Another good restaurant within the Kenwood plaza. These folks make awesome sandwiches at a great price. Everything is fresh and looks good and tasty. They put enough stuff on their sandwiches to make sure you are satisfied. The prices are comparable to other sub shops around but I prefer these. Check them out. read more

Lexy & Karen are awesome! Good food and customer service! :D Mac and cheese is yummy, lol.

This was my first time eating at firehouse and overall it was a good experience. We ordered our food online through the store and went and picked it up. Our sandwiches were hot and they tasted good, but the ham sandwich was a little smaller than I was thinking it would be. If you're not a fan of having to place your own order on a kiosk inside then this is not the place for you. It wasn't a bad experience, but wasn't anything special either. read more

Ok, wanted to try something different for lunch. I ordered the New York Steamer. Mostly bread and didn't like all the mayo. I only ate half of the med I ordered. So left hungry and needing something to get Mayo taste out. Husband ordered the steak n cheese and said just ok. Now place seemed clean enough. Service was depressing. No how are you , thank you, or even ____. Lol Saw 2 workers, with the one taking order older but no reason to not be friendly. Oh, Upon leaving I did hear a Thank you muffled through the mask. Sorry but this will not be on my lunch list. read more

Walked in and was very excited to get a sandwich and some pickles. Went up to the register and saw guess what...not a smile...a frown. Now, I know that working in customer service sucks, but there is no need to be rude to the person trying to order a sandwich. The cashier was Austen and they were just not very nice. They were also rude to their fellow coworkers. I am very unhappy with the management at this location. read more

This place is good enough. If I'm in the area I might go back. There was nothing wrong with the food but nothing to write home about either. The staff was nice. Service a little slow. Ingredients tasted fresh. Mac and cheese was typical fast food Mac, nothing special at all. Like I said nothing wrong but I'd rather Jersey Mike's they have a rewards program lol read more

great service and atmosphere, always offering good food choices and helping on my indecisiveness . Connor gave wonderful service!!

If you are wanting a great toasted sub, then this is your place. Love that the sandwiches are made to order. And it's great to support a wonderful cause. read more

Stopped by here for the first time today. I ordered The Engineer Sandwich with a cup of chicken and dumplings as a side. The Sandwich which had turkey, mushrooms and onions was pretty good It reminded me of Scholtskys' sandwiches. They have the sandwiches in small, medium and large with white or wheat bread. I have to say I really liked the sandwich. It was heated and not toasted. It had melted cheese as well. The sandwich was soft and moist. It was very delicious. The chicken and dumpling soup was ok but not as good as the sandwich. It was heated good but a bit salty. So I will probably not get the soup the next time and get chips. The restaurant is set up similar to a Fire Department. The colors and overall appearance was nice. The service was good too. The server brought your food to the table. A liile expensive for lunch but wirhin reason. Thank you firehouse subs for yet another good experience in Oklahoma City. read more

Great subs every time I go to firehouse. I've tried many of their different sandwiches, all have been good. Always fresh strong tea too.

I've been going to Firehouse Sub since my son told me about their awesome subs. I have to agree with his recommendation. The subs are always make right and the taste is great. I have to give a shout out to the wonderful ladies that always seem to be in the shop when I come by. Thanks ladies for the great food and over the top service. Woody read more

I'm a sandwich kind of girl, never been to firehouse before today, so I thought I'd stop in since I had time. Honestly, it was just very disappointing. I must've gotten someone else's order. I ordered the hook and ladder medium just how it comes to go, when I got to where I was going, I got out my sandwich only to see that I had no tomato no mustard and one small sliver of onion on the whole sandwich. Likely won't be back. read more

I love a good sub. FH, does an ok job with that. I have always said the one thing that makes a good sandwich and/or sub is the bread. The bread is great! I normally get the tuna fish and always enjoy it! They pack in the meat and cheese. I love that they have options for hot sides like soup and mac n cheese. This location is fairly new. It is clean. Sign up for their birthday club, you get a free sub! read more

I'm love to eat Sandwiches at Firehouse Sub cuz it always táo fresh n delicious Bread n meat too food is good thanku

Firehouse is by far my favorite sandwich place. I love their bread, and for me, a good sub is all about the bread! I also love me some Capt. Sorenson's sauce!! They have a basic menu, subs, soup, chili... and basic is fine as long as you do it well, and they do. I didn't give this location 5 stars because the staff here needs a little more training and probably some supervision. read more

Great experience every time I come here!!! It's mostly teens working here but their so respectful every single time. They honor their firemen. Their wonderful with my kids. Everything is hot & fresh. They go above & beyond to make you happy. read more

Terrible customer service! Require masks but don't provide them. Unfortunate. Would not recommend.

