Im a little disappointed, my mom went to get me food, and don't get me wrong the food wasn't bad but I feel it's a waste to have 2 different bags for a burger and lettuce on the side! I mean why not just put it all in one bag and the mayonnaise was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! read more

I have been living outside of Oklahoma for the last year, so getting to go here again was a craving I needed to satisfy. As far as fried, fast food, this is the best. The portions are huge. I get the smaller size and I still eat it for 2 separate meals. The meat is perfectly battered and cooked. You can never go wrong adding onion rings. They are addictive. read more

My review is for carry out. My order arrived fresh & on time. So excited to see Del Rancho today, my first time since leaving Oklahoma 12 years ago. I MUST HAVE A chicken fried steak sandwich supreme- my all time fav! A bit afraid of disappointment (ruining my memories) I ordered anyway. And.....OMG......Just like I remembered, ultra crispy breaded fried steak falling off the bun in every direction with just enough lettuce & tomato = absolute goodness. Happy tummy! read more

1st, the only positive thing to say is that the flavor was good. That's it. The chicken fried steak and chicken were beaten so thin that parts of it didn't have any meat. It was almost all breading. The French fries were the frozen Ore Ida ones. The price for small portions was also ridiculous! $12 for a sandwich and it didn't come with fries. The server came over 3 times in 3 minutes asking if we were ready to order. We finally just gave up. We won't be back. So disappointed. We used to enjoy it here. I don't know what happened! read more

I love chicken fried steak. It is one of my favorite foods. I have lived in Oklahoma all my life. Why have I never tried Del Rancho? My husband has been saying we should try it, so I stopped in and picked up a to go order. The staff was very friendly, and got the order out to me fast. Food was piping hot even when I got home with it. I got the chicken fried steak meal with mashed potatoes, Texas toast and fried okra. All was delicious! My husband got the steak sandwich supreme, and just like they are famous for, the steak was WAY bigger than the bun. We will be back! read more

I moved away and have really missed Del Rancho. I went on a trip and saw one so we had to stop so I could show everyone how the chicken fried steak sandwich is absolutely legendary!! They agreed! read more

Every time we go to home in Oklahoma, I go to a local chain that I grew up with. Del Rancho has easily one of the best chicken fried steak sandwiches. And they're huge! To the point they now offer a smaller version of it. They also serve it a a dinner. Their sides, green beans, fries, fried okra(which can be ordered extra crispy), mashed potatoes are excellent, as is their gravy. They also have other things like hamburgers, chicken fried chicken, hot link sandwich. Their variety of salads are excellent, their homemade ranch dressing is to die for. The restaurant in Midwest City has a cozy atmosphere, and service is excellent and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're passing through Oklahoma City. Several locations. read more

If your coming to this location for fried pickles then you might as well turn around. They don't offer them here. Other wise the establishment is clean and well kept. The staff are warm and welcoming. Food isn't very seasoned, but its cooked to order. The sweet tea is southern style. So if you like yours sweet, you'll like the way they make it here. read more

Place is a little small for how busy it gets. Service was great. The steak sandwhich was very good, and very large, come hungry! My biggest issue was ordering some onion rings for a side, got about 6 of them and I think it was nearly 9 dollars which was crazy in my opinion. read more

The food and service were both amazing!! We only went once, but it won't be our last time!! Over all was a great experience. I highly recommend the chicken fried steak!!! read more

Best sandwich around these people know how to cook a steak sandwich, yum yum !, we eat here a few times every month

We don't eat a lot of fried food so we don't go here often but if we really want chicken Fried chicken or chicken fried steak, this is a place to get it! It's all made from scratch and hand breaded. Same with the onion rings. They start out as whole onions, and they hand bread those as well. They're dining area is clean and cute for this type of restaurant. We've always gotten good service. read more

My ENTIRE life my mom and dad talked about the steak sandwiches from Del Rancho's in Midwest City Oklahoma.  Described as both "the best fried steak sandwich in the entire world" and having "steak so big it hangs off the bun" Del Rancho is the Gold Standard of fried steak sandwiches in my family. Recently I was passing through OKC on a road trip with my brother when I decided we should try and find it to see for ourselves.  The place is still there, and the steaks were still that big...and my mother was right, maybe the best fried steak sammich I've ever had... Ratings Breakdown: Steak Sandwich: 5 Stars  Everything was great, from the steak to the bun.  No complaints.  Not even a quibble. Fries: 4 Stars The fries were those extra crispy battered fries that are so popular right now which I don't care for but were good anyway.  I wish more restaurants would go back to just regular fries. Restaurant: 4 Stars The people were friendly, and the place was clean if a bit aged.  It had a nice friendly atmosphere and you could tell the people who were eating there were locals.  Seating was a bit limited to old-school wood booths and was a bit uncomfortable. read more

Nice. Food was good and fresh. The chicken on the salad could've been better and not chopped into squares. I prefer my chicken breast in slices on a salad if it's grilled. The chicken fried chicken sandwich was delicious. Not too crispy just right for sandwich. Chicken strips were Devine. Amazing!!! I love the the way they make them flat for better eating and still crispy delicious. Didn't cut your mouth or gums when eating. Fried pickles could be thicker, they're overly salty. Fries are crispy delicious. Yum read more

The food was not very good. The okra was served barely warm. I had the hickory chicken club. It had a special sauce that tasted like watered down hickory bbq sauce. The water tasted awful. The waitress was nice. read more

