All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered a southwest salad to go and an iced tea. The salad was fresh, the grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned. My favorite is the fried Chick-Fil-A Deluxe sandwich with pepper Jack cheese followed by the delicious Chicken Biscuit & honey. They also have grilled Chicken breast, but I love fried and they use peanut oil which gives great flavor. The breakfast burrito is very good, it has onions, peppers, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, scrambled egg. Is it possible to give this place 20 stars? I always come here with my child and feel like i'm not dining at a fast food restaurant! The employees are over the top friendly but still genuine. The employees have been here for years too it seems, which is sad I notice that which means i'm a CFA regular! One employee walks around during lunch time just getting refills. I had placed an order today for delivery by the chick fill a store and was missing an item. I didn't think it'd be a big deal to call for a refund since I didn't receive my food. Wrong, I called the store and got into touch with store leadership (he didn't give me his name) and when I had asked for a refund he said that refunds aren't done on the store front that I had to get into touch with the Cares Team of Chick-fill-a. He faked trying to transfer me to that team and then hung up on me. I promptly called the store back and he completely avoided talking to me, staying silent the entire time, and transferred me to the cares team. Once I got into contact they informed me they would make report and that the stores are independently owned so the cares team couldn't issue the refund. I then told the lady on the phone that they had told me otherwise, so that team leader lied to my face. I'm so upset I wasn't asking for them to turn around with more food I just wanted my money but they are just going to lie out of responsibility. I just love the way I feel when people great me at this place. How they take your order, how they bring the food to you and look at you in the eye. I would hire any of these people to work for me in a heartbeat. I came in for a $1 ice cream cone and left trying a new product, and spending $3.50. All because the guy that helped me was super nice, and sounded very honest when I asked about their new product. It simply is vanilla ice cream with orange juice, so it tastes like a dreamsicle. Simple, right?
