Not to be dramatic but if i could put 0 stars i would. They barely acknowledge you when you come in, which isn't that big of a deal but when a company is so big on how their customer service is amazing, it sure does suck lol. Every time i come in my (mobile) order is already ready but they have me stand there for 10 minutes while they hand out everyone else's food. And god forbid i need something else it takes another 10 minutes for them to acknowledge you again. The workers are young so I'm not trying to be harsh but the customer service and overall quality just sucks so bad. Every time i leave i'm super disappointed. And that little twerp in the front who makes direct eye contact 50x but never helps needs to be fired. I genuinely hate him. read more

We stopped at Chic-fil-a and waited in line 15 minutes. When it was our turn we were told they don't serve anyone who got in line after 10 pm. I'm not sure exactly when we got in line but they served the car in front of us. I am very disappointed that they did not have someone outside tell us that they would not serve us instead of making us wait 15 minutes! There was no signage indicating when they would cut off service. For a franchise that prides itself on excellent customer service, this Chic fil a definitely let the brand down! read more

Went in on April 17th and Jesus S was our cashier and he messed up our order and when we tried to correct him he got an attitude and asked us if we want to just make a second order and still messed up the second one. OMG! I have never had this type of experience at a Chick fil A. The line was extremely long. But didn't dream that would be a problem. It did not move for the longest time! Finally we get up to the speaker and had the hardest time communicating the order. Now we know why the line was not moving. The service I received here was terrible. I showed up to get my order just to find out they had threw my food out without even checking to see if I was in the waiting area. They offered no solutions besides giving me a refund after I spent my time driving to the restaurant for the specific food I ordered just to get there and they tell me they threw it away and can't remake it. I spoke with the manager Gabby, who stated they threw it out after the time I had arrive in the restaurant. Which showed me her and her team were incompetent and lacked basic customer service/resource management skills. Who throw away orders 20 mins after being placed without verifying the customer isn't in the busy waiting area. Worst location I've been to by far in Oklahoma. read more

I'll keep this review short and to the point. They've raised their prices, and portions are noticeably smaller (chicken filets, salads, etc.). As a Signature member, perks are non-existent at the MWC locations. Not sure of it's a franchise or corporate issue. I've had a couple of drive thru orders that were incorrect and it's impossible to get anyone to answer their phone. Called corporate and no one locally gets back to you. One of the most caring restaurants in Midwest City. Always excellent service with lots of employees. Today was drive through service only but still fast. They take your order , pay ,get you food handed to you even before your at window. The chicken sandwich is fresh, crisp and love the pickles. My husband loves the waffle fries! Ketchup packs are great. Ordered a salad and ended up with a fancy chicken salad. Came with chicken, berries, strawberries and apples. Also had small pkg of nuts and other goodies to go on top. If you add the Apple Vinegarette dressing, you have a masterpiece. If your ever having a stressful day , just order a chocolate shake....it worked for me today. Thick n creamy. read more

My family loves this place! The drive-thru is 2 lanes and usually backed up out to the road but they are so fast and efficient here that it only takes a few minutes to get through the line. They usually have two employees in the parking lot to take orders faster but I do prefer to pull up to the actual menu and order my food there. I love their Cobb salad with the avocado lime ranch dressing but last night I ordered the original chicken sandwich and it was so fresh and delicious I totally forget to take a picture of it before it was gone! My son ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and added pepper jack cheese and said it was amazing! I do wish they would bring back their sweet potato waffle fries! I placed a catering order for Tuesday Jan 11th at 8:15am. This order was about $137. We picked it up and realized we were missing 2 of the 4 drinks. It was booked under a vendor, because he was going to pay and pick it up on my behalf. The order included a large mini biscuits tray, chicken sandwich tray (hardly any chicken, brownies, fruit tray, and the drinks listed below for 15-20 people. The 4 drinks = 1/2 sweet tea/ 1/2 unsweet tea quantity 2 (1 missing) 1/2 sweet tea / 1/2 diet lemonade quantity 1 (missing) Catering coffee Wrong item = ordered tray of brownies, received cookie and brownie tray I had tried to call prior, but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I went to talk to the manager (curly haired slender caucasian kid) at the SE29th and Town Center in Midwest City, OK. Chick Fil-A on Thursday and he couldn't go back more than 1 day back. He kept insisting on a receipt that I couldn't produce. He went and talked to another lady and still nothing was resolved. I don't think it is unreasonable for me to get the over $15 of items I was missing with the catering order. I am not very happy with the overall experience. We got an order at the window and got home. All was well except the lemonades. I called and the manager went to check. He came back and informed me that they made the batch wrong . They would only take care of me if I came back from home and not the next day. It would cost me more to do that. They offered no other solution other than oh well. This is quite frankly the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. They give the franchise a bad name. The wait time is the same as going to sit down and have fine dining, just to receive cold over cooked fries. They might just give you the wrong order, they love doing that. Waiting in the line is like Atlanta traffic, and don't even think going inside will make it better. I come here quite often. Service used to be impeccable. They would keep the line flowing and everyone would be out in record time. However, the attendants using the portable kiosk no longer move with the cars which creates a traffic jam in the middle of a shopping square. This is by far my favorite Chick-fil-A in all of Oklahoma City. I mean, it helps that it is the closest one to where I live, therefore being close to all of my local shopping and errand-running. But it is also the best service I ever get at any Chick-fil-A. Let's get real, every Chick-fil-a is run so smoothly, you would think super friendly robots programmed to provide excellent service all while belting out "My Pleasure!" were the ones running the place. But this particular location is consistently spectacular. The drive thru is often backed up to the street, but that doesn't stop their super speedy service. Every employee I have ever encountered here is amazingly friendly and kind. My order is NEVER wrong. My food is always hot and comes out fast. My drinks are always promptly refilled, and I am always thanked for my service. In short, yes I live close to this location. But I will always chose the Midwest City Chick-fil-A over any other in the city. Probably even the state. read more

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich club no tomato,side salad and a large unsweetened tea with lemon. The girl that gave me mu order through drive was very rude. She handed me a medium cup and I said it was suppose to be a large and she said I only paid for a medium and she said could uncharge for .45 cents and i said I'm not using my debit card for .45 cents and she said well you can just keep the medium. Also there wasn't a single cube of ice in my cup and tomatoes on my sandwich which made the bottom bun soggy so I threw it away. This was the store in mwc Oklahoma. I have never been disappointed at any Chick-Fil-A, but I wanted to be sure to give this specific location a shout out. Every time I come to Midwest City for work I typically need something quickie for lunch and Chick-Fil-A is a go to for that. This location is always awesome. No matter if you go through the drive thru or done in. They are quick, kind, and efficient! And it is always clean inside. The only negative thing I have experienced here is the parking lot. It is very difficult to find a parking spot that won't get you trapped in by the drive thru line. All things considered, it's a very great place to grab a bite. read more

I was returning some burnt chicken strips and before replacing them she argued that they looked the way they did because it was an hour ago. I tried to explain that I had to run somewhere right after I picked up the food and I was going to make a trip back to get my son new strips. Horrible service, and unfriendly. Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, and wond go back. Ordered from their app, payed with my credit card and everything. Went through the drive-thru to pick up my order and the guy at the window said, and I quote, "Sorry man, I don't have an order for you." I sit there dumbfounded and show him I payed through the app and all he said was, sorry we don't have an order for you. I'm like, uh ok???? I paid for the darn thing but he offered no help or guidance. The place is horrible.