I was so very disappointed. For the price of this small take out meal we could have gone to Kendall's and got real chicken fry. This sandwich is no longer supreme. It was pretty small compared to that word. The sandwich did taste really good, as did the fries. The flavor was exactly what you remember from the old days of Del Rancho. I really was looking forward to this opening so close to us as our last few experiences at Del Ranchos had been poor food quality. Oh how I wish Judges were back.... We will probably go back for the nostalgia if we find some coupons! read more

Hi! Is your husband craving a steak sandwich supreme, but you want something lighter, but also you're legitimately hungry? It's ok, don't panic, go ahead and eat here. You'll both be happy. I had a charred chicken salad. It filled me up and was delicious! Huge amount of greens with cherry tomatoes, a big pile of diced chicked breast (not breaded), shredded cheddar cheese, and real bacon. $8.29 for the salad, great value. We took our meal home as a to-go order, and all of it was so good. Happy to have a Del Rancho close to home! read more

I currently live on the West Coast, but I lived in Oklahoma for 22 years and never tried this place. To be more specific I lived in Midwest city and I would pass this place all the time. I decided for the first time that I was going to give it a try. I did a online order for a little chicken sandwich and ordered some onion rings and tater tot's. Let me tell y'all that lil supreme sandwich was AMAZING! First, if that was the little sandwich I really hate to see what the big sandwich looks like. That little sandwich was almost too much for me, but I heard that the regular sandwich the steak literally hangs off the entire bun. A little intimidating for me! Onion rings were fresh and I love the batter that they fried them in add the little ranch dressing on the side. The tater tot's were good as well. I dipped them in gravy. I had the entire shabang!!!!!! New spot to add to my list when I'm home to visit! read more

Chicken fried steak as big as your face on a hamburger bun! You got to eat for 20 minutes just to get to the bun! And it taste great too! The sides are all great too, if you got enough room to eat them after that big @$$ sandwich! read more

If I could give it 6 stars, I would. The service was great, and so was the food. I got the old-fashioned cheese burger, and man, was it the best burger I have ever had. 5/5 stars I do recommend trying it. read more

Absolutely delicious! Order the bacon cheeseburger and everything was perfect. Crisp bacon and seasoned patty. The okra was perfectly fried as well. The steak sandwich supreme is always to die for! Del Rancho is an Oklahoma staple. This location just can't quite figure it out. From consistently incorrect orders (including drink orders) to leaving customers waiting to be greeted or placing an order they just don't seem to care. Such a shame. We do however drive over to the 10th street location much farther away with less convenient parking to be greeted immediately by friendly staff and taken care of like family. I really wish this location would get it right. None of my coworkers will come here anymore although I still keep trying it occasionally today it was the same lackluster service. read more

This is my first time at Del Rancho. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted great. My husband and I ate for $22. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. There was a lot of chatter from the girls behind the counter. I'd suggest cutting staff as slow as they were at 4 pm on a Tuesday. We will be back. read more

This is my husband's go-to when I don't feel like cooking because..... Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy! I usually opt for the Lil' Steak Sandwich Supreme Sandwich with Onion Rings. We have always had excellent service here and these days the employees are wearing masks, cleaning well & make the customers feel comfortable and safe. Still our local go-to! read more

Perfect answer to a gray cool day. The two different size sandwiches are perfect, junior and steak sandwich supreme. Family loved the options, salads to chicken sandwiches to the steak sandwiches. We've eaten here several times in its many locations and I can say the quality of the foods was just as expected, on point. Curbside service and location are great for the Choctaw area, the kitchen and staff seem to of adjusted well to the take out only policy. Good job guys, keep supporting local businesses. read more

Fantastic chicken fried sandwich and dinner!! Just fantastic, to go/pick up has never been so easy

Was the food fresh..yes. Was it great..well no. Maybe it's because I'm used to to Del Rancho on 10th but it didn't taste like anything special. If I could describe it with one word it would be bland. read more

The steak sandwich was great like they always have been. The fries and okra were frozen and not very good.

Was excited to try them at this location , don't remember the servers name because they never gave it to us. I ordered a cheese burger and fries. My husband ordered cheese burger and onion rings. When the food came out my burger was completely wrong . Some kind of double meat chuck burger with no veggies, so they took that back to correct. My husbands looked fine, onion rings were a bit over cook but has a decent flavor. He said his burger was tough, mine came back out and all they did was take one patty off. Sent it back and waited forever for a regular cheese burger, mean time I tried my fries they were ok but not great tasted old. Burger took about 5 more minutes by them my husband had finished and I was done. Just wanted to leave. I did get a to go box so I could take it home to give to my dog, and the server did remove the charge for the cheese burger. We will not be back. read more

Always hot food, fast friendly service, and the gravy is amazing! I haven't tried anything here I didn't like !

Decor is cool. They don't have the full menu... I had my heart set on corn nuggets and jalapeño poppers. Might check on them later.

The food was great. The service was good. My sons had chicken fried steak and the steak sandwich. My wife loved the chicken caesar salad. My southern chicken salad with garlic dressing was the bomb. We will be back. read more

This Place is Fantastic. I am absolutely thrilled that they put a Del Rancho in this area of Midwest City. It is nice to know I can get a Decent Chicken Fried Steak up the street now. It may be slightly more expensive then Chuck House, but it is well worth the extra few bucks for higher quality Food. read more
