My wife and I ate at this Jersey Mike's the day before Valentine's Day, and unfortunately we both became sick afterward. We each ordered cold sandwiches, and this was the only meal we shared that day. We're still not feeling well, and it completely ruined what should have been a special weekend for us. Based on this experience, we won't be returning to this location. I hope management takes food handling and safety more seriously so other customers don't go through the same thing. read more

I ordered a hot sandwich for the first time. They took my order, I'm waiting in line and they call my name. I said I wanted some of the topping on my sandwich and the lady taking the orders heard me and yells "you're supposed to tell me that down here" and the lady holding my sandwich goes "yeah, that's cross contamination". How was is supposed to know I had to ask for toppings at the beginning when that was never communicated and I was never asked about it? Usually Jersey Mikes is my go to sub place but that changes today. I went there early on a Sunday and ordered a #13. My usual go to sandwich. Usually getting there early all of the ingredients are fresh. Today the onions and the lettuce were discolored. So I told the manager that the onions weren't looking good and all she said was " they really don't do they" and then put them on my sandwich. The quality of the ingredients today was terrible. Even the guy I went with said that it was well below their usual standard. Overall grade "F". I won't be back for a long time if ever. read more

This location is hit and miss. I don't like how they make your sandwich and push it down the cutting board to the regular countertop. They will ring you up with the same damn gloves. What pissed me off this time is the guy went to touching the register and draw. Then he pushed my bacon & tomatoes back on my sandwich with the same gloves he was touching the register. I swiped my card 3x's. Then he said it didn't go through. I check my bank card. They went through. I asked for banana peppers he gave me 2. Yes 2. Then i barely had mike way sauce on my sandwich. I love Jersey Mike's, but this location is the worst. Placed an one order, drove 30 min, waited 10 only to be told they were out of what I ordered. Simply pick up the phone and call. Tonight went in and started making my order after I specifically asked if they had Tuna. Halfway through making it, they ask if it's okay if they make it a mini because they ran out. The store manager, Erica, will call and promise to send free sub card and then never send anything. It's been 2 months.. read more

This Jersey Mike's location is usually always pretty good, though the tomatoes were a little soggy today. I orders the #8 and you can't come here without getting your sub done Mikes Way. I called the Midwest city location and they now have GF buns. They say their meat is also GF. When I ordered, the staff asked if gluten was a preference or allergy. I said I have celiac disease so sort of allergy ( not really) but most ppl don't understand celiac disease is. They all switched their gloves, they cleaned the meat slicer so there is no cross-contact. Once the meat was sliced, the lady making my sandwich opened the Udi's gf bun wrapper ( the udi's bun is individually wrapped), she put on new gloves in front of me, made sure the sandwich wrapper was completely covering the table where they prepare the sandwiches to prevent cross-contact. She even used a plastic knife to apply mayonnaise instead of their silver spatula. I ate the turkey sandwich, it was delicious. Can't remember the last time I had a sandwich like this. No symptoms so far! Excited. I may have found a new place to eat! read more

