Bathroom was pristine and private. They have an electric changing table, can't comment on the use. Anyways this restaurant is great. We went in the evening and the ambience was dark and moody. Perfect for romantic dates or an evening out with your partner. I'm not super well-versed in Mediterranean food, but I can easily say this place slaps. Starting with the appetizers, the Hummus was creamy with great consistency. The pita was fresh and extra fluffy! We made the mistake of getting both Pita and Caramelized Onion Bread (you certainly only need one of those) but they were fantastic. The calamari was also very well balanced on its degree of chewy and crunchiness, the herb sauce was a great pairing. Then the filet was made just at the right consistency I asked for (medium rare gang) with a perfect amount of crisp and char on the meat that rubbed off on the paired borccolini and garlic clove. I was shocked at how that smoky edge really enhanced the flavor. The lobster spaghetti was great and they certainly don't short you on the lobster component. When all was said and done the bill came out to ~$200 so this luxury meal comes with a luxury price. Overall I'd give it a 4.2/5. Cameron Mitchell does it again! read more

Came here to celebrate a birthday over brunch! The restaurant is really beautiful, and overall the brunch was great. Smoked salmon with the homemade bagels- which were really delicious- could have done with just a little bit more labneh and smoked salmon but still a delicious meal. Oysters were all fresh and tasty! The chocolate cake was really special, normally desserts don't blow me away but even the whipped cream was clearly homemade. Bonus points!! Overall a good brunch experience, looking forward to returning! read more

I've been here twice for brunch and both times everything has been wonderful. Cameron Mitchell restaurants excel at service and attention to detail. The shakshuka was my favorite both times while the fritatta was a close second. The nonalcoholic drinks are a great option for brunch. The upstairs dining area is light and airy while the downstairs is a little more formal. The patios are great too weather permitting. The rosemary potatoes are incredible. read more

The food is disappointing. Everything else was decent or better. This was a first for me in that the food was all cooked properly, but the sauces were poor. Lamb rack is $69, cooked perfectly, and paired with a sauce that tastes like a can of Heinz beans. Parmesan Gem salad dressing had no balance. Rosemary potatoes had no rosemary and a thick, weak aioli. On the other hand, the octopus had a nice sauce. Service = 4/5 Cleanliness = 5/5 Ambiance = 4/5 Food = 2/5 read more

Located right in the center of the Easton Mall (Strand) in front of the water fountain. This is a cute Mediterranean seafood spot. The waitresses and staff were polite (very polite) and made surr to check on us. The food was tasty, the appetizers were definitely more flavorful than the main dishes. read more

The lobster spaghetti is one of the best flavors I've ever had. The flavor was so extraordinarily filled with butter, but there was no buttery residue, the lobster was perfectly cooked, and the spaghetti in sauce was the excellent combination. I will crave this forever. I sat at the upstairs bar where the bartender was so nice with such an easy conversation. What a wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back. read more

I was so excited to try this restaurant with my best friend the other week after hearing great things. First off, the restaurant is absolutely stunning. It's the perfect spot for a date, girls night out or family dinner. Secondly, the staff were all absolutely fabulous and provided such a beautiful delightful experience. As for the food, my absolute favorite was our appetizer. The loaded hummus was so delicious I have never had anything like it. The braised lamb was so tender and flavorful and the pita was warm and fluffy! I also loved the seafood platter that I ordered. It's a huge portion and well worth the price! You also must order the rosemary potatoes. Sooo fluffy and delicious! Love this restaurant and who doesn't love a trip to Easton for some shopping after! read more

Del Mar, something about you is sophisticated and sexy. The beautiful botanicals and fresh air coming in from the patio is life. The food is wonderfully executed. The hummus is simple yet robust in flavor, the chilled veggies were unique. The tomato and feta salad was clean and refreshing, which then kicked up my appetite. The snapper ceviche had me speechless. The right balance of acid and spicy in every bite! I can't place my finger on it but something just feels right everytime I come. As if I am waiting to be disappointed and to always leave happy. Catch me here for brunch, lunch and happy hour. read more

The food and service was amazing. It's a Cameron Mitchell restaurant so the price is a little high but the food is delicious. The lobster spaghetti was incredible. The lobster was very succulent. The spaghetti had a firm but tasty texture. The portion size is large. Since lobster is expensive, I was surprised as to how much was given. I will go back again. read more

We were here post dinner. This place is such a crowd favorite, The food looked amazing. We bellied up to the bar . Saw some friends listen to the music and just enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of parking on the street . I highly recommend you make a reservation . They've got great bars seating a huge restaurant outdoor patio. And the most entertaining bartenders. We will definitely be back for dinner . read more