Had two kids making sandwiches Who looked lost as all hell as to what their job was, and then one gets a nose bleed in the middle of making sandwiches and just lets the other finish them. Then they were talking about the nosebleed and the mess it made. Wish I hadn't paid for this read more

This is my little girls favorite sub place and she is VERY PICKY!!! She had the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and some chicken noodle soup. She left a very satisfied girl. I had the engineer combo. Yum. Customer service was on point. Very cordial and eager to please. We will definitely be back. read more

This is the best sammich ive ever had I used to think subway was as good as they got bet these are way better

Will not be back! Completed mobile order, went in to pick up with only one table with guests dining without masks. When, who I assume was the manager, brought me my order she advised me I needed a mask (the mask mandate has expired & we were keeping our distance) I asked for our drinks & she again said I needed a mask so I stated we would not be back. She took my to-go order & refunded our purchase. We were not the only couple that was denied service for no mask. They also stated as they walked out they wouldn't be back either. This is not the first time the manager & staff have been rude & very inefficient even before Covid. Now I know why this location is never very busy! read more

Normally, I am very happy with this place. However, I noticed an issue with my order from DoorDash. The Dasher did not check it and the restaurant seemed to not care about this mistake. Plus, it's not like I can drive over there to fix it. Wound up throwing out half of my food because of this. I do not plan on ordering from there in the future. read more

The service here is absolutely unprofessional. However the food is delicious. Would not go to this location, especially without a mask!

If I was writing this review on the first time I went 5here it would be a 5 star review...I went for the first time 2 Weeks ago...the sandwich was so good I went back the next night...that experience made me say I will not go back...my sandwich was not mad right...I asked for extra mayo and it barely had any on it...the whole sandwich was just wrong...so today I decided to try again...I ordered through DoorDash...the sandwich was wrong again...I am done...it's not that hard to get a sandwich right...I don't like my sandwiches hot so I order them with the bread toasted but meat cold...not difficult...my sandwich was hot and it was horrible...will not return to this location read more

I guess the sandwich had all the right ingredients but the bread just doesn't stand up. I ate mine there and the bottom was already soggy by the time I sat down. In my opinion, a sub is judged first by the bread. These sandwiches need a crustier roll than what they use. read more

This is the 2nd time I have been here and the owner is screaming at customers using the F word and belittling staff in front of customers. Firehouse subs are the best but this owner is pathetic read more

I called Firehouse Subs located at 2301 S. Douglas Blvd, Suite 101 in Midwest City, Oklahoma at 7:02 PM on Sunday, March 25th and placed an order for 1 Club on a Sub, 1 Firehouse Meatball, 1 Engineer and 1 Firehouse Hero. I was asked when I would like to pick up my order and said 20 minutes. I arrived at 7:24 PM. I paid for my order and since there were 6 other people waiting on to-go orders and 4 or 5 tables that had not been served I figured it might take longer than advertised. I waited an hour and asked about my order. They 'lost' the ticket. Of course some of the workers smirked when that was announced. How they lose a ticket in a computer system I have no idea. I demanded the charges be reversed on my credit card and left at 8:24 PM. I wanted no more of their BS. I have never been so angry and humiliated before in my life. The inability of this location to fill an order for four sandwiches is unacceptable. The behavior of some of the workers was appalling. The manager on duty should be fired. The location should be shut down until the employees have been retrained and understand what actual customer service should entail. I'll never return to this or any other Firehouse Subs location. read more

I don't think anyone here has more then a 3 red grade education. We waited 50 min did 2 sub's. and when we asked for our money back they said oh well are making them right now. Then a couple min later asked what we had ordered. If they was making it wouldn't they know the order. So I told them what my order was and showed him the receipt. And one of the sandwiches was still made wrong. I love firehouse but won't come here again read more

This is the second time I have given this place a shot and now the second time I have been disappointed with this location and their service! It should not take 40 minutes to get 2 medium sandwiches at 7pm! Most likely will not be coming to this location again!! read more

First time here. Probably the last time. Placed an order to go, 1 steamer and 1 Italian. 40 minutes later got my food. Will not be back. Will not drive past Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes to get to this place again. Food was decent enough and probably would have tasted better when I finally got it but the novelty of a new place was lost and it tasted more like disappointment and regret than it should have. I won't be back. read more

First time at Firehouse Subs. The cashier gave us a brief history of how the Firehouse Subs came to be and where it was originated. We ordered the Hook and Ladder and Firehouse Sub, their most popular menu items. About 6 min later, we were served a nice warm sandwich; very tasty. They came and checked on us and asked how everything was. We would definitely go there again! read more

I love Firehouse subs but this one is terrible. Tables, floors, drink station were dirty. The drink machine was out of most drinks. The tea was empty. Service was ridiculously slow.
