I had high hopes for trying 405 Grill as part of the Oklahoma Burger Passport, especially after seeing the Oklahoma Onion Smash Burger featured on the menu. Burgers are one of my favorite things to review, so I was genuinely looking forward to this stop. We arrived shortly after opening and ordering was quick and easy. The restaurant itself was clean, spacious, and had a relaxed casual atmosphere. I also appreciated seeing reasonable pricing across the menu, especially for combo meals. I decided on the Oklahoma Onion Smash Burger with fries ordered well done. My wife ordered the Angus Burger special, and after a short wait our food arrived at the table. Unfortunately, this visit just didn't quite live up to the anticipation. The fries came out only slightly warm and definitely not "well done" as requested. As for the burger itself, the presentation was a little underwhelming right from the start. The sandwich leaned very heavy on the mayo, enough that I actually took the bun apart to remove some before taking my first bite. After adding mustard, the burger improved a bit, but overall it still landed in the "average" category for me. The Oklahoma onion flavor profile I was expecting never really stood out, and the burger simply didn't have that memorable quality that makes you immediately want to come back for another round. My wife shared a similar opinion about her burger as well. We also tried the onion rings. Flavor-wise they were decent, but the portion size compared to the $6.99 price felt a bit hard to justify. For that price point, I expected either a larger serving or something more memorable. That said, I always try to keep perspective when reviewing local restaurants. Running a small business is not easy, and I genuinely want local places to succeed and improve. While this wasn't one of my stronger burger experiences in the OKC area, I still appreciate the effort, friendly service, and opportunity to give them a try. Maybe it was simply an off day, and I'd certainly be open to stopping back in down the road to see how things evolve. This was a great spot to take a large lunch group but know that they did get a bit overwhelmed. We had 8 in our group, and this was a great place with many menu options. We tried everything from the gyros to the butter chicken to the hamburgers, chicken wrap and spicy chicken sandwich. I thought the fries (for crinkle premade fries) were nicely seasoned. I would order the gyro again. I think they just recently opened, and they were working out some glitches. Once they get ordering and delivery handled better, this will be a great spot. Clean dining area and obviously recently remodeled. However, their menu prices and what they want to charge are two different things: tater tots were listed as the same price as fries but the person in the back (owner maybe?) insisted the menu was wrong. The burgers were so greasy I couldn't finish mine. The tots were good, though. We won't return. read more

This place was quite a surprise. They have a variety of foods and is not just a burger joint. They are halal (if you're looking for that). But the service was great! There was one gentleman behind the counter and he was doing his best even with a sprained ankle (so please be patient with him). My partner had the smash burger which was delicious and very filling. I had the butter chicken and it was really good. It wasn't too spicy and the chicken was nice and tender. My friend had the crispy chicken sandwich and be prepared for a large chicken for the sandwich (she had to cut it in half to fit the burger buns). The ambiance was giving burger joint vibes. It was very affordable and if we lived here, we would frequent this place. Highly recommend if you're on a budget but still want delicious food and a variety of it too. read more

This is a very unique mix of menu items! It's a good lunch spot if you work on the west side of OKC where options are fairly limited. It's order at the counter, which makes things a bit faster in a time crunch. It took a little while for food to come out, but not bad. It's a cute little place with lots of seating. I was in a large group, and there was a big table to fit all of us. I tried the butter chicken and rice, and it was delicious! I'd like it to be spicier, but very tasty. read more

I drive by this spot every day and had hoped to finally say something positive about it. After watching the old Henry Hudson location sit empty forever, I was glad to see new owners move in and really try to draw traffic. It's a tough location -- the water park next door sends traffic the opposite way -- but I wanted to support a local family business. Unfortunately, when I stopped in a little after 4 p.m. on a Saturday, hoping for a quick slice (as their sign advertised), the cashier told me the pizzas on display were over three hours old and advised me not to get one. Had I known the onion Smashburger consisted of a few grilled onion strings rather than actual slices of onion, I would not have ordered it. Especially for $10. But worse yet was the incredible amount of grease. The burger was sopping with it. Had to cover the bottom with several napkins! The overall taste was good but I will not be back. read more

Clean environment with a varied menu selection at great prices. They even offer a few menu options from Bangladesh. Customer service is also exceptional and they check on you as you enjoy your meal. Located just west of the Hurricane Harbor Water park in west OKC, the place is easy to miss if you're not looking for it. They even have a drive thru for orders to go. Food is made to order and served within reasonable time for the variety of item they offer. Definitely worth the detour if you are burned out on the fast food most of us endure. read more

I stopped in to check this place out as I saw that the old closed restaurant across from the post office finally had a new operation running there. What I found was a nice little hole in the wall restaurant, with friendly staff and good food. It appears to be a family run place, and they have a good variety of stuff on the menu ranging from burgers, to pizza, to subs, and gyros. The prices are good, as well. I would have no reservations about going back again. It's nothing fancy, but it's affordable and tastes good. First time trying this place, and it did not disappoint. It was packed when I arrived, so I expected a long wait, but the service was surprisingly fast. I ordered two large pizzas, 20 wings, and fries and everything came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, and the prices are great. Definitely will be back! read more

My dad and I came in for a quick bite to eat and were very pleasantly surprised. I got the gyro which was amazing and he got the burger which he said was great. All of the menu prices are very reasonable. The cashier went above and beyond by asking us how our food was/refilling our drinks. On top of that, the atmosphere is great.
