Black Angus Steak Frites Roasted Wild Mushrooms Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Del Frisco's Grille is an incredible steakhouse experience in Tampa. The atmosphere is nicer which makes this great for dates and special occasions but still can be a casual evening spot to have a great meals with friends. The service is excellent and you're sure to have a fantastic time. Every dish is executed to perfection and their in house seasoning on their steaks is delicious! The cheesesteak eggrolls are so unique and tasty and the chimichurri can take your steak to the next level. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area!

My daughter and I had a Christmas dinner date night. We had a reservation for 3pm which was a perfect time to get there. The restaurant was not as busy as I thought it would be. But as we were leaving around 530pm it was a wait. So about our experience, it was amazing and both me and my daughter had a great visit here. She had a passion star martini and I had a mistletoe martini and they were both very strong so my daughter finished both of them. And we ordered the crab cake to share and it's one of the best I've had south of Baltimore. My daughter ordered the braised short ribs and she loved it. She said it was tender and juicy. I had the prime ribeye and it was delicious and very juicy. The entire staff from the valet, hostess, wait staff and the management were all exceptional. The management team was very thorough and very attentive to our needs which was a nice touch. This is my first time visiting this establishment and I was so impressed I will definitely return. I would have given a 5 star but our server seemed a little disinterested although he was nice, he wasn't like the other staff members. He did not do anything wrong just not as attentive

Came to lunch to check out the rooftop for a possible wedding reception venue. We enjoyed the prime rib sandwiches with sweet potato fries. Nice restaurant and excellent service.

This was my first time dining here. I was surprised how empty it was on Sunday at 230pm. Their brunch lasts until 3pm. Leah was our server, very sweet. French onion breakfast sandwich FTW! Wow, this completely blew my mind. Sandwich comes with a side of potatoes or side salad. I was very impressed. My friend had the smoked salmon flatbread, equally amazing. Creamy and smoky, surrounded by crispy flatbread, yum! All was great until the bill came. The receipt had a different price for both brunch items. They fixed the issue but it was odd. Will i be back? Def, especially for their French Onion Breakfast Sandwich!

Del Frisco's has excellent menu items. Something for everyone. We were immediately greeted upon arrival. We had reservations and were seated right away. I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls and the crispy Brussels sprouts. Everything was delicious. The ambience is business and upscale. Perfect for happy hour. There is also complimentary valet available, but it was full tonight.

This is a regular Happy Hour spot on the weekend for me and my bf. They have both food and drinks on their menu for solid prices. The food we had was good today but the wings have been better in the past, they were a bit too roasted. However the egg rolls and ahi tuna tacos are always great. Our bartender was very friendly. The place is always well kept and pretty quiet. It was almost completely empty so great spot to go to especially last minute when you don't have a reservation.

Really enjoyed the happy hour at Del Frisco's Grille. From the drinks, the food to the service everything was a hit. The roasted tomato and pepperoni flatbread was delicious. The cheesteak egg rolls were delicious. The it Girl Dinner costs $25 and comes with a dreamy plate of spicy cavatappi a la vodka, paired with a crisp Caesar salad and golden truffle fries. The ambiance was great at the bar for happy hour.

Beef short ribs, ribeye, and Brussel sprouts

We had an ok experience, but not worth a return visit. I would have preferred to give it a 3.5 rating if I could. The most disappointing part was our $56 ribeye. It was tough and lacked flavor. I thought they might have put it in the oven at some point, because I couldn't figure out how else a ribeye would be so dry and tough. Or it's possible it was so tough because it was frozen at some point. We ordered rare and I would say it came out close to rare. Now I'm wondering if maybe it was a NY strip and not a ribeye. We agreed that the steaks we get at Costco are superior than what we were served. My beef short ribs were pretty good though. Polenta was a nice consistency and seasoned well. I loved the cipollini onions. My only complaint was that there was a layer of melted butter on top of the dish making it very heavy. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Girl Dinner: Pasta with Vodka Sauce, Ceasar Salad, Truffle French Fries and a cocktail for $25

My friend and I tried Del Frisco's Grille "Girl Dinner" for $25 per person! You get a perfect size portion of pasta with vodka sauce, lightly dressed caesar salad, truffle French fries, and a cocktail of your choice (choose from 4 select cocktails). They even let me substitute one of the liquors from their "Girl Dinner" cocktail options from vodka to tequila, and my friend substituted for red wine since she prefers wine over liquor. Great service, good food and fun ambiance, would recommend!

One of our favorite after work happy hour spots! We typically go between 4-5M and can always find parking and a spot at the bar. All the bartenders are attentive and ready to serve. We typically go with the espresso martini and can't go wrong here! haven't tried the food yet but plan on going back for dinner one day!

