My family and I have been eating at this Round Table since the 1980's and we still like coming here. Their Salad Bar has lots of fresh veggies and choices available. I love that they offer gluten free pizza crust. The Chicken Gourmet on gluten free crust is yummy. Their Hot Buffalo Chicken Wings are very spicy and yummy! On weekdays, they have really good lunch deals. Service is friendly. They just aren't available when you need something because they all seem to disappear after you get your food. On different visits, we either didn't get the dressing we ordered, access to new plates for the salad bar, or the drinks we ordered. We just had to follow up or wait until someone showed up at the counter for us to get what we needed. They were always very apologetic though. As kids, we used to reserve the private room for birthday parties. It seems that's still available. They also still have the very large table in the corner for big families. First of all, the food was excellent. Good quality, well made pizza, parmesean twists, etc. However, I wont be going back. We (party of 4) got there shortly after opening. At first all I saw was a guy back in the kitchen. He looked blank for a minute or so, then said that someone would be right with us. A couple minutes later a lady came over to take our order. She didn't greet us or anything but just took our order. Do far, fine. Not ideal but workable. This is Lake County after all. I ordered the Gourmet Vegetable pizza. It is supposed to have artichoke hearts, spinach, mushroom, garlic, onion, tomato and white sauce. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was something with white sauce and chicken, onions and tomatoes. It tasted ok but definitely not what I ordered. I specifically said no mushroom and she repeated my order back to me so I have no idea how it got messed up. We were the only people there so theres no way my pizza was mixed up with someone else's or anything. As a rule I don't send food back unless I no longer plan to eat and considering how long it took to get anyone's attention I didn't see any reason to break my rule. We very recently had dinner at the round table, and I'm sorry to say the place needs a good cleaning, it needs to have a cleaning company come in and give it a good scrubbing. The food WAS ok salad bar, was not clean and some of the food was old. I had a hard time eating my dinner as I look around and saw how dirty this place is. And the whole restaurant smells BAD. Update: since my review, the manager called and while he didn't exactly apologize, just made excuses and said his staff told him they were really busy - although my boyfriend was the only one there until one other person walked up to the counter - he mailed a coupon for one free large pizza which shows that they are at least trying to make things right, so it's appreciated. My boyfriend used the app to order a pizza, and set it for pickup at 5:45. Then drove from work in Ukiah to Lakeport to get it and bring it home, and he gets there and they had forgotten his order. No apology, no coupon or discount or anything to make up for it - just an "oh well - you now have to wait longer than your hour drive because we didn't do our job" attitude. I managed at Rtp in Sacramento in the late 80's into the 90's . I have been able to have Rtp 4 times in last 2 months. Ate there 3 times and brought it home for dinner last night 2/17 for dinner. The pizza is so tasty even after the 45 minutes it took to get home! Ordered The stuffed pepperoni pizza with the little pepperoni slices. Small King Arthur supreme no bell Small salami extra sausage and add small mini slice pepperoni with olives Small pepperoni mushrooms olives and mini pepperoni I have never had stuffed crust before it was amazing! The service was excellent every time! The Restaurant was clean every time! Every guest seemed very pleased with food! I decided to give Round Table another chance. It is NFL playoffs right? A little extra time for the delivery but that was fine. However, he shows up with just the pizza. I ask about peppers and cheese and he tells me their shipment doesn't come in until tomorrow. Ok, but where are plates and napkins? I call and speak to manager Heidi. She puts me on hold to take the call and then asks me if I requested the items. Requested? Where the hell do you request pizza staples? For a $50 pizza? She was totally unprofessional!! That's not even what the delivery driver said. I went back into the app to see where you specially order peppers and cheese. Nowhere to be found. My only special request was not to ring the doorbell bc it makes my dogs crazy yet the doorbell was rung and no sides available. I decided to call back to ask and was hung up on several times but told it was phone issues. I finally got ahold of a wonderful worker there who told me the delivery driver didn't know there were peppers and cheese in the front and he didn't want the pizzas to get cold. Totally understandable but don't lie to me. The ball was dropped on napkins and plates. He offered to personally drive me out the missing items. I declined of course on the price of gas and time but he smothered my irritation. Jordan should be the manager. A straight shooter who worked hard to make it right! I've always had great experience with this round table. Great customer service and if