I was super disappointed because I had high expectations. It had avocado in it as well, which is nice for the super burrito, but it was not ripe at all and rice was hard. Tacos el pastor is a must try. I love the yellow corn tortillas and was very happy with that. Meat had good flavor and loved the piña. Staff was friendly and order was ready when quoted for pick up order. Salsas were good and the pickled carrots were a nice edition. Especially that they were not super spicy. Price was a little high but not out of the ordinary. Would I eat here again? Maybe... but it would not be a burrito.

I always see the Mr. Taco hut on the 152 in Los Banos when I visit my mom in Central Valley. I…read moredecided to give it a shot when I was on my way back home one night and I was not disappointed. It's a small hut with two drive thru windows and every time I've passed by, there's always a line. The night I came, I was the second car there which was perfect. They have a really big menu so I suggest checking their menu you out before you go so you know what you want. I ordered the asada tacos, asada quesadilla, and pork tamale. One thing I noticed right away was that they were not stingy with the meat. The asada had really good flavor and the tacos were the best I've had aside from my favorite spot in Pasadena. The quesadilla was amazingly good, but I only ate half to leave room for the pork tamale. I'm glad I did because the tamale didn't last a second. It was packed with so much flavor and the red sauce complimented it really well. There were 3 people working inside and they were super friendly. Once I ordered, they had my food ready within 5 mins. I ate in my car, but they had an area where you can park your car and eat at a patio area next to the hut. Be warned that there are no bathrooms from what I saw, but there's other places around you can most likely go to and use their restrooms. If you're driving on the 152 and passing through Los Banos, I highly recommend Mr. Taco. I will definitely get food here whenever I visit my mom.

This is my go-to spot when I roadtrip down to SoCal!…read more I didn't realize that I haven't wrote a review for Cotija Taco Shop yet. I've been stopping here every time I go to SoCal these past couple years now. I always stop in Los Baños for Dutch Bros, Cotija, and bathroom break at either Marshall's or Target. Lol This spot has some delicious tacos, nachos, carne asada fries, and more. My most recent visits was with my boyfriend a few weeks ago. We stopped by here on the way to SoCal and back! They do have a few tables outside where you can enjoy your food. There were times when I just took it to my car to eat so I can listen to my podcast. Lol The staff there are friendly, and they have a couple of parking spots too. I've also parked on the street as well in other times that I visited. If you're looking for a solid Mexican spot, you must try this place! :)
