I just saw the rating on this location. Now it all makes sense. I'll never go to this location again. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 fry and 1 soda on the mobile app. I picked up my order at the counter. A young woman put my bag on the counter, called my number then walked away. My fries were not in the bag. I waited for about 5 minutes. There was no one at the counter. No human in sight. The woman then walked by with a tray. I told her my fries were not in the bag. She held up her hand and kept walking. She then walked in the back and was talking on the headset. I waved at the manager who was sweeping. She came over. I told her I didn't get my fries and she said someone will take care of it "I'm on my lunch break." I don't care if you're on your lunch break. Your sweeping on your lnch break but cant help a customer? and my food is getting cold because your employee didn't put my fries in the bag. The other woman came back 5 minutes later with fries. She did not apologize. This is very poor customer service. Stop serving other customers when my order is not complete. I have been a fast food manager. I know how difficult it is but ANY customer that needed my attention got my attention and everyone else had to wait while I took care of customers in the proper order. There should always be someone at the front counter to correct all of the mistakes. All mcdonald's have been awful as far as making mistakes but most of the lm are sorry and very eager to fix it. I know it's holiday and some are traveling to their destinations but I would think that it would be less people to come in. Came in and this place was not clean. Ladies bathroom was dirty filled with tissues on the floor. Just had to come in to use the restroom and order some food but even when ordering It took a long time. No staff was in the front to check if other customers needs anything. But it took 35 mins for my order to be done and all I ordered was a cheese burger happy meal and Big Mac meal. Smelled like shit when entering. The food ordering kiosk was challenging to navigate. Almost zero staff interaction except for handing me the bag. The milk was put into the tea before the teabag...cooling the water and making the tea weak. This'll be the last time I go to McDonalds.
