They were running an April 15th special of buy a steak sandwich, get one for half price. We went and got 4 steak sandwich supreme, two onion rings and one okra. The total came to was $57.24. Everything needed seasoning. Onion rings were pretty bland, okra and sandwiches could have used salt. Hubby and I got done eating, I got up to put the two sandwiches in the refrigerator and was extremely disappointed that they forgot one. Disappointing indeed. We were too far to go back and complain and I guess we should have checked the bag. We got there around 3:10 PM in the afternoon and they were pretty busy. Paid almost $30.00 for 2 burgers and one order of onion rings. Took them home which was just 4 blocks away. Well they sucked! The burgers were cold and the onion rings were cold. There was only 5or 6 onion rings were in the order. So I guess each onion ring cost as little over a $1.00 for each one. Very disappointed with the meal I got . I ordered the steak sandwich supreme. It wasn't as amazing as I remember from my childhood, but it hit the spot. The service was slow, but food is made from scratch. Worth the wait. I've been a Del Rancho customer for over 40 years. The quality has gone down in recent years but it's still fairly good. Today I went with somebody else for a to-go order. Got home in 15 minutes. The cheeseburger I ordered was cold, so heated it up in microwave. It seemed OK, but within an hour I was dreadfully sick, nauseous, lightheaded and dizzy. That's food poisoning 101. Called the restaurant and talked to the manager. She didn't seem to care at all. Will never go back to Del Rancho again. read more

Total cost w/tip= $40.00 I decided to call Del Rancho. @7:41 They put the manager on the phone, I explain my simple order was made incorrectly. I also explain we are in a hotel from out of town and drove over 20 minutes to pick up this order. I felt the need to explain to her that I can't eat Mayo. She states it's not Mayo it's Miracle whip -lol! *zero apologies* *no offer to refund* I ask her to please remake the order and my husband would drive back across town to pick it up. **Still No apology** @7:44 The Manager calls my phone and states: Our steak sandwiches have milk in them so you can't have it. I will never visit this location again. I rarely ate here because it's so out of the way from home and where I usually run errands, so this last time I was ready to splurge. Catfish dinner, steak sandwich supreme, and fried pickles was what I wanted. The catfish looked like chicken nuggets. They forgot the gravy for my mashed taters, and they forgot my fried pickles. Fortunately I caught those two mistakes before driving off. Later I realized no tartar sauce for the fish nuggets nor lemon wedges as described. For as much as they charged me, I have every right to complain. Simple attention to detail could have made this another memorable experience, but like most things today, it's all about the money. Prices increasa, size of the food decreases. And you can "honey" and "sugar" me all you want, but if your service sucks, so do you in my opinion. I ordered my food and got all the way home to realize that they had given me the wrong meal. I called the manager, Franny, and she suggested that I bring the food back the next morning for a refund. She also advised me to keep it in the fridge overnight. I thought it was absurd to keep the food overnight and bring it back, but I decided to come in for a refund. When I arrived, she wasn't there, and they called the owner. The owner asked me to come back tomorrow for the refund. This is the third time I've had horrible customer service. read more

Disappointed. Hadn't been there in awhile and it sounded delicious. Tye steak sandwiches had a strange after taste as in maybe the grease needed replaced idk. Returned it, mentioned its a bit greasy and it doesn't taste good. Round two get it home and the breading isn't even golden brown like normal and not crispy at all. If I could give no stars... they deserve it. I spent $20 for a steak sandwich supreme, medium fries and a large chocolate shake. I called it in at 5:14. I did not receive the order until 35 minutes later. When I got it home my boyfriend opened up his sandwich and it was the Junior steak sandwich. Yet we were charge for the regular one. I called the restaurant and the manager on duty told me to bring it back. I told her I took a picture of it with my hand.to show the size. She was insisting she could do nothing about it because the OWNER told her that's what she must do. One--- it took an inordinate amount of time to make my order. I called it in, drove about 15 blocks and 3 different stoplights and when I got there I pressed the button and said I was there to pick up my order --- the girl said they had not started it. I wanted to add chicken tenders but the girl said the additional food would add an extra 8 minutes. They lost another sale. When I got home my boyfriend opened his sandwich and said this is the Junior . I took a picture of my hand next to the sandwich and then called the restaurant. The manager was not cordial and definitely tried to talk over me. I told her I had taken a picture but she didn't care. She wanted me to drive back to the restaurant and return the sandwich instead of providing any good solution. It was not convenient to interrupt our already late dinner not to mention the gas to go back. She was not capable of making a good business decision. One thing--- my boyfriend was a loyal patron of Del Rancho, now that we know the lack of customer service and the overcharging of customers, my boyfriend said he will never order from them again. Last Friday we ordered lunch to go at the Midwest City location, we had food for 12 people, we ordered both, steak sandwiches and chicken sandwiches, everyone one of us got food poisoning and few of us ended up at the ER with severe symptoms for the intoxication. I called the restaurant yesterday to report the incident, the person who answered the phone said they will pass the message to the manager and they will call us back for a follow up, no one, not absolutely one person ever called back. Okay.... the gravy "OMG!" Why is the gravy sooo good?!? What is the secret ingredient they put in?... love it! I didn't even want a side but made myself order mash potatoes just to taste that gravy I remembered being so tasty years ago. I also got the salad with blue cheese dressing! The dressing is so good! I think they make it in the kitchen! The blue cheese dressing was not "sprinkles" of blue cheese BUT pleasingly "LARGE" cubed chunks mixed with some pebbles of blue cheese which tasted so good!
