I went through the drive-thru and simply asked how much the side of shrimp was. I normally pay around $16 for my order, so when I was told it would be $19, I politely asked for a price breakdown. Instead of explaining the price, the employee at the window became extremely rude, kept talking over me, and was completely disrespectful. What made the situation even worse was hearing him talking about the situation in Spanish, apparently assuming I couldn't understand what was being said. By the time I received my food, the interaction had made me so uncomfortable that I didn't even feel comfortable eating it. Customer service at this location has seriously gone downhill. Customers should be able to ask a simple question about what they're being charged without being talked over or treated like they're a problem. Keep in mind all main courses include fries and drink. Don't forget to stop by the bar and sample their bar snacks. The burgers are huge. I really enjoyed the savory buttery garlic buns. Some of the burgers can be over the top in flavor, but they are amazing. The wings are cooked to perfection. I was little offset on the looks of them thinking that they were breaded....but they were exceptional. Here is where we are at the 4.5 star rating. I would love for those wings to be turned in a hot sauce before breading and frying. It would be a good spicy offering. Accordingly, Biglows has his own sauce that is served with burgers. It would be awesome if they offered them to toss wings in it or at least have it on the side. If you're looking for quality, Biglow's has it. Exceptional handmade beef patties as well as super quality wings that are large. Along with my 4.5 star rating, the seating arrangement is needing. If you are tall, watch your head for the hanging lamps that used to cover tables. Also with my 4.5 star rating, I wanted to buy a t-shirt and a hat, but the server was unsure if they sold them and thought they were more for display??? They advertise that their fries are cooked in beef. Tallow which I felt I could taste. They were amazing and cut to perfection. Overall, 4.5 star rating and I will be back! Thank you, Biglow's!

The hickory burger was thin, undercooked and the meat bland. I've had charbroiled patties at several places and none as plain as this one. It honestly reminded me of the pre-made patties from the discount grocery store cooked on my stove top. The amount of sauce was insufficient and the burger was dry. We got 2 of these....cry The onion rings were very good, big oniony and exactly what I think of when I think of an onion ring. Kids meals, we got 2 burgers with cheese, one with frys and one with mashed potatoes. The portions were alright for the kids meals other than the mashed potatoes which was very small. Kids seemed to enjoy them and for $7 before cheese I'd say these were not super overpriced. Overall for 2 burgers, 2 onion rings and 2 kids meals it came to about $50. Which is a lot for a thin, pink, dry and low flavor burger. Maybe I got the wrong thing, I don't know. I'm not sure if I'll be back or not. Also they forgot my kids apple juice, told me they were in the bag, then said they ran out, offered another beverage, then instead of the other beverage found 4 cold apple juices. So I'm not sure what that was about . Anyway onion rings good, kids meals alright, burgers sad, price high, service confusing. So I'm not sure exactly what time think