Great food and ambiance! Stopped in on a Wednesday evening and we were able to get a table for 3 without a reservation (we were shocked). We sat on the covered patio which was cute and offered fans on a warm night. My mom got the margarita which was tasty and refreshing! For food we got oysters (daily selection and can vary but ours were very fresh and great flavor), swordfish (cooked perfectly, large and flavorful), the mushroom flatbread (also delicious and the flavors worked together great- pretty similar to a normal flatbread pizza but the bread was a touch different) and the mixed greens salad (fresh, perfectly dressed and a large portion). Definitely worth checking out! read more

Solid mid-eastern menu selections with interesting flavors and concepts. Hard to beat a Cameron Mitchell upscale dining experience - from food to service to ambiance. Have been excited about visiting Del Mar at Easton for awhile, I loved Bon Vie which was here before, good location for sure. I also love Cameron Mitchell restaurants and their gluten free options. A friend picked Del Mar for her birthday celebration. First walking up I noticed how beautiful it is outside, and two stories, lovely patio. We were seated in a little private room right off the entrance and bar area so I didn't get to see much of the restaurant beyond our room and the bathroom, which were really nice, but I thought the room was cute. A nice cocktail selection, instead of my typical old fashioned I went for the beach party, and it was good but too sweet for my taste. My bf got a dirty martini and asked for extra olives but didn't get them- oh well. But later a friend ordered a dish with no onions and the onions came on the dish. So I'm not sure if they don't take special requests or just aren't attentive, but it was a miss. We ordered three dips to start- hummus, tzatziki and spicy feta. They came with a pita for each person which were warm. I got gf bread which was very yummy, but baguette style. The dips were pretty good. And we were able to ask more bread. For dishes, there were some gluten free options and a few vegetarian, including a cauliflower steak but I had just had cauliflower so I went for the salmon, which came with a cauliflower purée as well as roasted cauliflower. It was pretty good, the salmon was cooked well. My bf got the scallops, my normal favorite but it wasn't gluten free. He was not really impressed with the dish, he thought it tasted like the scallops weren't cleaned properly. I tried the romanesco and it tasted not great, so we weren't impressed with that, and at $51 you sure hope to like it. We did get dessert, the chocolate mouse pie which is gluten free- it was My favorite part of the evening to be honest. It's definitely a pricy restaurant and I'm not convinced I love it. I liked the vibe, service was fine, but I'm not sure if I'd come back except or dessert. I like the other Cameron Mitchell restaurants more. read more

Del Mar welcomed customers today and the space is not only filled with simple and elegant ambiance, but true to it's Mediterranean style. The photos speak volumes and showcase the modern vibe, which matches the overhead music, which is moderate in volume. There are two bar areas - one on each floor - and a oh-so-stocked bar to complement the limited and complex menus. There are three menus: brunch (weekends only), lunch, and dinner. I'm certainly looking forward to ordering from them all! Aside from the open and airy setting and fountain side views, is excellent and attentive service - from the host station, to the wait and bar staff. All things considered, it wouldn't be a surprise if the S&W regulars happily make their way to this upscale restaurant and call it their new home. read more

Came for brunch for the Sapphire deal. Ed was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. The Beach Party drink was tasty but expensive ($17). The Jerusalem bagel and Shakshuka were fantastic. They also gave us a window seat with a view on the second floor (I asked for it). Thanks Del Mar! read more

Stopped in for happy hour on a Thursday evening. The restaurant is clean and I love the decor and remodel. Nice restrooms as well. The downstairs was a little dark for us aging and we needed to use light from our phones to see the menus. The upstairs is gorgeous with lots of natural light. They also have private dining areas and patio seating. Service was great. Our waitress was attentive and professional. As was the host and everyone else. We opted for the spicy feta, lamb meatball flatbread, oysters and the Serrano jamon. The presentation of the pita for the spicy feta was very nice. I'm just returning from a three week trip to the Mediterranean and really wanted those flavors and felt that I did not get it on this visit. I will try another visit when I can experience a proper meal. read more

Made a reservation for lunch on a sunny afternoon perfect for sitting outside. The hostess seated us on the patio at a high top table which was perfect for people watching and enjoying the warm weather. Our waitress was very friendly and professional. She said it was her first day but we would never have thought that. She was quick on refills and checked on us just the right amount of times. We ordered the mushroom flatbread to share. It came out got and delicious, covered in melty cheese and fresh mushrooms. We each ordered a spritz. Both were refreshing and well worth ordering again. We ordered the kebab mezza platter and parmesan gem salad with grilled salmon. The kebab was tender and flavorful. The salmon was grilled perfectly. The salad was fresh and lite and hummus on the platter was very good. It was served with watm pita bread. It was all wonderful. The Turkish torte and perfect to share and Cameron Mitchell restaurants always have the best coffee! Hands down. Everything was lovely and we'll be back soon! read more

