Terrible! It had been years since we had eaten here but thought we would give it a try. We ordered a couple buckets of chicken and sides for takeout. The chicken was way over cooked; so much that the white meat was dark and the coating of both extra crispy and original was dark brown. And it was so greasy! We ordered online, and when we got there they told us it would be a 40 minute wait for chicken. They offered us extra crispy thighs, and wings. We specifically said we wanted the drums and breasts. We said we would wait the 40 for the drums and breasts, when we came back they still gave us the wings and thighs. The guy at the front counter was condescending and unnecessarily rude. The food is always good and the drive through is accessible and fast when you're not wanting to go in and dine. Tables are clean and ready for customers to enjoy. I like the idea that the cashier will actually bring your order to your table when it's ready. When I got there doors were locked and Not Open as Stated on site and door, I called and they said they were short of help and he was working on order and would bring out to car. after waiting at least 15 minutes, he brought out . We drive from Del City to this KFC location because the customer service and the food are top-notch! We like to order the $30 meal and it feeds my family for two days. You get a bucket of chicken, 12 tender strips, a large coleslaw, 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy and a box of biscuits! I wish I had read the reviews before stopping at this KFC. They aren't wrong. Worst customer service ever. I'm easygoing when it comes to fast food. But I don't tolerate being yelled at over their speaker. After asking for clarification as to why they didn't have any chicken ready a 4:50pm, the manager took the mic away from clerk and screamed at me, and proceeded to tell me "he has a deep voice." Wow. Non-existent customer service in the drive through. Store locked, can't go in to order, must go through drive through. Asked for a bucket of thighs and legs. Man came on and rudely told us "there are no buckets for thighs and legs". We've been going to KFC for years. The store on 29th is just as bad. We're switching from KFC to Popeye or another chicken place with people who want to make me feel wanted as a customer. read more

Went through the drive thru and when I got to the window I was cussed out by the cook/manager be because I asked to substitute the thighs for wings. I was told that they couldn't do that and I said I always get lt substituted. The guy said well you don't now. I said that's BS. The man said you can get the F_ _ k out of here. KFC Case # 00707449 I want to be sure you understand what occurred to me in your Midwest city Oklahoma stores. Order taker was rude and not helpful to me a 74 year old disabled veteran who was just having trouble reading the sign board with the sun in his eyes. I recently had three retina surgeries on my left eye. I have 20/20 in the right eye. It was around 2:15 in the afternoon. The sun was blinding...and I could not read the menu board. I wanted the chicken sandwich box which I ordered at that restaurant several times in the last three months. I knew I didn't want Mac n cheese, and I wanted a drink that was advertised on a sign as you entered the drive thru. When it was my turn to order (I was the sole vehicle in line); I began asking several questions about drinks and sides. I wasn't sure what the side substitutes were, and I couldn't remember the name of the drink I liked. The attendant was clearly getting frustrated with me and started using a tone. After indicating several times "I couldn't see the sign" which he kept telling me where to look on the sign...at one point I said "don't get huffy with me, do you want me to leave?" He said yes, leave, get your ass on up the street. Sadly this occurred on Veterans Day. So I went up the street to a Sonic. When I got home I looked at yelp to see if there were any complaints. There were. Previous yelp complaints were about similar and obviously haven't done much good so I called your corporate. So I followed up my call to corporate with an email. It I did no5 explain the incident in the email. Bottom line...you have a problem with staff at that store that needs your attention. Please don't blow this off. Worst customer service ever! I just asked for my gravy on the side of my mashed potatoes and they've done it for me plenty of times, but a horrible man came on the drive through speaker and told me that they couldn't put the gravy on the side and when I said I was willing to pay more if that would help he called me stupid and said he didn't want to have to have to say no a third time! When I was handed my meal, I specifically asked if they put in the eating utensils. The lady said "yes". I parked across the street to eat my meal, and no eating utensil. I had to drive back through and ask for something to eat my meal with. I also did not get a receipt for my meal. I feel like I was overcharged. Nastiest LFC I've ever been to. Chicken was burnt like if they cooked it 3 times our sodas were completely flat. Service was rude and pushy, food did not look appealing. Dirty containers like if there hands have gravy and they're just grabbing everything. MADE ME SICK We have been here before. Service is always slow. I went in for the first time today. It was a weird layout and the place smelled bad (like human body odor bad). The lady in front of us got snippy with the cashier making sure her chicken was not burnt because it allegedly was last time. My husband and I thought she was being picky. I got home with my food and realized she was not joking. My chicken was so overcooked that the meat pulled off the bone completely on half the leg. I blew it off as my bad for not checking. Im officially done with KFC. We ordered the Georgia Gold Honey Mustard & Nashville Hot strips costing $15.00. I can say that was the worst thing Ive ever eaten. They took chicken strips dripping with oil and covered it with what looked like a powdery substance mixed with water to make the "Honey Mustard" flavor. The first bite was the end of my fading tolerance for their food. I tossed out the chicken & tryed to get the most of my $15.00 by following it with their powdered mashed potatoes and similarly powdered biscuit. Gag. Im so done with this junk. Door opens. Smell hits. I should of turned around but a very friendly member of staff greeted me. Everyone here was very pleasant. I arrived at about 1100am. So just as they were opening. One table out of the dozen or so there was occupied. I looked at all the numerous options on their new menu and chose the 3 strip lunch meal with an ice tea. While waiting I visited the bathroom and it was very gross. They had separate ones marked men and women's. I wondered if I had gone in to the men's because the seat was left up as though they had just cleaned it but it was far from clean. The floor was covered in muck and trash. The sink and mirror were filthy. The toilet paper holder was broken and worst of all, like I said IT STUNK. It stunk like the OKC Zoo. I'm not exaggerating either. No matter where I went in the place, the smell was there.....and I know what you're thinking.....it wasn't me lmao. I exited and grabbed my tea. The drink station had water and ice everywhere. Packets of various salt/pepper/sugar etc. were thrown around amongst the trash. I found their secret stash of sweet and low. They had 4, I needed three. Obviously it was old or had gotten wet because as anyone who uses sweet and low knows its a pain in the ass when it comes out clumpy. I peeked around the other corner of the establishment and really took it all in. The floor was obviously filthy. The majority of the empty tables covered in crumbs and grease. The legs of the tables look as though they had been dipped in a greasy fryer. Black goo and funk all over them. The smell is still very much present. Overall, the staff was the only positive. The filth of the place makes me wonder how it stays open. When the parts of the restaurant that are open to the customer are this disturbing, what does that tell us about the kitchen that were not allowed? Will not return. read more

I think it's safe to say all of the KFCs in this area are horrible with their drive through service. We tried to go today as my husband wanted something. The person taking the order was really nice, but that didn't make up for how slow the service was! It shouldn't take 10-15 mins to be in line and still not get to your food. Thankfully we didn't pay as we had a baby in tow (he got fussy because of how long things were taking) and left. I guess the chicken must be awesome considering they probably go hunt, kill, clean and cook the food with how long they take. read more

I went thru the drive thru at the KFC 3820 S Douglas, Midwest city. I ordered a NO. 5, "what I usually order" driving away I realized I'd gotten two old pieces of chicken and a biscuit.
