There was also no signage explaining that you're supposed to order at the counter, so we sat down for probably 20 minutes while being ignored before someone finally told us about the process. I also noticed that about half of their desserts were just sitting out on plates on an open counter. Half of the desserts were not behind a barrier, covered, or even wrapped in plastic. The environment is an older establishment that has acquired some dust around the place, so not sure desserts sitting on the counter is a great idea. Their hours are listed incorrectly online as well. While we were there, a very elderly (80+) customer came in wanting to order meal prep for delivery, and they basically turned him away because they said were already done taking orders for the week on a Monday. It seemed strange that they couldn't at least help him place a future order.