This is an elevated steakhouse, but still casual. The food, atmosphere and service are all amazing. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally got around to it. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls MUST TRY- it's a FAN FAVORITE, plus the steakhouse salad and Dry aged steakhouse burger w/ French Onion soup

My boyfriend and I made reservations for 7 pm for a Christmas dinner, due to how busy it was, we weren't seated till 7:30. They offered to allow us to go upstairs and sit at the bar while we waited but the bar seats were all full so we came downstairs to sit down. I got a text message saying our table was ready, but when we approached the front desk, it wasn't and apparently no one was sending texts that tables were ready. We were seated and we ordered a truffle Mac and cheese, one rib eye steak, 1 ceaser salad, and 2 glasses of wine. Originally, we ordered bone in rib eye, but they ran out (which happens but weird for a steak house?). They offered a regular rib eye for 16 oz and it took 45 mins for us to get our food (they told us 15-20 mins). I don't think the ribeye was 16 oz and it was also lukewarm. The Mac and cheese also came out with the steak and it was really good, but the portion was really small, which was a little sad. I was comparing my experience to Del Frisco's in New York, so I expected a lot more. We watched a large table leave because they weren't served for such a long time. We also watched a table seated 20 mins after us receive their food first and generally, it seemed that no one was happy with their experience. We even had to ask for water refills at one point (but that waiter booked it, and it was the fastest service we received all night). The red velvet cheesecake was good, but I don't think i would call it a cheesecake. It's just a red velvet cake with A LOT of cream cheese icing. The staff was friendly and I honestly felt bad for them. They did their best with was happening and my boyfriend and I didn't want to cause them more hassle than they were already experiencing. I don't know if it's management or the kitchen or overbooking on Christmas but something does need to be fixed.

Espresso Martini

Chose Del Frisco's for our 14th anniversary dinner. Great pick. Patrick was our server. He was super friendly and helpful. Great service. Recommend to ask for him if visiting and he's working. Food was delicious. We took advantage of the last day of Tampa Restaurant week. I had the cheesesteak egg rolls, filet with garlic butter, mashed potatoes and cheesecake. Delicious! I also enjoyed an hazelnut espresso martini. One of the best I've had. If in town and looking for an upscale restaurant, definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

We aren't big wine drinks - but they are known for their gluten free options. We ordered our entrees and about 20 minutes into it the manager Eric came and introduced himself. He apologized for the delay in our food arriving - we hadn't even noticed - and shared it was being plated as we spoke. Two minutes later he delivered it to our table. The second round of drinks too too long and he again delivered the drinks w another apology. Jim was attentive and professional. The short rib risotto was just plain amazing as were all the other items delivered. I had the risotto so I can rave about that. The experience was great and what made it great for us was the attention paid to us by the manager and the server. We never felt forgotten. We highly recommend. This isn't fast food or a place for a quick bite and run. If you have the time you must try CH Tampa

We had ordered two appetizers to share , and were finishing when she came over. We were on the outside patio , our Chihuahuas were contained in their carriers, and the only time one of them barked was when the waiter came by. We were there early at 11:30. For 15 minutes we were the only ones out there , then this elderly couple came and when they walked by us the elderly woman gave us a dirty look. Five minutes later another couple sat but further away from us. That woman seemed to be the only one with a problem. I should have asked the manager that if someone had complained about a screaming child( which usually is constant) would they have been asked to leave? I really like the food , and the service but we are contemplating whether to go there again because frankly we felt insulted! We only brought the dogs to begin with because my daughter is going on a trip and she is leaving the dogs with us. So we were exchanging them, and thought we would have lunch. The manager and the elderly couple ruined the experience for us. The manager told us that pets were not permitted but I checked in two different places , and pets are permitted on their patio. I feel they should either change their policy , or inform the manager as to what the policy is because she told us that pets were not allowed! Next time we will meet somewhere in St. Petersburg because that city is very pet friendly!

So I was not surprised that the Tampa restaurant, Bazille, was also delightful. Located inside the Nordstrom Department Store in International Plaza, on the second floor, Bazille is a high quality establishment. I arrived, no reservation, in the evening and was quickly seated. My server was Dani. Dani was extremely friendly and a great server. Timing of Dani's visits were perfect, and I never had to ask for a thing, Dani anticipated all of my needs. I ordered the Salmon with Saffron Couscous and tzatziki and a chive biscuit. Both were absolutely scrumptious. The flavors of the dish were a taste sensation on my palate and I truly loved every bite. I cannot wait to return and have them both again.