What an amazing experience! I'm in town visiting a friend and she really wanted to try their olive oil cake. Im so glad she suggested it. The olive oil cake was baked to perfection. For my entree, I had the branzino, which was delicious paired with the lemon caper vinaigrette. I would definitely recommend the branzino. The onion bread was also so good. Lydia was our server and she was incredible. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Quick on her feet with the wit, which I appreciate in a server. The chef also came to our table to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The ambiance was excellent. Low background music and subtle lightning. When CM announced that they would be relocating Del Mar from their original Short North location to Easton, we were excited since that would bring them closer to us, and parking would not be a stressor when making plans to visit the new location. We finally made it to the new location, and had a great experience. The ambiance and service were wonderful. Our server was friendly and patient, and she made some great recommendations. For starters, we ordered the Hummus and Pita bread, the Mushroom Flatbread, and the Roasted Cauliflower. All were delicious, and the pita bread was the surprise star of the course. For our main entrée, we tried the Snapper, the Lobster Spaghetti, the kids' Cheeseburger, as well as a side of the Brussels Sprouts. The Brussels Sprouts and the Cheeseburger were a bit overdone, but the lobster spaghetti and the snapper were on point. We ended our meal with the Olive Oil cake and the Turkish Mocha Torte. As weird as the name sounds, the olive oil cake was fantastic, and even my chocaholic self liked it more than the torte. It was overall a great experience. We will look to come back here in the future when we are looking for fine dining options in the Easton area. read more

I am really bumped out about this time coming to Del Mar. And don't take me wrong. The place is super nice and updated. I believe number of dishes on the menu are reasonable because you know you are getting good quality, and of course, if you are coming to these kind of restaurants, you are expecting high prices since this is a fine dining experience. But after I ate my meal, I believe it's way too pricey for what I got. My fish was lacking flavor, the presentation was subtle and dedicate, but I was expecting a more flavorful fish, I believe the cauliflower tasted way better than the fish, which gives you an idea how it tasted. The service was up the expectations, the ambience is relaxing and neat. Will I come back? I think this was my second and last time coming here. I can't say that won't come back, but it's likely it won't be anytime soon. read more

I have waited so long to go here and now all I can think about is when am I coming again!!! This is absolutely one of my favorite spots for a great Mediterranean dining experience in Columbus area. The restaurant is inside Easton center town, making it easy to park around. The inside is beautifully decorated and is perfect for both a work/lunch vibe as a romantic evening. We went for lunch and their menu features many shareable options that is a lovely way to start a Mediterranean meal. We all ordered different main course plates and all were tasteful and satisfied with portion size. Can't wait to try brunch and dinner menu. This is an absolutely beautiful restaurant, especially if you are able to sit upstairs! We started with some cocktails and a bottle of wine, our server was young and very sweet, but wasn't super familiar with wine practices and offered us to taste first but then forgot to actually pour the taste. Luckily it was a great wine and he did really well aside from that! For appetizers we tried the oysters, tzatziki, red pepper dip, and the onion bread. The later was my favorite, the bread was delicious on its on but with the whipped herb and cheese dip it was top notch! They are generous with the pita that goes with the dips as well which was nice. For our main meal my parents got the tre colore salad, my husband got the snapper, and I got the truffle agnolotti. It was absolutely fabulous and took me back to living in Florence and their excellent truffle dishes. While this place is a little pricey, it is a stunning spot to eat with great food! read more

Seafood platter ($68 for small) - was a good mix of seafood (lobster, shrimp, scallop, clam, and mussel). It came simmering in a good sauce as well, which is delicious paired with the bread that comes with it! Mushroom flatbread ($14) - was balanced and flavorful Oysters ($4 each) - were good, but probably a bit steep of a price tag for the size Lobster spaghetti ($57) - very very good. The lobster was super tender, and the pasta was flavored very well with the Calabrian chilis. Definitely would recommend! Snapper ($47) - cooked well, with a nice balance of flavor. I like that it came with eggplant, artichoke, and cherry tomatoes! Branzino ($55 for half) - very soft and tender. Came with smashed potatoes Turkish coffee mousse ($14) - was absolutely delicious! If you like chocolate, I would highly recommend! It has a more brownie/cake layer, and a nice mousse layer as well. Their whipped cream was also really good! Overall I liked the quality of the food, and loved that none of it was overly salty (which sometimes happens with seafood). If I had to recommend one thing, it would definitely be the lobster pasta! The service was also good, and the ambiance great! Also if you have small children, they have nice changing stations in the bathroom (I think they're in the first two bathrooms? I definitely know it's in the first one). read more

What a top notch restaurant!! I took my daughter there for her bit. The decor is beautiful; lots plants/greenery which gives the place a warm feeling. It isn't all that big, which again adds to the ambiance. There is inside and outside seating but again the feel is very intimate because the restaurant is not big. My daughter had lobster spaghetti and I had one of the tenderest steaks I have ever had with vegetables that tasted like they had been sautéed in olive oil. The restaurant specializes in Mediterranean cuisine and what I and my daughter had was delicious. It is located in Easton so there is plenty of parking.
