    Cheese quesadilla

Perfect spot to stop on road trip back to the bay or heading south. Off the 152 this little gem is located on the Chevron lot. Don't come here if you're in a rush. Menu is straightforward and prices are very reasonable. Food is made to order and the option to pay a dollar for homemade tortillas. They were very attentive on toppings as it comes with cilantro and onions. Customer service was great. Ordered a plain quesadilla with serious cheese pull and pollo taco. Served on paper plates topped with foil and comes with green salsa. You can eat outside at a table with benches or dine in your car. Overall tasty meal for under $10. Will be back again on next road trip and hope to try burrito. They have veggie option as well as variety of meats including tongue.

Thank you Yelp for another GREAT recommendation. I pulled into this gas station for gas and noticed the little food truck. Should I? shouldn't I? Let me see what Yelp says. All five stars?!? I had the chicken tacos with the made to order corn tortillas - perhaps the best or one of the best tacos I've ever had. The woman who made them was super nice and friendly. I love this place and now will go out of my way to go there as often as possible.

I got a burrito with carne asada and pastor mixed and it was so delicious. Definitely worth the stop and the prices were fair. My burrito was done really fast and the workers were very nice!

Best tortillas I've had! We stopped here on the drive to LA and this is a small trailer in a Chevron parking lot with one picnic table. They take cash and credit card (with a small surcharge for cards). They serve tacos, burritos and quesadillas and the tortillas are super fresh (and homemade). The burrito comes with rice, beans, onion, cilantro, salsa and your choice of meat and then is grilled. I got the Al pastor which was tasty (a tiny bit spicy and a tad bit salty but still good). I would definitely eat here again on the way to or from LA. It's conveniently located right off 5. Don't miss it, there aren't many options in this area!

Would highly recommend their carne asada tacos! we stopped by this place on our way from norcal to socal! If you want some good tacos from a taco truck, definitely check it out!

    Plain cheese quesadilla

Great food!! Had a carne asada burrito and plain cheese quesadilla. Both were excellent - great flavor especially on the Asada! The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly. Will be back!

$5 for a veggie burrito? Heck yeah! We stopped here because the hubs was craving tacos. This is a small taco truck near the Chevron station. He had 4 tacos al pastor and got me a good sized veggie burrito all for $12! Food was good and service was nice as well. We would definitely stop here again when passing through the area.

    Burrito supreme

So good!!! Best burrito I've ever had in California. I got the burrito supreme. The woman was so kind as well:)

One of the best tacos I have ever had! You have to try it if you are passing by this area. It's a food truck but don't let that fool you.

Stopped here on our drive to LA. Great tacos. There isn't an area to sit but you can eat in your car.

Best burrito on HWY 33. I give it a 4. I'd give it a 4.5 IF it had avocado slices as guacamole is not available.

This trip was no different except I'd begun in a different city than usual which changed the time and place that I stopped. While filling the gas tank at the Arco in Santa Nella I couldn't help but notice the taco truck (with shaded seating area) on the far edge of the property. Any plans for In-N-Out evaporated when I walked over and checked out the offerings. 6 tacos later ($2.86 each; 4 carne asada, 1 al pastor, 1 carnitas shared between two people) we'd both declared this place a winner. Had it not been so hot out I'd have also purchased a burrito for later. Or perhaps the 3 enchiladas for $7. Or maybe some quesabirrias. You see where I'm going. I thought the tacos here were declicious and was pretty certain I'd find the rest of the menu no different. Fresh and spicy salsas as well as a plop of grilled onions made these tacos as enticing as any In-N-Out burger and that's a compliment to both places. If you find yourself looking for very good Mexican fare in Santa Nella, look no further.

The chicken tacos was probably one of the best that ive had and i love when we get grilled jalapenos and onions with the tacos! Salsa was also good and flavorful. This visit happened to fall on Mother's Day weekend. We had reservations for both Saturday and Sunday, but we stopped in on Saturday to cancel that day's reservation since we'd already eaten lunch and knew we wouldn't be hungry by dinnertime. On Sunday, when we checked in for our reservation, I was impressed -- the hostess remembered us by name, which says a lot considering how many guests come through the restaurant. We were seated, and soon after we were greeted by Eleanor, our server. She was warm, attentive, and never made us feel pressured, which was a huge improvement from a previous visit. She answered every question I had, including how they cook a medium‑rare steak (every chef has their own interpretation, lol). She also gave an honest answer when I asked whether the vegetables used at dinner come from their greenhouse. The service felt genuine, and the food was excellent -- a much better experience than my last review. This visit was absolutely worth the return. Kudos to Eleanor and the Kitchen at The Mission.