I had seen this spot quite a few times when taking the escalator down from the 2nd floor to the 1st and vice versa while inside Nordstrom, but I figured it was just another horrible mall restaurant. I went to J. Alexander's the day before and the bartender there told me that Bazille has the best French dip in Tampa. Now, I still think Cooper's Hawk Winery has the best French dip, but this one was no slouch. Up first, the bartender told me their best drink is a $12 Happy Hour High Fashion (Old Fashioned) I gave it a shot and it was solid. It is served with 1 giant ice cube which is the way I like it. For an appetizer I had the Happy Hour $10.50 Heirloom Tomatoes & Burrata. I thought this was excellent like top notch that you would get at an expensive steakhouse. Then, I had the $11.50 French Onion Bowl. Not quite as good as Boulon or Council & Oak, but I liked it a lot. After that, I tried the $12 Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts. Yum, yum, yum! 2nd drink I tried was a $16 Smoke & Heat! OMG, delicious! I would come here to get this drink and the burrata. Seriously, one of my favorite mezcal drinks. And for the entree I had the $20 French dip. Now their French dip has a ton more toppings and is good, but I still like Cooper's Hawk best. I can't believe how unbelievably good this restaurant was. I will certainly be back here next time I'm at International Mall.

I've been wanting to try this wine bar/bistro since the day it opened. I just never seemed to hit…read moreit at the right time. Fortunately, it was open the day after Christmas at 1pm. What a lovely surprise! It's kind of hidden on Bay Street. It's behind the Restoration Hardware Gallery. You'll see the outdoor patio area on the left as you're exiting the food court. In fact, that appears to be the main entrance (or it was that day). There's another entrance next to the Shake Shack as well. The interior is very reminiscent of bistros in various parts of Europe. It's somewhat dark & moody with warm wood furnishings. The wine/coffee bar is the focal point. The seating is comfortable & diverse. There are also large tables set up for groups of people. It's definitely a great meeting place after a day of shopping. It's also great for couples on a date. I was the first one there that afternoon, and had my pick of tables. They have such a great wine list. I already knew what I wanted thanks to the great descriptions on the menu. The white wine flight is a pick of any 3 from the menu. I had a generous pour of a few French Sauvignon Blanc wines and a Blanc de Franc. It was my first time trying the latter white Cabernet Sauvignon. What a treat! I loved all 3, but my absolute favorite was the one from Domaine Doudeau-Léger. The service here was wonderful. Nina gave me some great suggestions when I asked about the toasts. I ended up choosing the Wild Truffled Mushroom one. It was delicious! The mushrooms were the star of the show. The subtle hint of truffle really brought out the natural flavors. I totally recommend this one. If you're a mushroom lover, there's a mushroom & pea soup that was also recommended. I couldn't leave without dessert. I think my only disappointment was that they didn't have the croissants ready. The Crème Brûlée one is popular as well as the Basque Burned Cheesecake. It would have taken an additional 30 minutes. I ended up getting the Pistachio Ricotta Cake. It turned out to be a good decision because the croissant would have been too filling for me. This cake was perfectly light and paired very well with the cappuccino. They serve Kimbo Italian espresso for all you coffee lovers out there. Even the small detail of having a delicious Italian biscotti cookie bite in the spoon was the perfect ending for me. I'm looking forward to more visits. Hopefully, I'll get to try that croissant dessert that everyone raves about. They serve brunch on the weekends. That's what I want to try the next time I'm at International Plaza.

So on a long shot a placed a pick up order with the hopes that I would get a message with the new location. Well that was a bad idea because all I got was $10 taken and no food or information. It stayed in the waiting for 10&10 to confirm my order screen until they closed and then it went to ordered picked up at 9:09 pm. I tried to get a refund with Door Dash but was denied due to their Credit Card terms and policy's so dashers beware. I hope that maybe they will come back to a physical location or even respond to this and get me the cheesecake I ordered. We miss the food, wine, staff and atmosphere.

It felt comfortable, elevated, and easy to enjoy a full meal without feeling overwhelmed or rushed. Our server was training someone, but you couldn't even tell--it was so professional. One thing I noticed was how many people work there, and I really hope it stays that way. Each staff member had a specific role, and it made the entire service feel seamless. There was no rushing and no stress on the servers. You could tell they really enjoyed what they were doing. They also offer complimentary valet, and you can even Venmo a tip, which made arrival and departure super easy. At the end of our meal, someone even came to box up our food for us--we didn't have to do it ourselves. Very old school NY!!! Top-tier service. As for the food: the oysters we had were flavorful, and the garlic bread selection was soft and not overly heavy on the garlic. My friend ordered the scallops with risotto and crispy prosciutto, and I ordered the special chicken Parmesan with a side of spaghetti in a lemon sauce that they suggested. I was in the mood for a lemon-flavored pasta, and they absolutely delivered. Both plates were phenomenal. I wish they had a place like this in Orlando. I also wish the chicken parm would always be a special because that sauce was delicious. Growing up in Brooklyn, I've had some really good Italian food--and I would absolutely come back here.