the pizza is not right they send you a gift card for $10 off your next Pizza . The only thing I can say bad about them is that they don't deliver to my area , which is off of Lakeshore by Park Hill . I'm disabled so it would be really great to get delivery . We ordered 2 pizzas from round table, One regular crust and 1 gluten free crust This is our 2nd time eating at this round table in a 3 month period. I know that covid has put a lot of strain on businesses however round table is 1 of the most expensive pizzas you can buy and used to be by far the best, but sadly they have gone downhill. the pizzas were dry with little sauce, no flavor in the sauce And tastes like cardboard, overcooked both times. There aren't many places in Lake County that I've felt the service and experience inspires me to post to Yelp, but tonight I feel I should share. I've been to this Round Table Pizza countless times over the last 15 years and I've NEVER had bad service. For me that goes a long way. But to top it off, the food has always been good too. Tonight I visited with my two sons, one 8yrs and the other 5months. My oldest was offered crayons to color with right away, and my full hands must've been obvious because I was also offered help getting a high chair and our drinks to our table. I have worked in the food service industry and I know how hard it is to deal with people on a day to day basis. But every staff member I encountered here was kind and helpful. My friends and I ordered a King Arthur supreme pizza and a catering garden salad for delivery around 7:30pm. I thought our unlucky day was over after driving for 6hours and getting lost in the forest. I was amiss. The expected delivery time was 8:06pm, but we received our pizza around 9:15pm. We were glad to receive it at all, although very dissatisfied after 3 calls to the restaurant. I should add the establishment was only half a mile from the delivery location. My friend was so hyped up for your pizza at 8pm, he was bouncing up and down. You guys let him down, hard. 1/5 for customer service/problem resolution. One star for not screaming on the phone, thanks. The pizza was fortunately still warm when when I received it. The quality of the ingredients was good, and the generosity of all the ingredients besides the shrimp was good. The dough is perfectly soft and fluffy but hard slightly sweet. The size of a large pizza is average compared to other establishments, $26.49. Quality and taste of pizza is superior to that of the average parlor, for price range. The catering salad came in three separate containers costing a woping $20.09. Ingredients were also fresh, but they seemed to come from bags rather than freshly cut vegetables. This place is VERY expensive for what you get. We got a medium combo pizza, an order of boneless chicken wings, and a salad. That came out to $40. ~$22 for the pizza, ~$7 for the wings, and ~$7 for the salad, plus tax. The medium combo pizza was tiny, barely larger than the size of a personal-pan pizza at most places. The pizza did taste good, but it's crazy that a pizza that tiny cost $22. The salad was decent, but the add-ons that you scoop onto the salad were dried out and stale like they had been sitting there for a few days. The boneless chicken wings were fantastic, perhaps the only item that was actually worth the price (about $7). They gave us two sides of ranch with the wings which was nice. The 80s called and they want their pizza joint back. There's wood paneling covering all the walls, brass light fixtures, and plastic house plants...it's rough. The staff is nice enough but this embarrassment can be traced to ownership. They are the same owners as the ukiah location (rated at 2 stars on Yelp). Our only complaint was that the pizza was luke warm towards the middle so we had to send it back and ask them to heat it up. Their pizza is still too expensive, however, I recently had a pleasant experience with them. I ordered a pizza to be delivered and they made a mistake and sent me the wrong one. I spoke with the manager over the phone and he was super friendly and apologetic, and promptly remade my pizza and sent it over. We typically have good luck here with the food. My daughter likes it, so I take her every now and then if we're in the area. This past time we were there, however, the food and the service were absolutely awful. Firstly, the brought my garlic parmesan twists, which were burnt and shriveled to nearly nothing. They were inedible. Then they brought my pizza, which was missing a type of pepperoni that was supposed to be added. Rather than make a new pizza with the additional pepperonis baked on, they just threw a bunch of them on top of the same pizza and brought it back. My 9-year-old daughter and I were the only ones dining in during this time. As we were eating, the employees were chatting loudly at the front counter and in the kitchen, talking about burlesque shows, strip clubs, and how one of the employees previously wanted to be a stripper. They were also cussing during this conversation, completely audible to my daughter and I in the back side of the restaurant. Terrible experience. read more

A little pricey but I love the pizza. Only deep dish pizza around the lake so its worth it occasionally. Also only salad bar and though its small its delicious. Always clean and well stocked.
