They have four sizes of washing machines which helps us save money by consolidating loads. You can pay using coins or download the app and pay by credit card through your phone. The staff is great; One time the manager and his son passed out donuts. Another visit the staff backed up a customer who was being yelled at by another customer because there was urine on the blanket she was putting into the washing machine. Apparently he has never had to care for an infant, elderly person, or animal. Anyway the staff on site totally backed and supported her. They are super customer friendly. They also offer by the pound laundry services and specialty cleaning for large items like comforters. They have a play area with toys for the kids and benches and a desk to sit and read or work.

They had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. Upon entering, I noticed the signage they had everywhere for COVID precautionary measures. The folks who work there greeted me and helped me immediately. I let them know it was my first time and they were very kind and informative. I had about 4 big loads of laundry that came out to around $40 ($1 per lb.) which isn't too bad IMO. They're even careful enough to ask if you have preference/allergies to certain detergents. (NOTE: laundry must be sorted & all clothes must be right-side out upon drop off) My laundry was ready for pickup in around 3-4 hours. Everything was washed, folded, and even sorted (by size and clothing type). All I had to do was put it away when I got home. Saved me so much time! Love this place & their service. Del Rio Cleaners does deliver and pickup in this neighborhood and that service is such a great convenience! They do a good job with the pick up and delivery. I have used Del Rio again now for about 2 years. In this time, they have not broken any buttons like they used to, nor have they lost any of our clothing like they used to. They are occasionally late on some of them still however. The counter service at the Riverbank and the Coffee Rd locations are still not very friendly. It's not that they are rude, but they just don't try to make you feel welcomed when you walk in. Anyway, if you want delivery service, I think Del Rio Cleaners is good. Just be sure you don't leave your clothing outside on your porch too long as I have many neighbors who have had theirs stolen. This really is not the fault of Del Rio Cleaners however, but just something to be aware of.

I dropped off my wedding dress after my wedding day. It had two small holes, broken hooks and snaps/buttons and some dirt from the rain during the ceremony. I was told the dress would be hand washed and properly cared for. When I received it back, the experience was shocking and heartbreaking. Not only was the dress still dirty and has flakes and chunks of dirt in it, but there were now 3+ additional holes in the dress. The original holes had been covered with very obvious and unattractive patches that significantly damaged the appearance of the gown. It was also clear the dress had not been properly hand washed as promised as the top layer of lace was stretched, twisted, and completely ruined in several areas. Two of the hooks were repaired, but the 1 buttons were never fixed. The dress still had visible dirt and stains throughout, despite being told it had been cleaned. To make matters worse, communication throughout the process was extremely poor. The dress was already over a week and a half past the promised pickup date, and we still had not heard from them. When we called for updates, the first employee told us they would contact the manager and call us back within five minutes. We never received a call back. After waiting 15-20 minutes, we called again and were told the same thing. Eventually, another employee told us the dress would be ready by Monday. Then we were called back in another 5 minutes and told it could be picked up today. When we finally discussed the issues with the manager, she stated they would not be able to remove all of the dirt from the dress and that they could not repair the damage without using the poor-looking patches they had added. She also stated that any additional alterations or repairs would have to be paid for by us, even though we had already paid upfront for the services they originally promised they could complete. We left and stated we were calling the police. When we came back 1.5 hours later and was hoping to resolve this without police, I noticed they suddenly had a new document prepared that included a section saying "refused to sign," even though they had repeatedly told me I had to sign the paperwork in order to get my dress back and there was no check box and place on the 1st copy for refusal. This time I went in and knew I had to get pictures and video of everything. I asked to see the dress so I could take photos and video documentation. While recording, I pointed out that the document itself clearly stated I could refuse to sign it. While I was there the cops also called and I let them know I'm trying to resolve it on my own and will call them back in a few minutes. This business lied multiple times throughout the day, including about refusing to release the dress. My spouse was present during these interactions and was equally shocked by the constant contradictions and dishonesty. Thankfully, we were eventually able to get the dress back. Unfortunately, it now has multiple holes, obvious patches, stretched and twisted lace, and is still visibly dirty. What was once my wedding dress now looks severely damaged and poorly handled. This was an extremely stressful and heartbreaking experience with such an important and sentimental item. I would not trust this business with delicate garments, formalwear, or anything of value.