Placed a call in order, the lady over the phone said it would take about 30 minutes. We showed up at the location to wait for our food and the girl making the sandwiches said "it'll be just a minute I'm making them now." Waited 15 minutes before saying something again, and when I went to the counter to ask how much longer the girl making the sandwiches again said "we usually make the people in person first, before the phone orders" to which I had a problem with since we clearly placed the call in order way before the people in the store showed up to order. There were 3 employees working when we arrived and 3 more came back from break all while we were waiting. Took total of 50 minutes for us to wait for our sandwiches. It was 10 degrees today and I was looking for a warm lunch. Decided to see what kind of hot subs were at Jersey Mike's, and I stumbled upon quite possibly the best Philly Cheesesteak I've ever had. I always have an issue with this place, I only really order when they have specials and discounts because the prices are worth the product. They either forget the condiments or put the wrong ones on the sandwiches. They put the sandwiches on the wrong type bread. If I order rosemary i get white, there is no way at 3 p.m you can run out of bread. I hate subway but at least they have enough bread. It is not hard to make a sandwich they only have 10 choices. At least call the customer and say hey we dont have enough bread would you like something else. Half the time i ask for peppers dont get them or they put them on the wrong sandwiches. I really like JM, albeit they're a little pricey. I haven't been there in a while so we went there for lunch. Now when you use their credit card reader it asks you if you want to leave a tip. FOR WHAT??? You made my high price sandwich, that's your job. And you weren't even particularly friendly about it. Why would i tip you??? What next, tip the dish washer? Tip the janitor? Everyone now days think that they deserve a tip for something, and so do the businesses. I find it to be ridiculous. My son was a huge fan of another sub--- sandwich shop before he was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Now, he can eat to his heart's content thanks to Jersey Mike's! We stopped by tonight just before 8 pm. We were greeted with smiles all around. I ordered the gluten free sandwich first and learned that they have a dedicated slicer and station for preparing sandwiches. While my other sandwiches were being prepared the young lady brought the GF one out on the paper wrapper putting it far from the other's being prepared. The young man that had made the other sandwiches instructed a younger man to complete the GF sandwich first, that way he wouldn't have to change gloves twice! How thoughtful! After the veggies were added, it was cut with a separate knife. Wow! I was so impressed with their consideration. They didn't have to be that careful, but they went out of their way to make sure my son's sandwich was well prepared. I thanked them as I was leaving and they said "We like keeping our customers safe and happy!" All the sandwiches were delicious. The ingredients fresh and plentiful. I came to visit OKC and was in a mood for a sandwich. Since I always travel for business, I like to support the mom and pop shops around. However, I was not able to find any with decent or even good reviews on Yelp. I have heard of Jersey Mike's before, but never tried them. So with a few decent comments, I ventured in. First impression was that this place was very clean. Even after the lunch crowd had come and gone, this place was cleaned very well. I was greeted by the employee as I looked at the menu on the wall. I placed my order for a giant #5. When I go to a franchise sandwich place, I pay close attention to how the employee makes the sandwich. I have been in too many Subway's and Port-of-Subs where they just "throw" the meat on there. I dislike this method as it shows that they really don't care about presentation while the customer watches. You might think, "It's just a sandwich," but if they can't make a sandwich right, what makes you think they are doing other things right. So the employee, to my dismay, was "throwing" the meat on there. That's too bad as this was my first experience in Jersey Mike's. Needless to say the sandwich was made Mike's way and the end product looked very appetizing. I ordered a combo and proceeded to the drink counter. I poured me a glass of sweet tea, however it wasn't very sweet. It was more watered down as it appeared considerably lighter in color than the unsweetened tea. All in all, the sandwich was very good and tasty. The tea I could look past as they had other drink choices. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a tasty sandwich, a clean environment, and a friendly staff. read more

Great place and Terrific Subs I eat there all the time and not once have they messed up a sub.

Went here to get lunch for my mom and on the first try, the order was told no mayo or bacon yet they still added them. Second try, went back and explained to them that they had messed up the original order and had asked for it to be remade. Second time, they messed it up once again but also forgetting to add oil and put it all on the wrong type of bread. For the price that this is set at, it is unacceptable that they cannot get a simple order correct. Please go into this establishment weary of the fact that this has no happened just once to us but several times previously, this was simply the time that set me off and make me write this review. I am not one to complain but when a business cannot get an order right TWICE, there is an issue. read more

Man the only good thing about this place is the food. And it's damn good and worth coming back after complaining about everything else lol. I see the same employees every time which would be nice if they were more pleasant. Never any smiles or anything beyond here's your sandwich. The biggest complaint is the wait. Sometimes there's a line of 12+ people and it seriously takes 20 minutes to get to the front. 2nd complaint is price. 2 reg subs, 2 drinks and 1 chip, 23.00. That's what keeps me from coming back more than I do. It's my luxury lunch of the month. Lastly, nothings ever stocked. That's a lie. Sweet-n-low is never stocked. I constantly have to ask for some. The main point of me giving them 5 stars is that you can taste every ingredient in their subs no matter what sub you order. To me that means that they use "real" meat, fresh veggies and quality cheese. My go to sub is the roast beef club Mike's way minus tomato or the Big Kahuna. Both have a bunch of flavor and the bacon on the club is always excellent. I have recently discovered the buffalo chicken and it is good as well. I feel you get what you pay for at a sub place and even though Mike's is twice as much as Subway its still a better value in my opinion. read more

I love Jersey Mike's but the location in Midwest on Air Depot Blvd is my least favorite Jersey Mike's to go to. They continue to screw up our #14 veggie sub and when you complain they argue, none of the other locations have this problem. The employees aren't friendly at all and they really don't seem to care.
