted we wanted the pineapple and bacon that's all so today July 23rd I will be going back in and getting a full refund read more

It used to be some of the best pizza on the north shore, of course this was 15 years ago. Now it seems like they skimp on the sauce and the cheese. And it seemed bland not very flavorful. I actually think they went out of business. read more

The customer service here is outstanding. The pizza is always fresh out of the oven, full of cheesy goodness. Chicken Caesar salad is huge and the chicken is nicely cooked. read more

Topping on pizza was decent. Their crust is on the thinner side. At the time I was there for pickup, looks like they are in process of renovating. No chairs in the dining room, etc. The cashier guy was a you guy. Simple transaction and they had my order ready at the estimated time. I'd like to see their pizza baked/seared a little longer. The small char brings flavor to the cheese, pepperoni, sausages and veggies. Pros: On time, hassle free. Cons: Their topping choice quality could be a little better. It's weird to see cubed bell peppers on a pizza versus sliced. Yes, presentation matters. read more

Nice local pizza place , Good pizza and the chicken wings are great too fast service and they deliver

Fabulous! Lots of toppings. They sure are not skimpy. This is a must stop whenever I am here. So good i order a pizza and drive it home two hours to Roseville on my way home. The crust is crispy not soggy. The staff is nice. read more

Never disappoints! All meat pizza is full of fresh meats. Next time, I would ask for a little more sauce.

Great Chicken Garlic Pizza!!! Loved the crust, the sauce, so so good. And we really liked the young man that took our order, he was very pleasant. Highly recommend!! read more

To eat at there establishment, You have to pay up front and tip before being seated and eating. Sorry i do not tip for not knowing what the outcome of service is! . And i ordered 2 orders of wings and the inside of the chicken wings were cold. And the ranch was water down. The pizza was ok.over loaded with onions and sauce. I will not be back. read more

This place needs to close! Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever eaten. 2 bites & I threw the entire rest of the pizza in the garbage. Not only was the taste of the pepperoni repulsive & horrible but the crust was burnt. I have spoken to other people here & they agree with me. Learn to cook or sell the place to someone who does know how to cook! I only gave it 1 star so I could post this. It doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! read more

I am very disappointed with my pizza, it is a complete ripoff. I payed $45 dollars for a pizza that is only 1/4 inch thick and very small about of toppings. I ordered a extra large Hawaiian pizza with garlic, bacon, and pepperoni. My pizza was also over cooked, i had splotches of garlic and bacon all around the pizza and not evenly spread around the pizza properly. The pieces of bacon were very burnt and I couldn't even chew through them. I'm pretty sure they do not make their own pizza dough and it's premade store bought pizza crust. It was the most driest pizza I've ever had in my life and whoever cut my pizza needs to go back to school and learn geometry because they obviously don't know how to cut a pizza evenly. This pizza place is terrible and they will rip you off in anyway they can. If you want some good quality pizza I recommend going to DJ's pizza in lower lake ca. I will never be getting this cardboard pizza again and you shouldn't either. read more

Frozen pizza would have been better. Cardboard crusts. Expensive. Tastes lousy. Will not be purchasing from them again.

This place is our absolute favorite pizza spot. Pepperoni, garlic, black olives and pineapple with a side of ranch is our jam It's always predictably perfect and the service is always good. We usually come on weekend afternoons and are helped out by the kind owner, and more often than not, he's working alone. The reviews here just made me laugh, as we have never had an unpleasant experience here and we stop for pizza at least twice a month on our way through lake county. read more

Prices have gone up over 40%. "Convenience" and "delivery" fees have increased. Some toppings are now "specialty" and cost more. Their pizzas are just not what they used to be. You get fewer toppings on pizzas now, plus you get ones you didn't order and don't get the ones you did. Definitely do NOT recommend. read more

Pros: Excellent pizza (generous with toppings), friendly new owner; fun atmosphere Cons: Front counter staff lacks personality (sorta looked like she just woke up); sticky table tops Will be back when in the area! read more

Horrible customer service, asked for more peppers and cheese and got them thrown on my pizza box by the younger guy who works there. Ordered garlic fries and the box was completely drenched in grease with a literal pool of melted butter inside of box. Pizza is not anything special. Great place for fisherman to get a nice dinner. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Highly recommend

Didn't know the area well at all and stumbled into this pizza joint. The pizza was so good, edges were nice and crusty. Their ranch is awesome. The only think I'd say is they need more help there. This place could get very busy and there was only one person working there. It would also help if the arcade games were fixed to enjoy the wait. Would definitely go back if we were in the area but it's 2.5 hrs from home so unfortunately for me, not anytime soon. read more

The staff here is really nice and the prices are not bad and the wait time is pretty good. Only downside is that both pizzas had no flavor.....i guess thats a big downside read more

Ok, so let's start this out by saying it isn't the most "impressive" looking pizza joint I've ever been in, but if I wanted ritzy I wouldn't be in Clearlake Oaks. That aside, the pizza is VERY damned good. As in I actually look forward to my infrequent trips up, JUST because of the pizza. Don't get me wrong I also enjoy the fishing and relaxation, but the pizza is a highlight of my trip. I've been here THREE times so far and each time was a good as the last. The pizza isn't laden with toppings, if you want that make a drive up to Sutter Creek to Gold Dust Pizza, but DAMN this pizza packs flavor. The prices are right, the pizza is GOOD, the parking is ok (though I park near the window so I can see my ride). If you are in the neighborhood, you'd do yourself a favor by stopping in read more

I just do take out. I love their pizza. Nice staff too. Clean and decent area. Oaks by the post office. Their new location. Better location.

So, I was on the fence as to whether or not to go with three or four stars. After discussing this, I went with four stars. My family and friend have eaten from here a few times since acquiring a home in Clearlake Oaks. Twice for take away, and once for delivery. The staff has always been friendly, courteous, and prompt. The restaurant itself is clean, and the beer (and glass it came in) cold. Delivery was prompt and the order correct. The pizza is good too, as are the Spicy Buffalo Wings. As a nice option, you can go either ranch or blue cheese for the sauce. I highly recommend the Ba'Donga pizza (creamy garlic sauce, mushrooms, linguica and artichoke harts.) Oh, and surprisingly they offer red, creamy garlic (white), pesto and BBQ sauce. (Sorry, have not tried the pesto or BBQ sauce.) They also have a pool table and four video games. Certainly enough to entertain my boy while the "adults" had a beer and discussed the topic at hand while waiting for our take away order. So, you ask, why the "almost three stars." For myself, the only drawback is the crust. The restaurant offers a crispy crust, which I am not a fan of. However, my wife and friend both like crispy crusts, and they inform me that the crust is good and my dislike is only personal bias. We will certainly continue to come here again and again as long as the quality stays constant. Although, it would be nice to see a slightly chewier crust option, or a slightly thinner crust for crispy (ala Round Table style) But, as a general matter, I'd eat here over Round Table, crust and all. read more

Just ordered a pizza on 1/25/2022 at 5:38pm for delivery was told 45 minutes waited over a hour and I called them to check on my pizza and was told the delivery driver gave my pizza to someone else instead of delivering it to my house called back at 6:45 and spoke to I believe his name was Daniel who has to be the rudest most disrespectful person I've ever spoke to in my life I'm taking online college classes at night and have 4 starving kids thinking there getting pizza and the guy just wanted to be disrespectful I don't recommend this place at all I never received my pizza read more
