I ordered a 2x Carne Asada burrito that set me back a whopping 8 bucks and all it did was piss me off i was still hungry after i dusted it. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo and ended up throwing the whole thing away. I saw the lady who worked at the counter salvaged the remaining fries in their warmer, fearful that it's not warm I tried it before I left. Sure enough the fries were soggy and a little cold, I asked her to replaced it with a newly cooked ones. I decided to just eat the meal in the car, was so excited to get my first meal of day. The oil were the fries were fried tasted so rancid and looked old that I could not even forced myself to take a third bite. The cheeseburger was sloppily swimming in its dressing that there was no way to distinguish the stuffs inside the sandwich. The coffee that comes with a meal was so watered down that you could barely taste the coffee flavor. I gave it a one star because of its location. read more

I am appalled at the customer service at this Del Taco. I will admit that the woman helping us was extremely nice and accommodating while we ordered our seven layer veggie burrito. She agreed to make sure there was no cheese and sour cream. (My girlfriend and I are extremely allergic to dairy). We scanned our food to ensure it was made to perfection, but to our dismay there was sour cream in BOTH burritos. We then kindly asked her to take it off and she seemed irritated at our request and it took about 20 minutes to make two more burritos. The food was good in the end, but as stated above, the customer service was TERRIBLE. Please Del Taco make sure to get the orders right when the customers ask for specific requests. read more

The experience was pretty bad- the water here tastes so bad you probably won't be able to drink the tea and may not be able to handle the Coke. We were looking forward to that Del Taco experience toward the end of our drive from LA, and I think our expectations were set at the proper level for a gas station Del Taco. The cashier was reasonably attentive and the food came out pretty quickly. After hunting a little, we were able to find a clean table. Unfortunately, the food wasn't much better than the drinks: the fries tasted old and too salty. The tacos had no taste (unless you use liberal amounts of hot sauce). The bean burrito just wasn't very good. Most of our meal went into the trash. read more

The first taste of Del Taco that I've had in years, and I remember how decent the food is at this fast food joint. I don't remember the fries and shakes that came with my fish tacos, but I'll take it. Weird-ass combination of food (tacos, shakes and fries?!), but still good. After driving down I-5, it's always nice to munch on food like this. read more

My burritos were served with cold stale tortillas that crumbled apart. They forgot the sauce so the inside was dry and mostly shredded lettuce, gave them to the dogs. read more

Worst Del Taco experience ever. 18 minutes in the drive through and they still couldn't manage to get our order right. Staff don't know the Del Taco definition of "deluxe" and apparently "no rice' is complicated. They also don't know the difference between a turkey tostada and a turkey salad. I could deal with the fact the drive thru speaker didn't work and you had to order at the window. ......but 18 minutes on top of incompetence. ......inexcusable! read more

So we are traveling to long beach and decide to stop and get some gas. I was really tired and wanted something cold so I remember that by loves there is a Del taco so I ask if they have any Iced coffee and the lady rudely said we don't have any then I ask her about the shakes and she says the same thing we are out and points to the machine .... I mean I get it sometimes you run out of things would happen when I used to work at a fast food restaurant but that is not the problem the problem is the rude customer service! read more

Yep, I do like Del Taco. This is the second time & location i've tried in as many week's & enjoyed as much as the first time.

Says open 24 hours, but went to the drive through and waited there for 3 minutes or so. Gave up getting an answer. Went directly to the window and waited another 3 minutes. Honked twice and still no answer. No employees or management around at all. Someone is definitely ditching their job. read more

The manger at the front counter English was not her first language and it was very difficult to communicate with her.. She also seemed angry and unhappy....Did not smile once...This is not the first time I've been waited on by her, all my other experiences with her have been just as bad! Food is really good but service from this lady is horrible, if I see her there again and she's there I will not order. read more

Food was okay, but GEEEEZZZZ clean the kids area. We brought a 4 year old here on a trip to San Fran and stopped because we knew this play had an indoor playground. It was filthy FILTHY, disgusting. Wish I had taken pictures. Food trapped in nets. Garbage all over the floor in between the playground and seats. YEEESH. Also, we noticed the soda machine was not set properly. None of the sodas tasted right at all. Glad they have a playground but CLEAN IT FOR GOD'S SAKE!! read more

Could not give even a star on this. Ordering one item and couldn't do it. Assistant Manager Robert or roberto was rude and cannot correct employee. I ordered a strawberry lemonade. After she asked manager how to make it. Another 15 seconds she asked me again "ice tea or lemonade". Really!' Cant get an order right. Poor managers and poor handling. read more

Got food here which was warm...not hot. When we took a sip of our drink it had a very funny taste. We asked if they could try the machine behind the counter and we were told that it taste funny because of their water supply....ummmm? There has to be rules against that.....think I'll pass. read more

Zero stars! Omg this place was frustrating to deal withDon't waste your time. Go to the other drive-tru's around there. I get that it's a del taco out in the middle of no where and I should not expect much but damn! First off, the person who was taking our order was not listening to what was being said. I had to repeat myself multiple times and my order was still given to me wrong. After we ordered through the drive-tru, it took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the window and charge our card. Then we waited another 5 minutes for our order, spending around 11 minutes at the window waiting to receive our food. And the people that were working were so slow! Like they did not have a care in the world! They were teenagers who did not have a sense of urgency once so ever. When we finally received my food, there was a taco missing and my nachos were wrong. read more

TERRIBLE, the water they use for the soda is TOXIC. Go to the Panda on the other side of I5, it is MUCH better.

This place is nasty! It's dirty. The service is terrible. The food is poorly made. And our iced teas tasted wrong... like maybe the tea had been sitting out for days and had turned. The bathrooms in the attached Love's were also horrifying. Avoid this place!! read more
