The visit for July 23rd was an interaction with five employees, two of which insinuated I was trying to get free food. I just wanted the medium fries that came with my #3 orders. I understand other people may try to pull a fast one but both were missing from their respective orders. I was asked to verify the label from the order as well as the contents of the bag. If this review was based on the quality of the food I would rate this Chick-Fil-A a 4.5 out of 5 but due to the poor customer service i have to right this review. While my family was in town we went to get breakfast and ordered are food but they had messed up our order(we ordered a breakfast burrito and did not receive it we also did not receive our straws.) when we came back through to correct our order we were treated very short and rude by the staff. We were asked to produce the receipt and pay for our missing item. The acting manager told us to "this is what you get for not staying home and making your own breakfast." This chick fil a is best for breakfast or later in the day lunch. Otherwise this Chick-fil-A gets so crowded you won't be able to get your car out. I think that it's next to target and across from the mall doesn't help it's craziness. If you're dining in, I'd recommend parking in the target parking lot and walking across so that way you'll be able to get out without waiting for a decade. The food is always fresh never any issues with that at all! The children's play area always has a weird smell like old feet to it that other chick fil a don't have which grosses me out. Even though this location is bustling with activity the staff are always chipper and friendly - they always have smiles on their faces. For the first time, I decided to mention that I was shorted a large fry and would like it. This was two days after the purchase. Since I did not have the receipt, no fries. I get policies and all that, but when I'm showing you my app with a ton of points, at that point it is on you and your system to show you that I had an order two days ago.
