I'm honestly disappointed with the customer service. While I was waiting for my food, I overheard employees speaking negatively about customers in Spanish, assuming people around them couldn't understand. Hearing that left a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. On top of that, I feel like I was misled when I ordered the breadsticks. I was charged $8.99, but nowhere was it clearly advertised that they were mini breadsticks. When I received them, they were extremely small--literally one or two bites each. For the price, I expected a much larger portion. I don't usually complain about portion sizes, but these breadsticks were shockingly small for what I paid. I honestly wish I had taken a picture because it would have shown exactly what I'm talking about. Before I even had the chance to take a photo, an employee grabbed the breadsticks and took them to the back. Between the poor customer service and the disappointing food value, I probably won't be returning. read more

Stone Fire Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Clearlake, California

Amazing pizza place. Our server was great and very quick, and offered us a complimentary salad. The pizza was fresh, and really great. The restaurant was a great vibe too, they turned on a baseball game for us, and were very helpful throughout the night. Chef Moses was our server, and was a great guy. If you're in the area, I would go to this pizza place as much as you can. Eating leftovers as I write this review cause it is so good! read more

Food was excellent - we had the italian sandwiches, and it was cooked to perfection. We had the garlic fries as well - highly recommend, some of the best garlic fries ive had in a long time. Plus, Moses took really good care of us and made sure his service was top notch. The other workers in the restaurant were extremely kind as well. We came to visit but if and when we come back, definitely coming by to eat here. read more

We don't order out very often but when we do, we don't want to be disappointed like we have in the past. It's nice to know that a place like this is local and a very impressive pizza. But let's talk about garlic bread, garlic bread with pesto sauce, and Cheese. It was excellent haven't had good garlic bread in a little while and this didn't disappoint me. I think the next time I order pizza it will be with garlic and pesto sauce. We also ordered Parmesan sticks and a wonderful pizza with a good crispy crust just the right toppings Sausage on onions with mushrooms. Beautiful pizza. we will definitely come back! read more

I ordered a large Combo pizza last Friday night (10/31/25) so I wouldn't have to cook. I was starving when we finally got home. I have ordered this pizza before from this location, so I was looking forward to scarfing down some slices. The pizza was off... it tasted like something was missing. Flat in flavor. My husband also said the same thing. It tasted old. I can't put my finger on it, but I wouldn't recommend this outlet. When I lived in Hidden Valley, I would often go to Stone Fire Pizza and always enjoyed their pizzas. read more

worst pizza ever!! save your money! don't go there! been sick to my stomach all day since i ate there.

First of all, a calzone, jalapeño poppers, and onion rings should not take forty minutes to complete. Other customers were eating in half the time. Yet, the calzone was overcooked and not-so cooked at the same time; the crust was crunchy and greasy gooey. The onion rings and jalapeño poppers were fried okay, but I was also expecting homemade ranch --nope. I must be a glutton for punishment because I'm grabbing a pizza today just to give them a second chance. I'll let you know shortly. read more

Food is great. The unique style of crust and flavors are wonderful. The atmosphere is great too. There is a small arcade for children and a nice secluded area in the corner for large gatherings. Unfortunately the service is horrible. Not the personalities per se but the sense of urgency is considerably lacking. An online order should not take over an hour and a half to be ready. Order was promised between 7:15 p.m. 7:30 p.m. I am sitting here writing this review at 8:10 p.m. as I'm still waiting for my order. At first they told me 12 minutes. I gave them 15. Came back and they told me 6 minutes. I gave them 15 more minutes. Went to the counter and both pizzas were done but breadsticks were still not done. I'm positive that they didn't even start my order until after I came in to pick it up. As I sat there waiting I watched a gentlemen order at the counter, leave the store and came back 18 mins later with his order ready. I asked the employee behind the counter how that is possible when I've been waiting over an hour. He tried to tell me that he had a phone order. I told him that I heard him order his meal, pay, walked out and returned with his order ready. The employee just apologized and didn't really seem to care about my experience. I have a feeling that online orders are last priority or out right ignored. read more

First off I want to say that their chicken strips are bomb! Those are a must try! And I think their ranch is house made or a higher end brand so it's delicious as well. Now let's get into some other items. Their pizza reminds me a lot of Round Table's original. I do wish they have a thicker option. I like thick crust and my husband likes it thinner, so it would be nice if both of us can get exactly what we want each time. The toppings are nice on the meat lover's pizza, but everything could be a little more flavorful. If you're Italian like me, do not get their Margarita Pizza or their calzone. There was no ricotta on the calzone, which is like.....super important. There was so much melted shredded cheese on it that the box was soaked in oil. I'm okay with a greasy pizza (OBVI!!), but this was a little overkill. My husband was burping up oil for a long time...so just avoid the calzone all together! The margarita pizza just had shredded mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, basil, and lots of garlic. I prefer the sliced mozz...so that was different. Also, garlic doesn't belong on that type of pizza. I ordered garlic on my other item so they may have thought they were "hookin me up" but it just didn't work. Also - I think their garlic they use is the minced garlic from that jar that everybody gets at Costco, WHICH IS FINE FOR A HOME COOK... Other than that, I have had only good experiences with the customer service and every other food item I've ordered here. I will be back for more eventually. It's the only pizza spot near my home. read more

The young blonde female who works here is terrible! Terrible customer service. She will ignore you, and watch TV instead, talk to coworkers. How come it takes about a good 1hr plus to get your pizza, when you order rhey say 30 minutes. 8/10 times when i go to pick up my pizza, they never even started cooking it. Also, 8/10 times my order is completely wrong. Why order if you're employees are just seeming to have a free for all, making whatever they want,, how ever rhey want. From burnt pizzas to undercooked pizzas. Last time we walked out with our pizza, got in the car, opened the pizza realized it was the wrong pizza tried going back into the restaurant the blonde female locked the door (before closing hours) when we called she gave a lame excuse like "oh well we are closed now" I literally could go on, but just save your time money and get food elsewhere. This location is a hot mess. Sounds like retraining is necessary. read more

They got my order wrong and charged me extra. I ordered a family meal deal with breadsticks and a soda. When my husband got there she only had 2 pizzas ready for him. She claimed she didn't hear him say family meal deal with breadsticks and a soda. She said it was to late to add breadsticks but she can give us a "free" 2 liter. I paid 50 bucks when it was only supposed to be 43. My husband and I both heard her over the phone say "family meal deal". Pizza wasn't anything special. Didn't taste bad but nothing special. We bought the pizza because we wanted it for the football game. I'm not going back to this place. Make sure you get proof of what you ordered because if you don't they'll give you less and charge you more and then add a free soda. read more

Great pizza!!!! Always on time and very friendly & fast. Love their pizza and when my family comes to visit we always order from them.

Ordered a pizza, got a confirmation to pick up in 35 to 40 mins, got there and no pizza. The place has kids running around stealing paychecks, goofing off, and their floors are dirty. Not hard to have a quality business on a slow night but they managed to screw it up. read more

Worst experience ever! Called in an order, paid up front on my card, told 30-40 min. Went in to get order, told no order existed, told we made a call to the wrong place, told our order would take 1.5 hours to make anyhow. Oooops! They found the order, they found the charge, then said they could not refund the money. Husband got cash back. We used to go there all the time, but besides screwing this up they were also NOT WEARING MASKS! This is awful when food is being prepped, and sold.
